Alright so here's the team I'm taking into endgame for my Fire Emblem Engage Hard Mode run. I don't think any of my class picks are too weird, but I barely did any reclassing on my first run, so it feels significant to me. Units are listed in order of recruitment. I'm putting down a "read more" in case people are worried about getting late-game recruits spoiled, any also just so this big long post doesn't clog up people's feeds too much.

Alear (I named her Syldra)
Sword Griffin Knight; S-Rank Xander; Sword Power 4, Canter
Since Alear gets her Emblem form, I was comfortable switching her off an Emblem Ring. I consider this a pretty straightforward build; Flyer mobility and Canter enable her personal skill very well, and then Sword Power and Chivalry ensure that she'll do solid damage. My only complaint is that I didn't think of reclassing to Griffin (and necessarily unlocking staff proficiency) or of using Sword Power until after losing the first batch of rings, so I didn't get to use Alear in her final form until the lategame.
Clanne
Lance Hero; Sigurd; Dual Assist+, Reposition
I like this setup a lot. Brave Assist, Dual Assist, and the movement boost from Sigurd make Clanne effectively a damage boost for the rest of my army.
Framme
Martial Master; Lucina; Canter, Staff Mastery 5
First and foremost a utility setup. Debilitate with staffs, protect allies with Chain Guard/Bonded Shield, and occasionally bash some kneecaps with Flashing Fist Art.
Anna
Sword Mage Knight; Byleth; Canter+, Momentum
I like Byleth on a mounted character because more movement is good for Goddess Dance. Plus, the big Luck boost helps trigger Make a Killing, which is helpful for me specifically because I am not good at making financial decisions in video games nor in real life.
Yunaka
Thief; Corrin; Canter, Gentility/Bravery+
Daggers+Draconic Hex can cripple most targets, and Fog Dragon Vein+Trained to Kill with a crit-boosting engraving on her weapon means she is occasionally really good at securing kills. Bravery ensures that she can always deal some damage, therefore ensuring that her daggers properly debuff things.
Diamant
Successor; Roy; Canter, Speed +5
Honestly kind of a filler pick when I realized that I had 14 deployment slots for the last few maps and not 12 like I thought. I went with Diamant because he can use S-rank swords and I wanted to start using my legendary weapons.
Ivy
Lindwurm; Celica; Canter, Speed +4
The other character I added to my lineup to fill a newly-acquired vacancy, but unlike Diamant she fills a genuine niche, since I didn't have a good fit for the Celica ring on my lineup that didn't have a different Emblem I really wanted on them.
Kagetsu
Sword/Axe Wyvern Knight; Lyn; Canter, Gentility/Bravery+
Very much a meta pick. I took who seems to be considered the best physical combatant and put him into what seems to be considered the best physical combat class. Lyn ensures that he can double enemy speedsters like Swordmasters and Wolf Knights.
Fogado
Cupido; S-Rank Leo; Canter+, Bow Focus 5
Fogado exists for one purpose and that is to annihilate flyers with the Radiant Bow. Ideally I would have a Claude bond ring for Wind God, but the RNG just didn't pan out.
Panette
Warrior; Ike; Vantage+, Pair Up
Blood Fury+Wrath+upgraded Killer Axe=consistent 100% critical rates. Vantage and Pair Up help to prevent my hubris from killing her.
Hortensia
Sleipnir Rider; Micaiah; Canter+, Staff Mastery 5
Here pretty much exclusively for wacky staff shenanigans, using Micaiah to warp and debilitate en masse. My only regret is that I used up most of my Freeze staffs, and the shop never got them in unlimited supply like I thought it would.
Seadall
Dancer; Leif; Canter+, Quality Time+
Just straight grooving. He gets Leif because I struggle to find another unit that really wants his skillset more than another Emblem's, and Arms Shield protects Seadall from bows and tomes, which are most of the weapons directed at him whenever I fail to move him out of the danger zone.
Mauvier
Royal Knight; Eirika; Canter, Lance Power 4
I gave him a Brave Lance to take advantage of Lunar Brace. I've moved him and Alear to healing duty so that Framme and Hortensia can devote more of their inventories to wackier status staffs.
Veyle
Sword Wolf Knight; Marth; Canter, Gentility/Bravery+
Levin Sword Lodestar Rush goes brrrrrrrrrrr. She can't debilitate as well as Yunaka, but she still can add to poison stacks, which is neat. I also made her Alear's S-Support, and the two of them have tag-teamed a healthy amount of chapter bosses so far.

