For your MF AU, do the Hermits take care of Hermits who are “vulnerable?” For example, protecting xB from axolotls, Mumbo and Zedaph from water, Doc and BDubs from cats, etc. It totally sounds like a Mumbo thing to be so distracted while he’s walking that he just walks off the edge of a block and into the only block of water in a ~500 block radius.

I mean, all the hermits try to look out for each other of course. Most of them are experienced enough to avoid things that could hurt them more than normal, but accidents happen and so if people are together, well two sets of eyes are better than the one. Especially if the one is distracted. Or Mumbo.

Very important MFAU question, do Bdubs, Cleo, Etho, Ren, False and Impulse (undead gang) get healed when they drink potions of harming and take damage from potions of healing like their mob counter parts?

The undead gang are indeed all affected by potions in the same ways that their mob counterparts are. I believe that also means regen and poison have no effect.

The only other ways they can heal are meat and golden apples.

Are you talking axolotls? Do they target Guardians without player prompting?

Technically hostile mobs in MFAU still act the same way towards most of the Hermits that aren’t that sort of mob. (E.g. slimes won’t target Iskall or Jevin, but will target any other Hermit.)

You got any height approximations for the Mob Hermits?

I do :o unless u mean actual mob form, in which case no, but assuming you don’t.. yeah ! They’re based off of actual heights where possible, so a bunch of ‘em are probably familiar,, and also bear in mind.. I’m very bad at this so,,,, but here’s the thing;

Bdubs - 5’10

Cub - 6’0 (tiny Cub is about 15cm)

Doc - 6’5

Etho - 6’2

False - 5’8

Scar - 6’0

Grian - 5’6

Hypno - 6’2

Jevin - 5’9 (lil’ Jevin is about 4’7)

Impulse - 5’8

Iskall - 5’7 (lil’ Iskall is about 4’4)

Joe - 5’8

Keralis - 5’10

Mumbo - about 7’6 (oscillates a bit)

Ren - 5’7

Stress - 5’5

Tango - 5’7

TFC - 5’10

Beef - 6’2

Wels - 5’11

xB - 5’8 (5’11 with tail)

Xisuma - 6’3

Zedaph - 5’10

Cleo - 5’11

EX is the same height as Xisuma, and Hels is about 6’0

I realized that not all people would be ok with the hybrids, so just imagine someone I’m gonna say Xisuma. And every, single, hybrid on the server comes to protect them and the small gang that was going to hurt Xisuma comes face to face with all of the other hybrids in full mob form all of them ready to put these people into the a VERY painful death loop.

I’m not sure that they’d never encounter something like that, simply because I doubt Xisuma would even let someone like that on the server. But if there were a situation where someone was threatening or bullying another Hermit for what they are, 100% everyone would be there and everyone would be pissed.

Since the ref says Joe's spells are in Galactic, does that mean the end-based Hermits can understand them? If one of them says one of Joe's spells (but they don't have magic), what happens?

> Yeah, they can.

> Joe’s currently the only person on the server who can perform Wordsmith spells. Witches are the only ones who can perform magic, and as I explained in the post about witch types a while back, they need either the specific type of latent magic or a lot of practice to use even basic spells in any given field (in this case Wordsmithery). TLDR, nothing would happen, because they aren’t Wordsmiths.

Concept: only some can cause single-player sleep, such as BDubs. And say, Tango cant because hes not associated with night :3

I really like this idea! But it would mean Wels couldn’t activate it, and he’s the server’s other Sleepy Dude™️

I’m sorry for grian dragons live for hundreds of years and not many other creatures do live for that long so that means he will outlive lots of his friends

If all the skeleton Hermits can take off their arms, does that mean that they can hold each other's arms and make one really long arm rope? I'm just imagining them t-posing on some random hermit with these triple long arms asffsfvv

That is certainly a thing they could do;;; it is not a thought that I had had tho ;; omg

Random Questions for the Mob Au: Can X store more than the normal amount in his inventory? Can he/does he carry sulker boxes? Do the hermits have a hard time killing their own mobs? Do they feel bad when other mobs/the mobs that they are get killed? Does Ren have an endless supply of beacons? Do the nether hermits struggle in the end and reverse? Do any of them have any weird mob related habits or skills (ex can false detach her arms etc) Thank you so much

What kind of spells has joe learned through wordsmith?

There’s probably Wordsmith spells for most things, and he’s been learning since he could talk, so;;; like a bunch of them.

Wordsmith spells are essentially poems in Galactic, except it’s a bit more complicated because one couldn’t just make up a poem on the fly and have it do something. Joe’s one of the Wordsmiths who understands very well how and why spells work or don’t work, and therefore is capable of creating his own.

Does hermits without wings can have elytras? Also rip BDubs, can't build mid-air because hands are wings.

> All of the hermits probably own elytra. Some, like Tango and Ren, can fly anyway, but use elytra to actually get places because it’s a lot faster than their natural speed. Grian helped Scar with end busting, so he owns elytra. He doesn’t bother using them ever, but they’re in his storage somewhere. BDubs tends to be in a more human form - without the wings - more often, because they get in the way.

this is kinda goin off of the last ask but can the slime peeps change their color? like how iskalls green can he change to blue an vice versa

> Not naturally. AU Jevin is blue because he’s a tropical slime, but slimes don’t function like zombies do. Jevin used dye to change colour for the button, but that’s lowkey uncomfortable for him.

> Tropical slimes and normal slimes are made up differently, due to divergent evolution. Lil’ fishies wouldn’t be able to survive in normal slime :(.

In Mob Fusion au do hermits eat differently? Like xB is guardian, so he's probably gonna eat more fish or smth.

Yeah they do! Undead mobs can only eat meat and golden apples to restore health, and some others are more partial to foods specific to particular biomes. And xB does prefer to eat fish.

What do the ender boys eat?

Cuvibin the person that said they eat endermites - uhhh chorus fruit?

I kno their human half prob cancels it out but does the sun effect any of the mob bros that usually burn? r they immune or jus get really nasty sun burns all the time

> They probably don’t do the best outside in the daytime without a helmet on, but it won’t kill them. Mostly for Bdubs sake, if I’m honest - he never has a respawn point set because of his sleeping habits lol. If he gets killed, he respawns outside with no armour.
