Briala, Celene, and Michel hating their lives mid-journey at camp, plus Felassan having an okay time
The Masked Empire is very fun for me as a background character fan, specifically because most of said characters are 35-year-old freaks who can’t stop shooting themselves and each other in the foot

‘Pieces of Her’ Trailer: Netflix Mystery Series
‘Pieces of Her’ Trailer: Netflix Mystery Series What would you do if your mother suddenly was not who you thought she was? Netflix’s mystery thriller “Pieces of Her” stars Bella Heathcote as Andy Oliver. Who is saved during a seemingly random act of violence by her mother Laura (Toni Collette). Seeming remarkably adept at eliminating violent threats. Her actions lead Andy to investigate her mother’s mysterious past. Based on Karin Slaughter’s New York Times–bestselling novel and helmed by producers of “Big Little Lies” and “The Undoing,” the upcoming series “Pieces of Her” premieres March 4 on Netflix. Charlotte Stoudt, who wrote the series adaptation, serves as showrunner and executive producer, with Minkie Spiro directing. The series is eight episodes. It is executive-produced by author Slaughter, Steve Hutensky, Casey Harver, Janice Williams, Lesli Linka Glatter, and Bruna Papandrea. Jessica Barden, Jacob Scipio, Joe Dempsie, Aaron Jeffery, Omari Hardwick, Gil Birmingham, David Wenham, Calum Worthy, Nicholas Burton, and Terry O’Quinn also star in the drama, which starts in Georgia and spans across the country as Andy searches for answers. Oscar nominee Collette told Vogue that “Pieces of Her” was “more emotionally demanding” than she had anticipated.
“I had no idea how intense it was going to be and was truly exhausted by the end,” Collette said. “I think I let myself get fooled, because I might not have done it if I knew where it would take me.”
Collette added, “I’d get bored playing more straightforward women. I like people who dig deep and own their lives — the good, the bad, and the ugly. We make so many choices, and now it’s Laura’s time to take responsibility for her own.” Elsewhere on Netflix, Collette landed a Primetime Emmy nomination for best supporting actress in a miniseries for the streamer’s 2019 “Unbelievable.” “Pieces of Her” is just the latest Netflix novel adaptation. David E. Kelley’s anthology series “Anatomy of a Scandal” is set to land on the streaming platform April 15. Based on Sarah Vaughan’s novel of the same name, the first season showcases the investigation into James Whitehouse (Rupert Friend), a British politician accused of rape. His wife, Sophie (Sienna Miller), is convinced of his innocence, but her loyalty is put to the test by prosecutor Kate Woodcroft (Michelle Dockery). https://www.youtube.com/embed/BJwPc0MsbOQ Read the full article

Koh Lipe Wysyp postów o wielorazowych torbach, butelkach i bambusowych słomkach ucieszył mnie i przytłoczył – to znaczy że działamy i motywujemy do działania w mikroskali! Dbają też o bałtyckie morświny i foki! KLUB PODRÓŻNIKÓW SOLIŚCI – Polska KLUB PODRÓŻNIKÓW SOLIŚCI to stowarzyszenie, które skupia ludzi z pasją do podróżowania i chce wspierać i promować szeroko pojęte “świadome podróżowanie”! To w wersji najbardziej optymistycznej!