Wizards are typically defined by their education and, in days of yore, it was up to the Master Wizard to teach their apprentice the widest spectrum of magic possible so they may choose their own focus of independent study. Times have changed, of course. Now, apprentice wizards enjoy a buyer’s market and may choose from a long list of masters and schools. Below are a few of the more modern environments a Wizard may cut their teeth in.
Medical School: Although priests have cornered the healthcare market, there are mages who wish to study human anatomy from a more secular perspective. Wizard-doctors may fulfil a variety of roles, beyond Curing Wounds:
Diagnosing illnesses (Divination)
Heating or cooling patients to make them more comfortable (Evocation)
Shocking patients to make them less comfortable (Evocation)
Performing transplants (Transmutation)
Analyzing mental illnesses (Enchantment)
Forging hospital paperwork (Illusion)
Assisting in post-mortem reports (Necromancy)
Wizards and Artificers have also been developing “Scroll-Surgery.” To put it simply, a tiny (and waterproof) spell scroll is implanted in a patient’s body to do beneficial things like regulate electricity or pain. Less-beneficial effects are possible too; spies are often found with scrolls of “Fireball” or “Modify Memory” etched in their molars.
Astralspace Engineering: These are Wizards who specialize in studying the countless cosmological planes which appear to be everywhere and a long way off at the same time. If you need a submarine to plunge to the depths of the Elemental Plane of Water, an inflammable suit to trek the expanse of the Nine Hells, or a list of the top ten restaurants in Sigil, these are the Wizards to turn to.
Business School: Business Wizards perform a wide variety of roles in the modern-medieval world despite not knowing much magic. Well, actually just two:
Court Wizardry: Kings are always in need of magical advice, and the same goes for lesser feudal lords, wealthy merchants, military leaders, etc.
Supply-Chain Management: Artificers are the undisputed lords of magical-item manufacturing, but once you’ve got a cursed magical ring, you need someone who can get it on the shelves.
Community College: Certain towns may be too small to support a large University and too big to rely on 1-on-1 apprenticeship. In such cases, a Wizard may come down to the public meeting place and train prospective Wizards en masse. If a student shows promise, the head wizard may write a letter of recommendation, helping them secure a scholarship to attend a larger university miles away. If a student doesn’t show promise, they may still walk away with a cantrip under their belt. Some accredited Wizards see teaching as merely a way of earning income, while others may see it as a way of earning the respect of their Alma Matter.
With Wizardry becoming more and more specialized over the years, there are a select few who still wish to embrace the full spectrum of magical knowledge. Among these Wizards, there are no master, no arch-mages, grand-chancellors or post-graduates. Every student of studies one topic enough to become a mere dilettante and then moves on to the next.
Below is a description of the 5e homebrew subclass: Liberal Arts School
Liberal Arts School
Wizards who want to study everything. Their skills, proficiencies, and expertise would put your average skill-monkey to shame – and may even multiclass a little without neglecting their Wizardry!
Expert Savant: At level one, you become proficient in one tool of your choice and may also pick one skill you’re proficient with and gain “Expertise” in it. At level 10 you may pick a second tool proficiency and a second “Expertise.”
Integrated Education: At level 2, your education is expansive, all-encompassing, and somewhat muddled in your mind. You may choose three non-intelligence skills and those skills will always be intelligence-based for you – instead of their usual ability.
On top of that, you can pick one spellcasting class that you could normally multiclass into (For example, if you want to choose the Bard class, you’d need a charisma of 13 or higher). Whenever you choose a new spell to learn, you may choose from this class’s spell list. If you come across spell scrolls for this class, you may copy them into your spellbook. These additional spells do not count as Wizard spells for the purposes of calculating spell save DCs and attack bonuses.
Unemployable: By the 6th level, the time you’ve spent below the poverty line has certainly left its mark on you. You only need half as much food, water, and short/long rest time as you normally would.
Performance Enhancer: At level 10, you’ve learned a magical technique that could probably get you expelled from university. As an action, you can make a motion with your hands to send magic coursing through your brain. For the next 5 minutes, you can cast any un-prepared 1st level wizard spell in your spellbook and you may concentrate on two spells at once.
When the minute is over, you can no longer concentrate on spells until you complete a long rest. If you try to use this feature while you are suffering from the aftereffects, there is a 50% chance that you instead gain a level of exhaustion.
Declared Minor: At level 14, you’ve spent so long studying wizardry… it’s gotten pretty dull. You gain the benefits of one level in any other class besides wizard, with the following three catches:
HP maximum only increases by the amount the wizard class would improve normally.
Your number of spell slots only increases by the amount it normally would for a wizard.
Your character level for cantrip scaling (and similar purposes) only increases by one.
For example, if you were a Fighter 6 and Wizard 13, you could effectively become a Fighter 7, Wizard 14. So go nuts!

