We have done our first Stabilised Rammed Wall. When we were starting our build our neighbour, Chris, asked what material we wanted to use for the new boundary fence, then he suggested rammed earth. Why of course we would jump at that! We used recycled concrete from Boral St Peter’s to keep our embodied energy down, a bit of river sand and cement 8:1:1 mix. The results are great - it was a day though. Our mixer had an arm ripped off so we ended up mixing all the materials dry in the back of the tip truck and with any Inner West Build we had to get creative with access - thank you to Hank and JJ for letting us pull out their fence so we could get access from 2 doors up! ok SO i feel like it’s sort of implied that Good Cop/Bad Cop has some sort of connection to masterbuilding (ie his cop car transforming to have wings) so how bout an au where he knew some of the master builders *cough* Benny *cough cough* before Lord Business’s takeover

what if there were some cases before the events of the movie where he took pity on the masterbuilders and purposefully let or even helped them escape

and that ✨angst✨ of knowing he’s fighting on the wrong side but not having the courage to join the masterbuilders & give up his (relative) safety

and the further ✨angst✨of recognizing some of the people *cough* Benny *cough cough* that his boss wants dead, and them recognizing him back

10023 Master Builder Instructions

Lego makes the instructions for many of its sets freely available on the internet. This is good. The quality though can vary wildly, from files that seem to contain the original vector files to super lazy scans, and the instructions for 10023 Master Builder are unfortunately in the later category.

Its even missing a page, the final step of the Kofo-Jaga. Due to the rarity of this set its actually lead to a pervasive misconception that this was actually an error in the instructions themselves.

I had gotten a new copy of the instructions a while ago because my childhood one had the centre pages fall out, so I thought, why not just take it fully apart and scan the whole thing! So I did!

Its available for download HERE, as individual images or as a pdf.

Now once and for all the debate on whether or not the Kofo-Jaga has legs can be put to rest.

The answer was always yes.
