In the AU, he and the other guards we see in TFOne work under Nexus Prime's command. Nexus Prime is usually pretty lax compared to the command of Megatronus Prime... but he knows when to be firm.

On another note, I'll probably do a post about my current characterizations of the Primes and the work they each do soon!! It'll be pretty comparable to the typical canon, I think.

I've been seeing people make TF One Optimus talk and act like a GenZer, and it's honestly so funny

Imagine all the Optimus Primes coming together to work on a mission or something, and TfO Optimus is over in the corner starring at empty space, saying:

TFO Op: Chat, what do we think?

And everyone just looks at him, concerned and confused, trying to find what exactly this guy is looking at but see nothing but empty space.

G1 Op: Is... is he talking to us or...

TFP Op: I'm afraid he took the divorce harder than we thought