"All In the Family" FNAF AU : "Ballora"
Ballora was a character animatronic created for "Fazbear's Funtime Pizza Emporium," the fourth iteration of the Fazbear's Pizza chain. The "Pizza Emporium" had a circus theme, and the character "Ballora" was designed to resemble a circus performer.
"Ballora" was a secondary performing animatronic at the "Pizza Emporium," and was an immediate hit with any child who liked ballerinas. She had very fine motor skills, and could walk en pointe, perform basic ballet dances, and could ride on a trapeze swing that hung from the ceiling. A music box built into her also allowed her to supply her own music. Unlike other animatronics (like "Circus Baby" or "Coils the Birthday Clown"), Ballora was confined to performing on the stage and couldn't move around the restaurant, as her actions required the help of tracks built into the stage and wires that hung from the ceiling.
She stands at just over 6 feet tall, and is only slightly taller than most adults. Her primary special feature, aside from her incredible motor functions, is her ability to "breathe fire," which is an effect created by a small flame thrower mechanism built into her neck and head, with the flames exiting through her mouth.
"Fazbear's Funtime Pizza Emporium" was opened to the public in 1998, just in time to celebrate the 5th birthday of Elizabeth, the daughter of animatronic designer William Afton and niece of robotics engineer Henry Masters. The character of "Ballora" herself was originally created as a present for Laura Afton, wife of William and sister of Henry.
A series of tragic accidents struck the family in 2003, leading to a change of ownership of the "Fazbear's" brand and the closing of many of the chain's franchise buildings. The "Pizza Emporium" was closed to the public, and the animatronics all moved to storage. One such animatronic, "Ballora" has not been seen by the public for 15 years.
The "Ballora" animatronic, along with many others, is currently kept in storage in the basement below "Fazbear's Arcade-a-palooza!," the only building of the franchise that's still open. The night security guards who work in the building have reported seeing and hearing strange things with the animatronic, and claim that the robotic ballerina frequently comes to life during the night, and that they have heard her dancing and climbing up the walls. They've also reported hearing the sound of her music box following them on their shifts, even when they don't see anything suspicious.
On July 29, 2003, Laura Afton was hit by a truck while she was crossing the street. According to Jen Masters (her sister), the two had been working in the office at one of the Fazbear locations (their family's business) when Laura had received two phone calls. One phone call was from her husband (William Afton), who was at the hospital with their younger son (Christopher Caleb Afton); he was calling to update her about C.C.'s worsening condition. The other call was to tell her that her older son (Michael Afton) had been killed in a vehicular accident less than an hour before.
J. Masters cited that their family had already suffered many losses throughout the year, including that of Laura's daughter. She says that her sister flew into a state of panic, and ran out of the building to her car. Masters couldn't tell if Laura was going to see her younger son in the hospital or if she was going to where her older son's body was being kept. Masters started to follow Laura out the door, and was horrified to see her sister ran across the street to where her car was parked only to be hit by a truck on the way there. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
Because of this, some of the security guards and daytime staff at the "Arcade-a-palooza!" believe that the "Ballora" animatronic is haunted by the spirit of Laura Afton. Jen Masters, surviving member of the franchise's founding family and current owner of "Fazbear's," refuses to comment on these rumors.

Y/N isn't in a good headspace, so her publisher sends her off to a remote cabin in the mountains in an attempt to rid her of all distractions and produce the highly anticipated first draft of her last book. But as she battles with snow, word counts, and surprise visitors, she learns that not every battle needs to be won, and that happy endings aren't always what we'd think.

