Hi everyone! It's my first post here

I'm Vera known online as Pegazica. I'm an artist, horse rider and music lover

This piece was inspired by Mika's new song "Apocalypse calypso"

I fell in love with this song from the first listen. It's got such a soft, hazy quality. It's like a daydream.

I love how open Mika is about everything in this song. Love, sexuality, everything! It's such a masterpiece and the fact that it's in French adds up to its beauty.

This image appeared in my head immediately after listening to that song for the first time.

That's why I decided to draw it. I wanted to show the same emotions and softness as the song. It's kind of a continuation of the cover for Mika's new album "Que Ta Tête Fleurisse Toujours" (coming out on December 1st!)

I wanted to show my interpretation of it and "what happened after the picture for the cover was taken"

The flowers in his hair are also a bit of a ca to the title and Mika's love for them 😝

but also i sometimes rember that when i was like 11 i was really obsessed for some reason with junior from starkid’s starship to the point where i got pink sunglasses to imitate him and i still own them.

he was the og junior he set the precedent ahdjdjsks

This just reminded me that for some reason the men who have changed my brain chemistry are named Alan (or some variation of that spelling)
