GALASYNTH 2024: UTAU X V系!!!

Hiiiii tumblr ppl (all 3 of u) im posting this here too! This was my piece for Galasynth 2024, it's Matsudappoine, Keine Ron and Matsudappoiyo as a fictional 90s kote-kei band called Me'lon†BerrY, mainly inspired by Aliene Ma'riage n such!!!

Matsudappoine, aka Matsuda Kanro! Voiced and Managed by Matsuda Toki.

Originally releasing June 28th, 2010, Ms. Matsuda has a similarly messy background as Matsudappoiyo when it comes to accessibility to her vbs. As of March 2019 all of her banks are up download like her brother.

She's assumed to be pretty lazy, less so than her brother, but also likes to annoy people by butting into conversations. She smiles a lot and is a smug little bastard (<headcanon). Her favorite thing in the world is lollipops, for some reason.

Like her brother, the name "Matsudappoine" means "Looks like Matsuda", because she's a bank voiced by Matsuda Toki.

Matsudappoine (aka Matsuda Kanro) is a japanese synth introduced in 2010. shes voiced, illustrated and managed by Matsuda Toki. she is 17yo and 173cm tall. she likes lollipops. her name roughly means "looks like matsuda". her banks were taken down at some point i think, (possibly around the time matsudappoiyos were i imagine), but have been available for download on her official site since 20 mar 2019.

(utau wikidot and utau fandom wiki said her character birthday is 18 jun, but i couldnt find reference to this anywehre else, including her official site, so im just saying its today as its her release date)

oh my god theres a few that have been living in my head rent-free. not sure how many of these are obscure but a lot of them have like no posts in their tag so i'm using it as an indicator :>

ok first off is CRINA. i discovered her when i was looking at romanian voicebanks about two weeks ago and oh my god i love her. she's voiced and managed by 6LIN and her art is by Shiva. she has voicebanks in japanese, korean, and romanian. she *technically* has an english, a chinese, and a spanish voicebank in production but she was last updated in 2014 i think so i dont really know if they're still being worked on.

on the right is her traditional vcv design (released in 2012) and the right is her bitter design (released in 2014)

another voicebank that i really like is sakebi-chan. her voicebank consists of high-pitched shouts and screams. shes managed by 狼少女21号 and her art is by Matsuda Mattsun / Matsuda Toki (who is also the artist and vp of matsudappoiyo and matsudappoine). i found her on accident but she is just so. yeah.

and lastly, a guy that i also found on accident literally a day ago: seiiki eien

he was released in 2010 by Sumanina and AYA and voiced by Hazeruko (his illustration was done by Sumanina and AYA). his current manager is Chihaya. afaik he only has one released voicebank, which is a CV voicebank that i accidentally downloaded. he is definitely like 10x more obscure than crina or sakebi-chan; there's only like two covers on youtube using his voice, both of which are from at least 8 years ago, most of his content is deleted (likely during the time when Chihaya adopted him) and the only page with any information about his is the UTAU fandom page (🤢🤮). he doesn't have a vocaDB page or a UTAU wiki page, and his page on UTAU SoundScape (Chihaya's site) doesn't even has his information. i don't even know how i found his full-body artwork --

im gonna start this off BUT!!!!!! this is shirataki ito!! a tripitch CV voicebank managed by the [now defunct] projectE-ito, she was initially released back in 2010 but recently in march of 2022, her voicebank was uploaded to ULM. her voice provider is 壱! she was also illustrated by 冬兎 from the digging ive done for re-otoing purposes, her B3 pitch has the suffix of ↓, and her F5 pitch has the suffix of ↑!

i have no idea why the fuck this silly lil fella from 2010 specifically is my favorite but she's pretty damn unique

another obscure voicebank that i love is kokorone chiyoko, she's a monopitch CV bank, she used to have a tumblr blog from what i see. her voice provider is ココロ!