“Miss, your total is $426.54. Miss?”
Y/N blinked and looked up at the cashier before taking her credit card out and handing it over.
“Are you stocking up for the end of the world?” The cashier asks as he runs her card. Y/N glances at the trolley loaded with a months’ worth of non-perishables and a dozen crates of beer.
“Something like that.” She tells him as she scribbles her signature on the store receipt.
The trolley is a bit on the heavy side as she heaves it across the car park towards her truck, but she manages it. When she’s got everything all loaded up beside the bags and bags of logs she’s worked up a sweat and has to unzip her coat as she climbs up into the driver’s seat. The truck feels empty without her little border terrier, and she finds herself wishing Harley could have been with her for this new adventure.
It had been her publisher’s idea to go on this little escapade, to get her out of the city, away from all the distractions. He cared more about the lack of pages than her deteriorating mental health, but for the sake of her sanity she had agreed that a month-long retreat into the mountains might do more for her writer’s block than being in her too quiet apartment. Her creative juices had bit the dust around the same time she’d had to make the heart-breaking decision to have Harley put to sleep.
His other idea had been to get a new dog. She’d used some extraordinarily strong language at that suggestion, so… mountains.
She feels fairly well prepared. Provisioned. Whatever. The cabin her publisher had found had been empty for a few years, and she had been warned that it may take a bit of work to get the generator working, and that there would be no mobile signal out there either. But she had been equipped with a satellite phone and the publisher had done some technological whizz-bang magic that meant she would be able to send and receive emails via satellite. She’d also done her own extensive research, which hopefully meant that once she arrived, she wouldn’t have to make the drive back to civilisation until her month was up and her first draft was on its way. She had churned out three books a year at some points, she could manage this.
She reaches over to the passenger seat to pick up one of her many notebooks, this one was her ‘survival plan’. “Snow tyres, check. Firewood, yes. Socks, hundreds…” She went down the whole list, covering everything from dry shampoo to copious amounts of candy and snacks. She’d even found a repair manual for the generator online, and had both printed and laminated it, just to be thorough.
“Okay, let’s do this.” She says aloud, still not used to Harley’s absence. The truck’s engine whines a little as it starts up, and she takes a moment to put the map (also laminated) on top of the paperwork piled up on the passenger seat. She still had a few hours until noon, plenty of time to get to the cabin while it was still light and make some sort of order out of it before dark.
The first two hours of her journey went as expected. She didn’t even miss the hairpin turn she had been dreading, but as the bare trees began to curl over the road and block the sun, she felt a prickle of unease. Wishing again for Harley. What was she thinking? A woman, on her own, hiding out in a run-down cabin in the middle of nowhere, all for a book she was contracted to write but had no heart for.
The last four years of her career had been dedicated to her high fantasy trilogy, the world, its characters, its mysteries. Mystery solved and arcs resolved, her baby was done. Before that she had spent years churning out a crappy serial romance saga before a well-earned break funded by selling the rights to turn them into a television series. That was until the inspiration for The Fallen had hit her. But of course, the publishers were keen to squeeze out more profit, and had coerced her into signing another book deal. They wanted a revival of the romance saga, but after over twelve years of being free from churning out two or three contentless books a year, it wasn’t something she wanted to revisit. Besides, it felt ridiculous to be in her early thirties, and turning back to something she started when she was only seventeen. Something different. She didn’t know how to write different. She had planned to save the existential breakdown until she’d arrived and at least got a fire going, but apparently her brain hadn’t got the memo, and she had to pull over to stumble from the truck and put her head between her knees. She focused on her breathing, in through the nose, out through the mouth, in through the nose… “C’mon, you can do this.” … out through the mouth.
As she climbed back into the truck sometime later, she heard an engine and slammed her door shut just in time to see beaten up chevy truck thundering past, black smoke sputtering from its exhaust. The driver beeped their horn at her, and her panic was replaced with annoyance. She’d picked a safe place to pull over, she wasn’t blocking the road. Hell, that dick didn’t even have to move positions from the centre of the road.
Apart from the short break at the side of the road, and a five-minute detour down the wrong lane, Y/N was making good time. The only problem came when the cabin was actually in sight. A tree was blocking the drive, and nowhere on the map could she pick out any way to go around. The cabin looked to be only a ten-minute walk away, but everything was blanketed in thick snow, and she had a months’ worth of wood, food, water…not to mention all her writing stuff, clothes, blankets… beers. It would take an insane number of trips and eat into her daylight. But the tree was huge, and even if she had a chain or ropes to try and pull it out of the way, she had no idea how she’d do so safely. That wasn’t something she had researched how to do.
She climbed out and her legs disappeared up to her knees in the thick snow. Not to be put off by the first hurdle, she found the keys for the cabin, gathered up the only valuable things in the truck (namely her laptop and the satellite phone), and locked the truck behind her. The tree had a tangle of roots, so it seemed to have fallen naturally. Not that she really knew what she was looking at. She skirted around the edge and stomped through the snow towards the cabin, which was bigger than she had imagined. The ‘ten minute’ walk took closer to fifteen minutes, hampered by the snow, and then there was the issue of trying to get the door open. The wood seemed to have swelled, and she had to throw her shoulder against it several times before it burst open in a cloud of dust.
It stank. It had that unlived in smell, like stagnant water, and she kept the door open – not just for the light – but for the fresh air.
It was much as she expected really, a small kitchenette (which really was just a log stove and a cobweb infested sink with a single section of worktop) with a small dining table and four chairs. A mismatched armchair and leather sofa tucked close to a log burner. Two doors stood off the one side, presumably to a bedroom and a bathroom. “Right.” She said, setting her laptop bag down and wondering what to do first.
The owners hadn’t been sure that the water supply would still work, which is why she had lugged her own plastic barrels up here, but if it was working, she wouldn’t have to carry so many.
The pumped the lever over the sink a few times, still flushed from the hard walk. After a few tries, the tap sputtered out a dead spider and rust coloured liquid, followed a moment later by clear, precious water. The initial horror at the colour of the stuff still had her deciding to get some water from the truck, however.
“Okay.” She said to herself, stepping back. “Water, oil, logs, clothes for the night, bedding, cleaning stuff. Food.” She ran through her list again and then nodded, satisfied. On her way out of the door she spotted a big old wooden sled propped up under the window. “Perfect.”
Her second trip took longer than the first, fighting the sled the entire way and almost losing the barrel of water. It slid off the sled and looked for a moment like it might roll clean of the mountain, but the packed snow stopped it in its tracks.
Catching her breath for the next trip, she checked the other side of the two doors. Discovering to her horror that both led to bedrooms, then – to her relief – that the master bedroom had a rather basic en suite. It contained one of those giant clawfoot baths you only ever saw in movies, though this one was an old-fashioned green colour and a bit rusty around the plug. She hoped she could get the generator running to enjoy a soak at some point.
She tested the double bed in the master bedroom, and then checked both the twin beds, testing which of the three was the most comfortable, and therefore the one she would be using. The other bedroom, she would use as storage for all her supplies. The big bed in the room with the en suite was fortunately the comfiest, which meant she could pile all her stuff into the room with the twin beds.
She found an old oil lamp in the kitchen cupboards and a little paraffin heater in the cupboard under the sink. It was the ancient kind with no warning labels. Though common sense filled in the unwritten ‘use in a well-ventilated space or you will suffocate’. She set it up, just to take the edge of until she could get a fire going and put the lamp on the dining table next to her laptop, deciding there and then that this evening would be electricity free. She didn’t want to have to deal with the frustrations of the generator, and it seemed encompassing of her new mountain persona to forgo some of the basic necessities.
Two trips later and her hands are blistered from the friction of the sled rope, even through her gloves. Her legs are screaming at her, and despite the three thick pairs of socks, she would put all her royalties betting on frost bite setting in. There’s one last trip to make sure she has everything she’ll need for the night and most of the next day, and then she covers the flatbed of her truck with its waterproof cover and makes sure it’s stupidly tight. None of her things will enjoy a night in the freezing cold, but as long as nothing gets too damp, everything will be fine.
The door had been open all this time, so the cabin is now just as chilled as outside, but at least it smells fresher now. Her phone – devoid of all signal – becomes a glorified sound system. The oil heater starts to inject a little warmth, and as soon as it’s warm enough to abandon her coat and gloves, she gets to work on making the place fit for habitation.
“…As long as my heart's beating, and these old lungs keep breathing, the highs and the lows, yes and the no’s…” She sings loudly as she sweeps out the log stove of half burnt longs and powdery grey ash.
By the time the sun is setting, the whole cabin is as dust free as it can be without a hoover, the log fire is roaring, the bed is made, and the only lingering issue is the draft from the front door, which – having been forced to open – is now refusing to close properly. Having decided that the back and forth from the truck was enough work for one day, Y/N simply snacks instead of making a dinner and then sits by the fire with her notebook and pen. The flannel patterned throw she’d bought from home depot thrown over her legs.
Nothing comes. Not even a silly doodle in the margin. True, she usually wrote on her laptop. But the charge wouldn’t last long, and she’d been prepared to write this book by hand.
Even with the fire and the blanket there seems to be a wickedly cool draft, and she makes a note to put a makeshift draft excluder together in the morning. Finished with her bag of chips, she stands to select another snack and grab a beer, missing Harley weaving between her legs. She twists the cap of the beer bottle and walks back to the sofa and freezes in surprise.
On the sofa, is a pleased looking black Labrador.
The beer bottle slips from her fingers and shatters on the floor. The dilemma of broken glass and soft paws snapping her out of her shock.
“Hello…” She says slowly, answered by a thumping tail on brown leather. “You stay there. Okay?”