11 Diet Changes to Make During Every Decade
Everyday Wellness
Emily DiNuzzoDec 04
Healthy eating and proper nutrient balance is key for all decades of life—here are the extra diet changes by decade your body needs.
In your 20s: Hone healthy habits
Michelle Lee Photography/Shutterstock
Your 20s are a tumultuous time that some even consider the toughest decade of their lives, the Guardian reports. Although this age can be challenging, it’s the optimal time to set yourself up for future health and nutrition success, according to Malina Linkas Malkani, MS, RDN, CDN, media spokesperson for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. It’s best to be proactive and establish a healthy lifestyle at a younger age than it is to grapple with the consequences of unhealthy eating and living later in life, Malkani says. “Consequently, the top three ways to set yourself up for life-long optimal health during your 20s are learning how to cook healthy meals you enjoy, establishing a routine of regular grocery shopping and meal planning, and building a variety of fruits and vegetables into your daily diet,” Malkani says.
In your 20s: Stockpile the calcium
Usanee Saechua/Shutterstock
The older people get the harder it is for the body to absorb calcium from the foods they eat, according to Alyssa Ardolino, RD, Nutrition Communications Coordinator, International Food Information Council. Peak calcium absorption is thorough to take place during adolescence and our 20s, which can improve bone mass and amy decrease the risk for osteoporosis later in life, she says. These are the doctors visits you need to make at every age.
In your 20s and 30s: Focus on folate
StiJa/Shutterstock
If you are a female who plans on having children during your 20s or 30s it is key to eat for optimal fertility, Malkani, creator of the Wholitarian Lifestyle says. Eating a healthy, appropriate diet prepares the body for pregnancy. Malkani has a few nutritional recommendations including maintaining a healthy bodyweight, limiting alcohol, and avoiding cigarettes. Another specific tip from Malkani is to meet the recommended dietary allowance for folate (400 mcg per day). Ardolino adds that folate-rich foods like leafy greens, asparagus, and fortified grains may decrease the risk of having a baby born with neural tube defects—and it’s best to build up your folate stores in advance.

Wanna feel old? Scarface is turning 35 this year. The film is one of many iconic flicks celebrating their birthdays at this year’s TriBeCa Film Festival. Steven Spielberg’s Schindler’s List is turning twenty-five. Alexandre Rockwell’s In The Soup is also being celebrated.
Scarface director Brian De Palma will reunite with stars Al Pacino and Michelle Pfeiffer for a special screening of the iconic film responsible for “Say hello to my little friend” memes the world over. The 2018 Tribeca Film Festival will take place April 18-29 in New York City. The special screening will go down at the Beacon Theatre. Fans of the flick will want to prime their browsers, as tickets go on sale on March 20 at 10am ET at tribecafilm.com. If you’re not one of the guys I dated in college that had a poster of Tony Montana above his bed, then you may be interested in the Schindler’s List screening, for which director Steven Spielberg will be joined by actors Liam Neeson, Sir Ben Kingsley, Embeth Davidtz.
Cinephiles will also be excited to learn the festival has added a new program to its roster, The Journey, which along with the Tribeca Talks Directors Series, Storytellers, and Masterclasses, will bring together the likes of Alec Baldwin, Edward Burns, Bradley Cooper, Claire Danes, Jamie Foxx, Lesli Linka Glatter, Spike Lee, John Legend, Nancy Meyers, Sarah Jessica Parker, Alexander Payne, Laura Poitras, Jason Reitman, and others. NBD. The festival is also bringing back it’s Future of Film series which will focus on the way emerging technologies like AI will affect the future of storytelling.

The vast majority of individuals only work with lawyers when they are in desperate need. This means that many clients don’t know what to expect in terms of lawyer-client relationships. Getting legal counsel requires trust. You will be entrusting a stranger with the future of your family, career, or finances. On the other hand, for lawyers, developing excellent client relationships is essential for the growth of your law firm.

