That poses previously unimaginable dilemmas for a wedding guest: Will proper cleaning protocols be followed? Will there be close contact among attendees? The good news is that most nuptials are proceeding with caution. Of those with weddings in 2020, 71% are incorporating health and safety measures into their celebrations, with 63% adjusting seating arrangements for more distance, according to data from wedding website the Knot. However, a slate of headlines detailing how ceremonies have spread the virus—from a hidden indoor gathering in San Francisco to a super-spreader event in Maine that led to more than 100 cases—are enough to give anyone pause. Whether you attend is “a balance of protecting yourself and figuring out the characteristics of the event and your own family dynamic,” says Rachael Piltch-Loeb, preparedness fellow at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. Read on to obtain tips on how to take safety into account, as well as how to politely decline if you find that it’s not for you. Being Nosy When considering attending a celebration, experts recommend something previously considered taboo: asking for lots of details. Many couples are providing descriptions of the ceremony’s logistics on the invitations, or through updated communication and websites. If this information isn’t readily available, there’s no shame in inquiring further, as long as the query is done with respect and politeness. “You definitely are going to want to do this via phone call. You don’t want to send a text,” says Jacquelyn Youst, etiquette expert and owner of the Pennsylvania Academy of Protocol. “Explain your situation. It’s all in the words—and mostly, your tone.” If the couple seems especially busy or overwhelmed with the planning—as was typical, even before a global pandemic—reaching out to another member of the wedding party is an option. The gold standard for a safe ceremony is “outdoors, with a mask and with respect for social distancing and hand washing,” says Jessica Justman, an associate professor of medicine in epidemiology at Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health. The outdoor component is especially crucial, given that studies show the coronavirus spreads more in indoor environments with low humidity. Other questions to ask include: Will there be sanitizing stations; will masks be provided or should I bring my own; and if it’s indoor, what is the venue ventilation like? “You just need to be an informed guest,” says JoAnn Gregoli, owner of Elegant Occasions, a wedding planner in the New York area. “The more information you have, the better you are.” In general, the more people who attend, the more dangerous it is, Piltch-Loeb explains, although there’s no exact cutoff number. She says that her first questions when attending a wedding are: first, whether it will be indoor or outdoor, and then the amount of guests. Keep Your Distance If any of the event characteristics sound risky or go beyond your comfort levels, there’s always the option to politely modify your approach, based on your risk tolerance. “If you get somewhere, and you’re uncomfortable, you can always stand in the back and watch from a distance,” Gregoli says. Or ask the couple if there is a virtual option. Many couples are including a broadcast via Zoom, or another streaming platform, alongside an in-person ceremony, designed for those who are high-risk or otherwise uncomfortable. Some weddings also now include different-colored wristbands for guests, to easily show social distancing comfort levels, says Marlie Kelleher, owner of Marlie Renee Designs, a wedding stationery service. Canes @ Leafs - Game 35 - Dec.19.17

KEY NARRATIVES

Toronto Maple Leafs (20-13-1) vs. Carolina Hurricanes (14-11-7)

Tomorrow is a special day for the Maple Leafs in the ongoing 100 Years Celebrations that the NHL has been hosting since January 1st, 2017. While I find it a little strange that they're commemorating the 100th Year instead of the 100th season, who am I to turn my nose up at a party? Tomorrow is dubbed the Leafs' Next Century Game, the final hurrah for one of the Original Six franchises. While the NHL is hilariously choosy and editorial about what it presents from its history, the Maple Leafs claim a century of heritage, dating back to the Toronto Arenas who played the very first game in league history at 2:00 pm on December 19th, 1917. To commemorate this the Leafs are forcing me to watch hockey in a conference room at work at 11 am on the west coast. They'll also be wearing some throwback T Arenas Jerseys. Love me a special jersey game.

Along for the ride on this day of pomp and circumstance are the Carolina Hurricanes, a struggling non-traditional market team who didn't exist until 1972. As much as I have a soft spot for Carolina, it seems an odd choice for this game (why not another Original Six team or, on the other end of the spectrum, Vegas? It is the Next Century Game after all). At least the red and blue uniforms will contrast nicely.