“Okay, good boy… girl… good dog. Stay.”
Fortunately all the cleaning supplies are in easy reach. Y/N focuses on sweeping up the broken glass as a priority, ignoring the beer sloshing around the stone floor and seeping into the rope rug. Glass sorted; she gets a cloth to wipe the beer up. The front door in ajar, which explains how the dog got in. But it doesn’t explain what they’re doing out here in the middle of nowhere. They seem happy enough, well fed, shiny coat, wet nose. So they’re obviously being cared for by someone.
“Okay, it’s safe.” She tells the Labrador from the floor once she’s sure all the glass is up. They seem to be a pro at broken bottles, because with the all-clear, they jump from the sofa and come greet her properly.
“Oh, yes, hello. Nice to meet you too.” She tells them, trying to shove their face away as their tongue makes a beeline for her mouth. She giggles, giving their neck a good scratch. There’s a chain collar, but no tags. “Where are you from, huh?” She asks, attempting to stand, her knees protesting against the stone floor.
There’s a tremendous bang and the front door flies open. Halfway to her feet, Y/N loses her balance and topples onto her back, staring up into the doorway.
Where a bearded man in a Stetson and a heavy coat is pointing a shotgun at her.

Build: Tall and lanky with angular shoulders and long limbs. He has a trim, lightly muscled physique with long delicate fingers and soft hands.
Eye Color: Luminous Yellow/Gold with slitted cat-like pupils and a darker, amber band around the edges.
Hair Color/Texture: Black, 1b hair texture. Just long enough for the ends to brush against his shoulders. Partially brushed back and parted to the right but a significant amount of his hair ends up falling into his face.
Face: Angular with a square jaw and high cheekbones. He has a mostly straight nose with a slight convex curve to the bridge. He has deep set eyes with heavy lids and dark circles and usually looks somewhat sleepy but in a strangely sensual way. Defined lips that are usually curved into a sadistic little smirk. He's quite attractive but in a way that feels vaguely dangerous or even predatory.
Distinguishing Characteristics: Adam has bright golden eyes with slitted cat-like pupils. He also has a rather large, jagged scar on his back, located between his shoulder blades. I'd include his *other* distinguishing characteristic but that's kinda NSFW ;)
Posture/Body Language: Confident, even arrogant, chin up, shoulders back but not in a way that looks particularly stiff. His body language is generally relaxed and easy, bringing to mind a big cat at rest -- there's always something about the way he moves that implies a predatory nature laying beneath his cool, collected surface. Adam walks with clear purpose and long, smooth strides and always knows how to make an entrance.
Voice: Soft and smooth with a deep timbre and confident inflection. Adam's voice is somewhat like poisoned honey or arsenic laced velvet -- smooth and sweet but with something slightly off.
Clothing Style: Adam prefers dark colors -- burgundy, blood red, black, charcoal, rich deep browns and the ocassional pop of gold or cream or a white dress shirt. He wears primarily expensive, tailored button downs made from things like silk, velvet or very high thread count cotton with the sleeves rolled up and the top three (or four) buttons undone. Sometimes with brocade, floral or striped patterns. If it's cooler out, he'll wear a black blazer or something similar. When it comes to pants, it's almost entirely black or charcoal tailored pants or pitch black jeans. But beneath that surface lurks a spoiled rich kid who learned early on in life that having money, being good looking and charming meant he could get away with almost anything. Adam is self-absorbed and arrogant and almost everything he does is a carefully crafted performance intended to get people on his side and manipulate them into doing what he wants.
Beneath even that, which he desperately tries to ignore, is a little boy who was spoiled by his mother and entirely ignored by his (largely absent) father -- a young man who was traumatized by being forced to fight in WWI and who is full of deep-seated fears and insecurities.
To make up for this, Adam is often sadistic towards the people around him -- but in that way where it's difficult to tell that he's actually being cruel until one looks back at the conversation.
He has difficulty genuinely connecting to others because of those insecurities and instead uses his powers as a Siren to make the people around him love and adore him-- no matter how badly he treats them.

