Sydney McLaughlin-Levrone sets another world record (50.65 sec) in the 400m hurdles at the Olympic Trials in Eugene, Oregon, June 30, 2024. At this point, she's just racing against herself.

These three will represent Team USA in the 400m hurdles at the Paris Olympics.

Here's also to hoping they all break the Olympic records 👌🏿. What's crazy is that Sha'carri could potentially do it for two events as seen above. Also to note Lyles broke the WC record held by Michael Johnson by 0.01 seconds. It would be crazy if he did the same with Bolts Olympic record 💯

400 m Races

I love everything 400 m Athletics. All of them, 400 m, 4 x 400 m, 4 x 100 m, 400 m Hurdles... And the women's 400 m Hurdles, Femke Bol (NED) vs. Sydney McLaughlin-Levrone (USA) for the Gold, is probably the one I'm most excited about the 2024 Paris Olympics.

And it did not, disappoint! Sydney McLaughlin-Levrone made Femke Bol look like she was just an average runner and broke the World Record (50.37") for the 6th time, reminding everyone that she's the Hurdles GOATs.

By the way, I'm so happy that the Philippines was represented in Women's 400 m Hurdles in this Olympics. I'm so proud of you Lauren Hoffman!