Unfortunately, there might be rain on the Leafs prom night if this game looks anything like the last two the Leafs' played against the Canes. This will be the 3 game season series tie-breaker, as each team currently has a win. However, the Leafs looked like relative crap both times they faced Carolina and it was Freddie ripping the two points out of their deserving hands when they played in November.

While Carolina is still dominating in underlying metrics, with both the league highest Corsi For Percentage (shots lots more than the opposition) and the highest Expected Goals Percentage (hypothetically shoots lots better than the opposition), they've gone 4-5-0 in December and are still sitting in the last place spot in the Metro division.

It's extremely tragic.

Back in home territory for a few days after playing 5 games in 7 days, we received news that the Leafs have suffered their first serious injury of the season while Matthews is out day-to-day. Nikita Zaitsev took a blocked shot to the ankle in the third period of the game against Detroit on Friday and has now been placed on the injured reserve list, which means he's likely out for a few weeks at least. The Leafs will feel his loss on the penalty kill where he was playing league topping PK minutes with Ron Hainsey (who is averaging more than 4 minutes a night on the PK), it will be interesting to see what the Leafs' d-core looks like without him for a while.

It's been discussed, here and everywhere else, that the Gardiner-Zaitsev pairing hasn't been working, and Zaits, in particular, has had an alarmingly poor beginning of the season (especially considering he was just signed for a 4.5 million, 7-year deal over the summer). Based on practice lines, the Leafs will likely look like this against Carolina tomorrow:

Rielly - Hainsey Gardiner - Carrick Borgman - Polak

Another polarizing Leaf in Martin Marincin has been called up from the Marlies as the Leafs seventh defenseman while Zaitsev is on IR. This is a fantastic opportunity for Connor Carrick who has been (insultingly) bumped out of the lineup recently in favor of Roman Polak. Carrick had decent success in the minutes he shared with Gardiner last year and they do have some complementary skill sets, so there's a real chance here for both of them to take silver linking on a rough situation.

Likely the Leafs won't practice tomorrow with the early puck drop, so the forward lines will likely be one of the following based on Sunday/Monday practices:

Marleau - Kadri - Komarov JvR - Bozak - Marner Hyman - Nylander - Brown Martin - Moore - Kapanen

MONDAY

Komarov - Kadri - Brown Marleau - Nylander - Hyman JvR - Bozak - Marner Martin - Moore - Kapanen

Subtle differences here, but the big takeaways are that Nylander will definitely be at center and Kapanen earned a spot away from Leivo, which makes sense considering he was one of the few Leafs skaters who actually looked good against Detroit on Friday.

While I love the concept of a Hyman - Nylander - Brown line based on the fact that they were all teammates on the Marlies before they were called up to the big club last year (awww), I like the idea of Nylander getting some time centering Marleau. Time next to a reliable vet (who also plays center) could be good for Willy's development/transition. Plus, Marleau and Nylander have opposing strong sides on faceoffs, which will allow the Leafs to use their draw advantage strategy on this line (in which the centers on lines with certain wingers who have opposite strong sides take turns on appropriate faceoffs, so almost all draws are by a player on their strong side, which was most commonly used between Matthews and Nylander when they've been on a line together).

Hopefully, it goes well, as this is the last shot of the season to not be embarrassed by Carolina -- which would be nice, considering the fanfare around this supposedly historic game.

THE POST GAME

Score: W 8-1

I probably would have got this post-game written a lot faster if I hadn't had to rewatch the Maple Leafs’ opening ceremonies like three times. While I was expecting a lot more pomp and circumstance and guest appearances, the Leafs seemed to sense that they'd done more than enough of that in the past year of celebrations and made the Next Century Game very specifically about the future. This included stupid cute photographs of all the Leafs as kids (including home-town boys Mitch Marner and Zach Hyman in their early Leafs gear). This was followed by two groups of children skating out in home and away jerseys to dramatically skate around their sides of the ice and stand with the teams for the national anthems, as well as kids in suits standing with the coaches behind the bench. Even in my grinchiest mood, it would be impossible not to find all this absolutely delightful.