Childhood: Adam is the only child out of six in his family to survive to adulthood with four older siblings who had either in infancy, had been stillborn or died of tuberculosis when Adam was still too young to remember them. He had one younger sibling, a sister named Mary who was killed in an accident at the age of 6 when Adam was 8 years old. His parents were already a little bit older by the time he was born and his father was the owner of an incredibly lucrative railroad line and had profited greatly from the Gold Rush as well as owning multiple properties in San Francisco and neighboring Santa Marta...
Due to the loss of her other children, Adam's mother doted on him -- giving into his every whim, supplying him with the best education she could and basically just spoiling the ever loving fuck out of him. His father, on the other hand, was always busy with work and when he was home, had nothing but criticism for Adam who desperately tried to gain his approval to no avail.
Adolescence: Adam developed a passion for photography as a teenager and discovered that being good-looking, clever and rich meant he could get away with A LOT more than most people and also meant that he rarely heard "no" and accepted it as an answer even less often (though he rarely resorted to force to get his way, relying instead on bribery, flattery, blackmail and implied threats). All of this gave him quite an interest in psychology and he intended to become a clinical psychologist. During his adolescence, Adam would have a great many girlfriends and despite being a selfish and manipulative little shit, was actually not the world's worst boyfriend and no hint of the violent temper and genuine sadism he'd develop after being Changed.
Adulthood: Adam's education would be interrupted by the outbreak of WWI,which if asked he will describe as "incredibly distasteful and personally inconvenient." He was a skilled marksman and sniper but was otherwise unremarkable -- much to his father's disdain. After nearly dying in one of the trenches of France after taking a grievous bayonet wound in the last few months of the war, Adam would be sent back from the frontlines and would shortly begin work on continuing his education...
However -- despite the fact that he would complete all seven years necessary to get his degree, Adam's interest in becoming an actual psychologist wouldn't ever come to fruition. In 1925, he would meet Amelia Madeleine Smith -- an unbelievably beautiful and charming socialite from Santa Marta who would see Adam's potential as a source of money and influence for the Nightingale Court of Northern California. She would spend the next year carefully grooming him to become her protege -- manipulating him much in the same way he would later manipulate the women he dates as a vampire -- using emotional transference, mind control and mundane manipulation to cause him to fall madly in love with her... In December of 1925, Amelia would finally perform the ritual of transformation on him and bring Adam over into the world of the Supernatural.
Unfortunately for Adam, his Change would take nearly two weeks to complete -- two weeks spent in absolute agony beyond anything he'd experienced before. Amelia, believing the most important first step for a newly born vampire is to break their bonds to humanity would kidnap his mother during this change and leave her for him to kill upon waking. Adam would remain with Amelia (who used her bond as Adam's maker to control most of his actions and her abilities as a Siren to continue to influence his emotions) until 1980 when she was killed by a member of the Bram Park Wolf Pack in Santa Marta, leaving Adam behind. During this period, Adam would end up being "taken in" by a bonded pair of Stryza -- Camille Belikova and Lucy DeSantos and would act as their primary draw for new playthings.
Recent: Adam met Morgan Kendrick at the Velvet Box goth club in Santa Marta when Morgan was twenty two years old and would sweep her off her feet, intending to make her into his "masterpiece"... Three years into this relationship, Adam would finally Change Morgan, which would break the initial control he had over her and result in her, in a fit of rage, completely draining him and through a magical fluke, causing his spirit to become bonded/fused with her blood...
Recently, Adam's presence has disappeared from Morgan's psyche due to the machinations of Miss Belikova and her wife -- though it appears that the two of them are still inextricably linked in a way beyond the usual bond between Maker and Fledgling.

a) Qui suis-je ?
Je m’appelle Ouadi Mohamed Amine, j’ai 22 ans d’origine marocaine, étudiant en master grande école 3 à l’école supérieure de Clermont-Ferrand « ESC ». Après mon obtention de la licence professionnel technico-commercial de l’université Nice Côte d’Azur et la licence en management et administration des affaires à l’école supérieure de commerce et Gestion à Tanger « ESCG », J’ai opté pour la poursuite de mes études en France grâce au partenariat de ESCG avec École supérieur de commerce ESC Clermont.
b) Mes qualités personnelles
Ce qu’il concerne mes qualités je peux vous dire que je suis :
· Courageux, j’aime prendre des risques et d’accepter de relever les défis soit dans ma vie personnelle ou professionnelle

· Participation à la mise en œuvre de la stratégie de ventes ;
Suivi des demandes et réclamations.
Août 2018 – Octobre 2018 : Stage dans la société CAPMISSION (transit) Casablanca Maroc

