Ingredients: 200g spaghetti noodles. 200g shrimp, peeled and deveined. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 1 tablespoon mirin. 1 tablespoon sake. 1 teaspoon wasabi paste. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 small onion, thinly sliced. 1 small carrot, julienned. 1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced. 2 green onions, thinly sliced. Salt and pepper to taste. Toasted sesame seeds for garnish.
Instructions: Cook spaghetti noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, mirin, sake, and wasabi paste. Set aside. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes. Add sliced onion, carrot, and red bell pepper to the skillet. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until vegetables are slightly tender. Pour the soy sauce mixture over the shrimp and vegetables. Stir well to combine. Add cooked spaghetti noodles to the skillet. Toss everything together until the noodles are evenly coated with the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir in sliced green onions. Transfer the spaghetti to serving plates. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds. Serve hot and enjoy!