But... not as delightful as this game.

The Leafs frankly blew Carolina out of the water. While Scott Darling finished the night with a heartbreaking save percentage of .778, the rest of the team looked pretty terrible as well. While perhaps there wouldn't have been 8 goals, even if Darling put up a .915 this likely would have been the Leafs’ game. They were beat out by Carolina in the Corsi battle, but considering the level of scoring effects present in a game that's 4-1 at the end of the first, it's actually shocking that the Leafs had more SOG at the end of this game, with 36 to Carolina's 33. Less surprising is the Leafs' continued expected goals dominance when they're on their game. At fives, the Leafs had 54.69% of the xGF share.

There are too many goals to break down one by one so let's just look at this delightful scoresheet where you can see that every goal was scored by a different Leaf.

While the whole team looked pretty great, Mitch Marner, in particular, had a career night with his first 4 point game. While Leo's short-handed goal was the starting point, when Mitch scored on a beautiful runaway play that had him skating into the zone alone, straight through three Canes players to rip one top corner, it seemed to reawaken something in him.

It was glorious. He was all over the ice. It was like no one could touch him, including on a play where he once again waltzed through a horde of Canes to nearly score a second goal. Luckily Bozak was right there to serve up the delicacy that Marner had plated for him. Marner ended the night tied for the highest CF% on the team with a fantastic 60% at 5v5.

This game was a slump-buster all around. Marner, Nylander, and Komarov all have been waiting and waiting and finally got one in. Kapanen and Carrick both got goals and they haven't even been on the ice much in the past month or so.

On Kapanen - Mike Babcock is going to have some difficult decisions to make when Auston Matthews comes back from injury if Kappy keeps playing like he has. He was the only fourth liner with a neutral/positive CF% during this game and, as mentioned in the preview, was one of the only Leafs to look good against Detroit last Friday. As the only forward on the team who is still waiver-eligible though, it's hard to see the Leafs being able to make room for him outside of injury relief this season.

All in all, this was a game the Leafs needed. The most promising part of this game wasn't just that their offense was back, but they held kept Carolina in check in the defensive zone (something they didn't do often when they were scoring 5+ goals at the beginning of the season). While the stars sort of aligned here and Carolina seemed to have a pretty bad night, hopefully, this gives the Leafs the confidence they've appeared to lack recently.

It won't take long to find out, as the Leafs travel to Columbus today to face a rested Blue Jackets team where this new found swagger will be put to the real test.

I visited the Blaauwklippen Family Market a couple of weekends ago in order to catch a glimpse of the official Japan Day 2017 celebration, an annual event organised in Cape Town by the embassy of Japan. However, that reminds me that Chantelle, the girls and I actually also turned up at the beautiful Stellenbosch-based Blaauwklippen wine estate last December, in order to partake in the rather successful Blaauwklippen Family Market’s yearly Christmas Night Market event.

Held in the evening, we lucked out with absolutely perfect weather – warm, no clouds in the sky and not a breath of wind, making for a perfect family outing.

As always is the case at any Blaauwklippen Family Market event, there were loads of things for the kids to do, with my girls naturally making a beeline for the pony rides first, followed up with a trip on the opportunistically named (I love it!) Blaauwtrein kids ride.

(For those of you not living in South Africa, the “Blue Train” or “Blou Trein” is one of our most luxurious train trips, and “Blaauw” is Dutch for blue. Incidentally, “klippen” is stone, hence Blaauwklippen is probably named for the stunning blue mountain ranges that surround it).

Anyway, Jessica is chomping at the bit to go on the mega trampoline, so we’ve promised to let her do that soon enough (we’re not 100% sure she’s ready for that mind you), though she wasn’t too keen on trying her hand at the exceedingly cute kids bull ride attraction on the night!

As always there was a great, positive buzz around the market, with the stalls (especially the food stalls) doing plenty of brisk trade. The live music reinforced the good vibe, and everywhere you looked you saw people having a great time!