Collaboration avec les équipes inter-fonctionnelles (logistique).
Juin 2019 – Août 2019 : Stage à l��Office Chérifien des Phosphates Khouribga Maroc

d) Projets menés en dehors de ma formation
Durant ma période d’études au Maroc j’ai organisé pas mal de projets en dehors ma formation et c’étaient comme suit :
· Visite d’une association des enfants qui ont le syndrome de Down, le but de ce projet c’était de soulager ces enfants et les amuser en organisant une sortie pour eux et une fête à la fin de la journée.
· Organisation d’une journée de don du sang avec l’aide de l’hôpital de Tanger Maroc.
3. Ma formation actuelle
a) Les objectifs pédagogiques de ma formation :
· Développement personnel et professionnel
· Développement des connaissances différentes (Finance, Contrôle de gestion, Marketing, Méthodologie de la recherche, Management stratégique, SCM)
· Identification de nos points forts et nos points à améliorer
b) Mes objectifs
Pour mes objectifs durant cette formation, je veux acquérir une vision globale de la Supply Chain et des enjeux du SCM, de comprendre les principaux processus du SCM, d’identifier les points clé de succès du SCM, d’apprendre les méthodes qui permettent de mettre en place des procédures et des solutions logistiques, d’être capable d’anticiper les évolutions du marché, de concevoir le plan d’action, de développer l’aptitude à gérer les interfaces ou encore de comprendre l’approche transversale de l’organisation.
En plus de ça avoir des expériences sur ce domaine de SCM en effectuant des stages et pourquoi pas une alternance.
c) Quelles sont les compétences sur lesquelles je dois encore progresser :
· Attribuer le temps nécessaire pour chaque tâche en acceptant la multitude des avis ;
· Attribuer le même intérêt aux différents aspects.
d) Comment vais-je procéder ?
Travailler encore plus dur qu’avant en mettant dans ma tête que je dois tout faire pour atteindre à ce que je veux.
e) Parmi les objectifs que je m’étais fixés en rentrant à l’ESC Clermont, quels sont ceux qui sont :

Capacité de travailler plusieurs projets avec une bonne organisation de temps ;

M’intégrer dans le domaine professionnel (ça n’a pas marché ce semestre à cause du Covid19)

