"When Meghan [the Duchess of Sussex] made an unexpected appearance at the Children’s Hospital Los Angeles 2024 Gala, she didn’t walk the green carpet with her usual plus-one, husband Prince Harry.

"Instead, it was close friend Kelly McKee Zajfen who was by her side at the Oct. 5 event as Harry remained in Africa after a brief stopover in the U.K. McKee Zajfen took to Instagram over the weekend to pay tribute to her friend the Duchess of Sussex, 43, writing that she was 'beyond grateful to share in this beautiful evening with one of my closest friends,' McKee Zajfen wrote.

"The Alliance of Moms co-founder praised Meghan’s support for CHLA, calling her commitment to the cause 'truly inspiring' and adding, 'I’m so grateful to have you by my side.'

Meghan was spotted at Beyonce’s Renaissance World tour last night in Inglewood at the Sofi Stadium. This is her second show this week. This show was special, because it was Beyoncé’s birthday show (she turned 42 on Sept. 4th). Here Meghan is posing with actress Kerry Washington (from the show Scandal and plenty of other things), and Kelly Rowland (Destiny’s Child member and like sisters to Beyoncé). In the video, if you look closely, you can see Meghan posing for a photo with Kelly.
