From 4Ks Recipes - Gobi Manchurian Dry : Today we will learn how to make gobi Manchurian dry. This is very popular veg starter in India. This is Indo-Chinese recipe. Follow the steps n quantities below to prepare it in hotel style or restaurant style.

SERVINGS : 2 MEASUREMENTS : 1CUP = 250 ML

INGREDIENTS FOR BLANCHING [  ]Water [  ]1/2 medium sized gobi bunch

INGREDIENTS FOR BATTER [  ]1 cup maida [  ]1 cup cornflour [  ]Salt [  ]Pinch of red food colour [  ]3/4 to 1 cup Water ( semi thick batter)

INGREDIENTS FOR SAUCE PREPARATION [  ]2 tbs oil [  ]1 tbs garlic cloves finely chopped [  ]1 tbs ginger garlic paste [  ]3 tbs tomato ketchup [  ]3 tbs green chilli sauce [  ]3 tbs soya sauce [  ]2 tbs Vinegar [  ]1/4 cup cornflour solution  ( 2 tbs cornflour mixed with 1/2 cup water) [  ]Fried gobi [  ]Pinch of salt [  ]Pinch of Garam masala powder [  ]Onion & Coriander for garnishing