1) Un projet personnel et professionnel
Je suis étudiant en deuxième année de Master Grande Ecole à l’ESC CLERMONT, option Supply Chain.
On dit de moi que suis dynamique, assidu, consciencieux et très sociable.
Traits de caractère : 3 points forts, 3 points à améliorer :
Je suis persévérant, une fois que j’ai un objectif je me donne les moyens pour l’atteindre car je sais que sinon je vais regretter de ne pas avoir tout donner.
Je m’intègre très facilement dans un groupe car je suis une personne spontané, souriante et j’arrive à m’adapter facilement aux normes du nouveau groupe d’amis ou de travail, de plus je possède un fort esprit d’équipe.
Je suis une personne intègre et loyal, j’essaie d’être toujours le plus honnête avec moi même et mon entourage, de rester impartial face à certaines situations. Je reste loyal aux décisions que je prends et j’en assume les conséquences.
Cependant je pense que j’ai des problèmes de concentration car j’ai du mal à rester à 100% concentré plus d’une heure sur une activité ou une mission, je peux améliorer ça en ayant une meilleure organisation, c’est à dire en planifiant mieux mon emploi du temps/planning et en supprimant les sources de distractions.
Je manque aussi d’aisance à l’oral lors des présentations, j’ai tendance à parler trop vite pour terminer le plus rapidement possible ce qui peut me faire bégayer. Je n’arrive pas à me détendre et à trouver une position naturelle.
Je suis un peu impatient car j’aime apporter une solution rapidement à mes problèmes et voir les résultats. Dans certains domaines, plus je suis motivé, plus je suis impatient.
Mes valeurs :
Concernant mes valeurs je dirai que je suis une personne bienveillante car il est important pour moi de développer des relations durables et basées sur la confiance. Je suis ouvert d’esprit, tolérant et j’accorde beaucoup d’importance à la solidarité et à la générosité.
Je me considère aussi comme une personne libre car l’épanouissement social et personnel est très important pour moi. je veux avoir la liberté de dépenser mon temps comme je veux, de vivre ou je veux, de voyager et surtout la liberté de pouvoir me consacrer à mes loisirs.
Ce qui me motive dans la vie : mes appétences et mes centres d’intérêts :
J’ai plusieurs centres d’intérêts comme par exemple la moto et les voyages. j’ai pour projet de faire un road trip en moto de France jusqu’en Inde en passant par la Turquie, l’Iran, le Pakistan. J’aimerai aussi traverser le continent Africain, du Maroc jusqu’à l’Afrique du Sud. Ces voyages sont pour moi une façon de repousser mes limites, de vivre une aventure humaine, de découvrir une nouvelle vision du monde et rencontrer des personnes de cultures différentes.
2) Que sais-je faire ?
Quelles sont mes compétences ?
Au début de ma formation : j’avais quelques connaissances en économie grâces aux cours d’SES au lycée, cependant mon niveau d’anglais et espagnol étaient très faible.
A la fin de la 1ère année de formation : j’ai acquis des compétences en management et marketing, j’ai pu améliorer mon niveau en anglais. J’ai aussi acquis de nouvelles aptitudes en négociation et communication.
Stage en entreprise :
Mes compétences avant le stage étaient de bien m’intégrer dans un groupe et d’apprendre rapidement.
Après mes stages j’ai découvert des étapes de la Supply Chain et j’ai pris conscience de l’importance des procédures et de la traçabilité dans ce milieu exigeant. Mes stages m’ont permis d’être plus organisé, autonome et de mieux maitriser Excel.
Projets menés en dehors de ma formation :
Durant mes stages j’ai gérer de façon autonome un petit magasin de pièces détachées (inventaires, gestion des stocks, mise en place d’indicateurs, etc.) à Limagrain Ennezat. Durant mon second stage, au sein de l’AIA, mes principales missions furent le traitement et l’analyse de données Excel pour mettre en place divers indicateurs (consommation moyenne, stock de sécurité, point de commande, etc.), l’établissement d’une Value Stream Mapping pour suivre les étapes d’une pièce entre la réception et le stockage, création de graphiques à partir de données Excel pour identifier et analyser les différents litiges, entrées et sorties d’articles sur SAP, ainsi que la mise à jour des gares d’arrivées et de départs des rechanges pour chaque atelier.
3) Ma formation :
Les objectifs pédagogiques de ma formation :
Les objectifs de ma formation sont d’acquérir des capacités de vente/négociation, des capacités managériales, des capacités d’analyses etc. Les objectifs sont aussi d’améliorer le niveau d’anglais et d’espagnol et de pousser les étudiants à l’échange international pour sortir de leur zone de confort.
Mes objectifs : en intégrant cette formation étaient d’améliorer mon niveau d’anglais qui était très faible, d’apprendre à mieux m’adapter à chaque situation, améliorer mon aisance à l’oral et mes compétences informatiques.
Les axes sur lesquelles j’ai le plus progressés sont mon aisance à l’oral, ma capacités d’adaptation (échange un semestre au Maroc) et mes compétences informatiques.
Les axes ou j’ai le moins progressé sont l’espagnol, le marketing car je n’ai pas eu beaucoup de cours la dessus et malheureusement l’anglais car j’ai des difficultés dans cette langue malgré mes efforts et mon envie de m’améliorer.
Mes stages :
j’ai effectué mon premier stage de 2 mois à Limagrain Ennezat, acteur national et international majeur de la semence et des produits céréaliers.
J’ai pu gérer de façon autonome un magasin de pièces détachées car le responsable été en congé, j’ai pu mettre en place divers indicateurs pour la gestion des stocks, j’ai fais un inventaire, passé des commandes auprès des fournisseurs et j’ai assuré la réception des articles. Grâce a ce stage j’ai appris à travailler en autonomie et j’ai pu développer ma confiance en moi.
Pour mon second stage de 5 mois effectué au sein de l’AIA de Clermont Ferrand, j’ai pris conscience de la complexité de la logistique et de la Supply Chain dans une grande entreprise, j’ai accompli une Value Stream Mapping en réception pour augmenter l’efficacité et réduire les gaspillage de temps. J’ai mis en place divers indicateurs (consommation moyenne, stock de sécurité, point de commande etc.) grâce à de l’analyse de donnée sur Excel. J’ai pu utilisé SAP pour la saisie d’article dans la base de donnée. J’ai aussi pu créer des graphiques et analyser des information concernant les litiges des fournisseurs de l’entreprise pour identifier les fournisseurs qui ralentissent la productivité de l’entreprise. Pour finir j’ai mis à jour les emplacements de stockages de chaque services car il y n’y avait de trop nombreux problèmes concernant ce point.
Grâce à ces 5 mois de stage j’ai appris à être plus rigoureux et sérieux dans mon travail. J’ai aussi pu développer mes capacités d’écoute et d’analyse.
4) Quel métier vise-je ?
Plus tard j’aimerai être responsable Supply Chain ou responsable d’un secteur de la logistique. C’est un métier qui demande de l’expérience je devrais donc commencer par un autre poste avec moins de responsabilités et ensuite monter en grade progressivement.
Pour ce métier il faut savoir anticiper l’évolution des demandes des différents services, coordonner la gestion des flux, optimiser les méthodes et processus de la Supply Chain, fixer des objectifs et les cap à tenir avec un budget et des délais prédéfinis.
De plus il faut parfaitement maitriser l’anglais et les outils informatiques.

Je m’appelle Mounia Youssef, j’ai 22 ans, je suis une étudiante d’origine marocaine, j’ai obtenu mon baccalauréat en science gestion comptabilité mention assez bien en 2016 à Tanger-Maroc, après j’ai choisi de continuer mes études dans une école de commerce dont j’ai fait une formation de 3 ans à l’école supérieure de commerce et de gestion de Tanger-Maroc (ESCGT) qui est parmi les partenaires de l’école supérieure de commerce l’ESC de Clermont-Ferrand-France. Après avoir terminé mes 3 ans de formation en management et administration des affaires, j’ai décidé de continuer mes études de Master en France et je viens d’intégrer cette année l’ESC dans un programme de partenariat avec l’ESCG Tanger-Maroc. Actuellement je suis en 2ème année master ; programme MGE2 master grande école à l’ESC de Clermont-Ferrand et je vise une spécialité de Supply Chain Management en MGE3. Grâce à une formation de double diplomation, j’ai obtenu un Bachelor en management et administration des affaire de l‘école supérieur de commerce et de gestion de Tanger-Maroc (ESCGT), ainsi une attestation de Bachelor en management et administration des affaires de l’ESC Clermont-Ferrand-France.
