I haven't opened my game in a few days but I watched the new trailer and I can't stop laughing at how hard they're pushing being a landlord as the main feature and only highlighting property owning in the trailers when I have yet to see a single person actually excited about that part of the pack. Lmfao

#What do the damn radiators and water heaters do? Are they cross compatible with Seasons or Eco Lifestyle?#Are they just decor that breaks from time to time? What is their purpose?#What does the damn world look like? What about the festivals?#The repo-ing tenant's stuff and evicting them has caused many a Simstuber to cringe (as they should) and it's hilarious to me #Like they really just do not know their audience and it's so funny. Poetic almost #You know it's bad when the simstubers are like 'yeahhhhh maybe that's not it' lmao #But the build features look great. Excited for new gameplay items and making multi-family dwellings #Currently I'm in full lazy holly jolly online shopping mania though.