Always like everything’s going on in their lives. Instead of watching the newest season, I put it off only to rewatch the previous seasons. And it’s gonna take a loooong time. It depends on my mood, though. Everything’s negotiable.
MY FINE LINE
“Oh, it is really good. It’s the best coffee in town.”
(Lorelai Gilmore)
“You’re a regular Jack Kerouac.”
(Lorelai Gilmore)
“I’m just screwing with your mind.”
(Lorelai Gilmore)
Dialogue
Rory: Hey. It’s freezing. Lorelai: Oh, what do you need? Hot tea, coffee? Rory: Lip gloss. Lorelai: Aha. I have vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, and toasted marshmallow. Rory: Anything in there not resembling a breakfast cereal? Lorelai: Yes. It has no smell but it changes colors with your mood. Rory: God. RuPaul doesn’t need this much makeup.
“Wow. You do not look old enough to have a daughter. No, I mean it. And you do not look like a daughter.”
(Joey)
“Korean never joke about future doctors.”
(Lane Kim)
Dialogue
Sookie: I want to put it on the waffles for breakfast. Lorelai: I want to take a bath in that sauce. Sookie: I will make more. Lorelai: Someday, when we open our own inn, diabetics will line up to eat this sauce. Sookie: Won’t that be great? Lorelai: Yeah. But the key to someday achieving that dream is for you to stay alive long enough, so we actually can open an inn. Do you understand? Sookie: Yes, I understand.
“It sucks that after all these years your mom still hates me.”
(Rory Gilmore)
“Boys don’t like funny girls.”
(Mrs. Kim)
“Protestants love oatmeal.”
(Sookie St. James)
“People are particularly stupid today. I can’t talk anymore with them.”
(Michel Gerard)
“There’s something I haven’t thought of. I know there is something staring at me right in the face. I just… I haven’t seen it.”
(Lorelai Gilmore)
“Since we are now financially involved in your life. I want to be actively involved in your life.”
(Emily Gilmore)
”God! You’re like Ruth Gordon just standing there with a tannis root. Make a noise.”
(Rory Gilmore)
Dialogue
Rory: Hey, how did you know I was reading Moby Dick? Dean: I’ve been watching you. Rory: Watching me? Dean: I mean, not in a creepy, like “I’m watching you” sort of way. I just, I’ve noticed you. Rory: Me? Dean: Yeah. Rory: When? Dean: Every day. After school you come out and you sit under that tree there and you read. Last week it was Madame Bovary. This week it’s Moby Dick. Rory: But why would you— Dean: Because you’re nice to look at. And because you’ve got unbelievable concentration. Rory: What? Dean: Last Friday these two guys were tossing around a ball and one guy was nailed other right in the face. I mean, it was a mess, blood everywhere, the nurse came out. The place was in chaos, his girlfriend was all freaking out and you just sat there and read. You never even looked up. I thought, I have never seen anyone read so intensely before in my entire life. I have to meet that girl. Rory: Maybe I just didn’t look up because I’m unbelievably self-centered. Dean: Maybe, but I doubt it.
Dialogue
Lorelai: I forgot to tell we’re having dinner with your grandparents tomorrow night. Rory: We are? Lorelai: Mm-hmm. Rory: But it’s September. Lorelai: So? Rory: So, what holiday’s in September? Lorelai: Look, it’s not a holiday thing. It’s just dinner, okay? Rory: Fine, sorry.
“Red meat can kill you. Enjoy.”
(Luke Danes)
“I don’t tell you everything. I have my own things.”
(Rory Gilmore)
Dialogue
Lorelai: This is about a boy. Of course. I can’t believe I didn’t see it. All those talk about money and bus rides, you got a thing going with a guy you don’t wanna leave school. Rory: I’m going to bed. Lorelai: God, I’m so dense. That should’ve been my first thought. After all, you’re me. Rory: I’m not you. Lorelai: Really? Someone willing to throw important life experiences outta the window to be with a guy. It sounds like me to me. Rory: Whatever. Lorelai: So, who is he? Rory: There’s no guy. Lorelai: Dark hair, romantic guy, looks a little dangerous. Rory: This conversation is over. Lorelai: Tattoos are good too. Rory: I don’t wanna change schools because of all the reasons I’ve already told you a thousand times. If you don’t wanna believe me, that’s fine. Goodnight. Lorelai: Does he have a motorcycle? ‘Cause if you’re gonna throw your life away, he better have a motorcycle!
Dialogue
Lorelai: Listen. Can we just start all over, okay? You tell me about the guy and I promised not to let my head explode, huh? Rory, please talk to me. Okay, I’ll talk. Don’t get me wrong. Guys are great. I am a huge fan of guys. You don’t get knocked up at sixteen being indifferent to guys. Babe, guys are always gonna be there. This school isn’t. It’s more important. It has to be more important. Rory: I’m going to sleep. Lorelai: Rory. You’ve always been the sensible one in this house, huh? I need you to remember that feeling now. You will kick your own butt later if you blow this. Rory: Well, it’s my butt. Lorelai: Good comeback. Rory: Thank you. Lorelai: You’re welcome. Rory, come on. Rory: I don’t wanna talk about this. Could you please, please just leave me alone? Lorelai: Okay, fine. We always had a democracy in this house. We never did anything unless we both agreed. But now I guess I’m gonna have to play the mom card. You’re going to Chilton whether you want to or not. Monday morning, you will be there, end of story. Rory: We’ll see. Lorelai: Yeah, we will.
