Instead of. Posting art I've done since my last post, I'm just going to post my most recent things I've done, because I don't have the mental capacity of going through all my images and selecting everything new

And we're back with more of this au because I found the motivation to draw! Plus a small yapping session because ik some people want to know a little more about it!!

Minos in this au is the co owner of a casino with Sisyphus, and they're married! I don't have official designs for them quite yet, but they do play quite a role in the plot I have for them. Gabriel gets desperate in trying to find information about the serial killer, and V2 only knows so much.

So he goes to the casino the prime souls runs to gather more information because he got a few tips from the people he investigated to go there, the people that he wants to investigate are there but Minos notices the two and stands in their way and disrupts the case purposefully because he has a major grudge against Gabriel.

The way Minos spots Gabriel is when he's on stage, singing and goes to the table and talks to Gabriel in front of literally EVERYONE so LMAO, Gabriel has to retreat to the bathroom to recollect himself and V2 is the one asking Minos for info.

Bonus doodles! V2 and Gabriel become partners in solving the case because V2 also wants the culprit in jail for.. personal reasons (aka stealing their arm and leaving them bleeding out until someone found them, took them to the hospital where they got questioned and taken in at because they looked similar to the killers description)

Gabriel investigates V2, not completely trusting that V2 is actually the killer and what do you know! V2 isn't so Gabriel let's V2 out, but with one condition, they help him solve this case and they reluctantly agree. (Gabriel has a general dislike towards machines at the start of the story but eventually grows to like V2, maybe something more.)

Some concept sketches I explored of Minos and Sisyphus' designs for the battle of bands AU!

I'll work on more refined drawings of them soon, but in the meantime imma go into some lore about them below (+ additional art):

• Minos, previously Judge of Hell, was the one who originally came up with the battle of bands competition, wanting to provide sinners the opportunity to redeem themselves and find their humanity in order to be provided salvation.

• They say Minos’ voice was as beautiful as an angel’s song. He would often sing for the citizens of the Lust Layer, bringing them hope and feelings of love — one would feel blessed to hear his voice. Minos experimented with different forms of music, and played various musical instruments (I imagine Ancient Greek instruments like the Lyre!)

• The Lust Layer experiences an art renaissance after the angels left Hell momentarily, where music flourished throughout the grand city. The other layers of Hell also became inspired by this, and participated in the competition as well.

• When the angels returned from Heaven, they immediately put an end to the competition, not wanting the husks and sinners to feel empowered by the art they create. Minos was stabbed by Gabriel through the throat, and his soon-infested corpse was used to punish husks that try to make music in the Lust Layer.

• Before V1 came to the Lust Layer it was completely silent — the only sound u can hear is distorted, classical music coming from the corpse of Minos (eerie atmosphere my beloved)

There were some other outfits I came up with for Minos! I might just give him multiple outfits because I love them all ajskskskks

• Sisyphus plays the trumpet in this au!! I always imagined that he’d play the trumpet — I thought about the angels playing trumpets (biblically) and had the idea that Sisyphus’ trumpet playing rivaled their sounds (something unacceptable to the angels!)

• I’m still solidifying some stuff for Sisyphus’ backstory! Sisyphus, in the face of Heaven’s oppressive nature, stood at the top of the pyramids of Greed and blared out music from his run-down trumpet — the beautiful melodies he played gave the husks of the Greed Layer the courage to stand up and revolutionize against the angels and Heaven!

• Sisyphus and the Insurrectionists became a jazz band that took part in the battle of bands competition in order to make a statement. Heaven, realizing the danger Sisyphus posed to them, swiftly killed Sisyphus — Gabriel faced Sisyphus off in competition before beheading him. They say that Sisyphus still continued to play his trumpet, a smile on his face, even though he knew he was going to lose in the end.

• The remaining Sisyphean Insurrectionists would be harshly punished, making it harder for them to continue playing music. However, despite all this, they still try to continue playing — just as Sisyphus did in his final moments before his death.

NEW DIRECTIVE [ ULTRAKILL AU ]

Hello again folks !! It's me, Kas Cosmicalbot, here to make a new and improved guide to my ULTRAKILL AU: New Directive !!

SUMMARY: Despite V1's rampage, Hell has remained stable, letting husks, demons, and machines to thrive in a new ecosystem. Gabriel doesn't die upon the loss of the Light, and grants V1 life by providing it his blood. With no reason to fight to live, V1 uses this opportunity to explore Hell, learn about anything it desires, and spend its free time doing whatever the hell (hah) it wants.