Dialogue
Rory: So, do we go in and do we just stand here reenacting ‘The Little Match Girl’? Lorelai: Okay, look, I know you and me are having a thing here and I know you hate me but I need you to be civil. At least through dinner, on the way home you can pull Menendez. Rory: Fine.
“Is that a collector’s cup or can I throw it away for you?”
(Emily Gilmore)
“Well, it’s not every day that I have my girls here for dinner on a day the banks are open.”
(Emily Gilmore)
“An education is the most important thing in the world, next to family.”
(Emily Gilmore)
Dialogue
Emily: Lorelai, come back to the table. Lorelai: Is this what it’s gonna be like every Friday night? I come over and let you attack me? Emily: You’re being very dramatic. Lorelai: Dramatic? Were you at that table just now? Emily: Yes, I was. And I think you took what your father said the wrong way. Lorelai: The wrong way? How could I’ve taken it the wrong way? What was open to interpretation?
Dialogue
Lorelai: Why do you pounce on every single thing I say? Emily: That’s absurd. You barely uttered a word all night. Lorelai: ‘That’s not true.’ Emily: You said pie. Lorelai: Oh, come on. Emily: You did. All I’ve heard you said was pie. Lorelai: Why would he bring up Christopher? Was that really necessary? Emily: He likes Christopher. Lorelai: Isn’t that interesting? Because, as I remember, when Christopher got me pregnant, Dad didn’t like him so much. Emily: Oh, well, please, you were sixteen. What were we supposed to do? Throw you a party? We were disappointed. The two of you had such bright futures. Lorelai: Yes. And by not getting married we got to keep those bright futures. Emily: When you get pregnant, you get married. A child needs a mother and a father. Lorelai: Oh, Mom. Do you think that Christopher would have his own company right now if we’d gotten married? Do you think he would be anything at all? Emily: Yes, I do. Your father would have put him in the insurance business and you’d be living a lovely life right now. Lorelai: He didn’t wanna be in the insurance business and I am living a lovely life right now. Emily: That’s right, far away from home. Lorelai: Oh, here we go. Emily: You took that girl, completely shut us out of your life. Lorelai: You wanted to control me. Emily: You were still a child. Lorelai: I stopped being a child the minute the strip turned pink, okay? I had to figure out how to live. I found a good job. Emily: As a maid. With all your brains and talent. Lorelai: I worked my way up. I run the place now. I built a life on my own with no help from anyone. Emily: Yes, and think where you would have been if you’d accepted a little help, hm? And where Rory would have been. But no, you always too proud to accept anything from anyone. Lorelai: Well, I wasn’t too proud to come here to you two begging for money for my kid’s school, was I? Emily: No, you certainly weren’t. But you’re too proud to tell her where you got it from, aren’t you? Well, fine. You have your precious pride and I have my weekly dinners. Isn’t that nice? We both win.
“You know what’s really special about our relationship? The total understanding about the need for one’s privacy. I mean, you really understand boundaries.”
(Rory Gilmore)

2017 Emmy Winners: See the Full List
The Handmaid’s Tale, Veep, Big Little Lies, and Saturday Night Live were the evening’s biggest winners.
Sunday saw perhaps the most politically tinged Emmys ceremony in history, with every top prize going to a series that made a statement—from the Trump—skewing Saturday Night Live (which walked away with four prizes, including variety sketch series) to the caustic White House comedy Veep (a repeat winner in comedy, as well as for leading actress Julia Louis-Dreyfus) to drama winner The Handmaid’s Tale, which imagines a dystopian future that, in the wake of recent events, seems all too possible. Even the big winner in the limited-series category, Big Little Lies, is a frothy-seeming series with a deeper message about domestic violence. The winners’ speeches reflected that political reality, with several victors alluding to the current presidential administration—or, in some cases, calling it out directly. As Handmaid’s Tale show-runner Bruce Miller declared at the end of his speech: “Go home. Get to work. We have a lot of things to fight for.”
A full list of winners can be found below. Take a look—and see how V.F.did by comparing the results to our pre-show predictions.