MAJOR DETAILS

Hell doesn't collapse. Because Hell is essentially a living being, it's able to use its energy to reanimate the dead bodies of husks and create more demons from the remnants of the destroyed ones. The exist in a a smaller quantity now, but enough to keep an stable ecosystem alive.

Gabriel doesn't die after being stripped of God's Light. After he kills the Council, he throws himself back into Hell to die. But the same energy that Hell uses to reanimate its denizens fills the void left by the Light and Gabriel becomes a fallen angel. He still retains most of his divine traits, perhaps a blessing from the source of his new lifeforce.

V1 gets fuel from Gabriel in exchange for sparring with him. Angelic blood is a lot more potent than standard human blood (it has a bit of godly ichor in it) and tends to last V1 a lot longer since it takes longer to "burn" through. And because Gabriel needs a new purpose now that he's fallen, he asks that V1 spars with him so he can keep his skills sharp (and feel like he's useful in some way).

The surviving machines have built their own little communities in the upper layers. They exist mostly in Limbo and Lust, but can be sparsely found in the lower ones. These communities are fairly small, usually only about 5-7 units in a group. They work together to collect fuel, repair some of the more intact machine bodies, and keep each other safe in their new lives.

MINOR DETAILS that i enjoy a lot

Takes place after Violence and is written pre Fraud (duh)

V1 and V2 are siblings bc I said so (sorry v4v fans)

Angels can change their form at will because they're made of light

Terminals can basically create/manifest any item that a machine might ask from them

V1's wings are made of hard light, protected by a layer of resin, and with a mesh of microscopic sensors that let it store weapons and other items

FUTURE PLANS

Minos and Sisyphus will be included (minophus real)

I plan to bring V2 back bc this is a Happy(ish) AU

And Mirage also (mv2 real)

My OCs will be included eventually bc I love them and need to share them with the world

ANYWAY I'm working on an Ultrakill AU with @sinisterspoon called Alliance of Convenience because it mostly centers around V1, V2, and Swordsmachine (as well as an oc named V0) teaming up and taking Hell on together. It features mine and Spoons ocs both being obsessed with Gabriel, some tragic angst for V4V/Pair de Lune, Swordsmachine the aroace icon, and we're gonna try and figure out how to work the Primes in there

V0 and Thaliel are the OCs that were made for this

Oh would you look at that, silly machines. This also features a concept for a "what if V1 BECAME Mirage" thing, not sure if that's getting used yet though

And Minos! The snakes are named after some friends ( @jesterboxer and another friend (disregard previous mention i tagged the wrong person), both of whom aren't very active on here but ykyk whatever ). Minos' suit outfit is inspired by a beautiful artwork from @thaltro and i will likely be doing a panopticon outfit for Sisyphus

I have absolutely 0 idea how to post about AU ideas so I’m just… gonna propose it like this

you’ve heard of Ultrakill … you’ve heard of Dredge … but now I present to you… ULTRADREDGE (name pending.)

- Ferryman MC

- Idk if it takes place in Hell or not, maybe an alternate Hell or something

Main concept

After crashing his Ferry and being rescued by a mysterious siren figure (Gabriel,) the Ferryman finds himself in a remote archipelago. Having to work his way back up with faith and selling fish to the local town, he tasks himself with unraveling the secrets of the isles and finding his savior once more.

Further ideas — Characters

- Gabriel could be a more classic Siren, aka the harpy-like ones

- V1, alternatively, could be a more classic Mermaid / Mermaidic biological machine. Like the Deity, he’d be the cause of the aberrations and influence of evil, both intentionally and as a byproduct of existing

- V2 could work as both the wandering merchant and the Collector, helping the Ferryman on his journey. It would be cool if he was something like a selkie with a connection to V1. Maybe he’s even hunting his estranged brother White Whale Style (WHIIITE WHAAALE HOLY GRAAAAAAILL—)

- Minos Prime could potentially be both the old mayor and the lighthouse keeper

- Sisyphus Prime could potentially be the retired whaler

This is just the basic concept and needs a lot of work but yayyy wow we need more Mer-AUs in Ultrakill… if anyone is even vaguely intrigued by this idea lmk!!