We grabbed our usual delicious pancakes from Catje’s Pancakes, before Chantelle swooped in on some sushi, and I on some craft beer, before finishing it all up with some delicious handmade ice cream for the girls.

All in all, it was a particularly good outing, which I guess then means that come this year Christmas, we’ll have to do it all over again – and maybe drag some of our family and friends along with us for a change!

You’ll note that the last four images in the gallery appear to be completely unrelated to this post. That is because they are, but I don’t really have anywhere else to put them. Essentially, the day after the market we let the girls try out Baskin Robbins that had finally arrived in South Africa, followed up with some coffee and delicious sandwiches from the new Baconville eatery at Willowbridge Mall, and then finally a Spur playdate for Emily with her best friend Marli – which naturally included facepaint.

Puerto Rico makes statement with bats and newly bleached hair

In one of the most impressive performances so far during the World Baseball Classic, Puerto Rico slugged its way to an 11-0 victory over the seemingly equally talented team from Venezuela on Friday.

The impressive all-around performance created quite a buzz after the game. The buzz before it? The bleached blonde hair that surprisingly showed up on many of Puerto Rico’s players, including veterans Carlos Beltran and Yadier Molina.

If the phone in the Puerto Rico clubhouse is ringing, it’s probably Hulk Hogan’s lawyer making a gimmick infringement claim. Dying the hair on top of your head is one thing. When it’s the facial hair too, we’re in territory only a select few dare to travel.

The new look appears to be a team-building experiment that worked wonders. Just about everyone bought in, though there were a couple notable exceptions, such as closer Edwin Diaz.

Someone has to keep it real. When you fire 100 mph fastballs and break off some filthy sliders, it might as well be you.

Superstar shortstop Carlos Correa also appeared to forego the new look, which didn’t hurt him any. He launched a 420-foot home run that may have been the dagger for Venezuela.

Then there was Angel Pagan and his jet-black hair, which really needs no explanation.

With all of that in mind, we can’t really call the new look a good luck charm. But it’s certainly a creative way to get players on the same page. Maybe more will even jump on board if Puerto Rico enjoys continued success in the WBC. This squad is definitely among the favorites and will continue trying to establish its presence on Saturday night against Pool D host Mexico (9:30 p.m. ET, MLB Network and MLB.TV).

We know we’ll be watching.

Promise Me [Sharky]

You sighed deeply, one that almost took all your breath to intake. You were waiting for the results of your exam, staring at the computer in front of you.

Hovering over the email app, with the mouse but not pressing it.

It's been over 10 minutes.

10 minutes since you got that email notification.

And you really didn't want to check it.

"Sharky, I can't -"

You turned swiftly to face your boyfriend, but as quick as you turned, he took hold of your face and held in his hands, gazing into your eyes with his soft brown ones.

A hard gaze but one that wanted to show comfort, one that wanted to hold and protect you from this world.

Which is why he would be there for you, to stay by your side and help you whenever you needed him. That's why he was here now, to be there when you checked your results.

To make sure, you'd be alright.

"Lisa, baby, it's gonna be okay." He rubbed his thumb over your cheek, giving you a soft smile. You tried to avert your gaze downwards, but his hand brought you back to look at him.

"Look, even if you don't pass this exam, you can always retake it. That's a plus, not all exams have that."

You sighed for what seemed like the millionth time in a row. You took his hands off your face and held them in your own.

"I know, Sharky, but I don't want to retake it. If i can't pass this one, how can I pass the retake?" Your voice laced with worry and brows creasing deeper.

"You will pass. I know it."

"Let's be realisti-"

"I am being realistic. You're an amazing, smart person, Lisa. And I know without a doubt in my mind you're gonna pass."

He leaned in towards you and pressed a soft kiss on your lips,

Then, on your left and right cheek,

And lastly, placing the softest kiss on both of your eyelids, so delicate you could barely feel it.

And when he leaned back, he gave you the brightest smile as he watched your face turn more away from anxiety.

"Promise me. If you need to, you will, because I wholeheartedly believe that if you truly work hard for it, you'll get it, baby."

You took a deep breath and nodded slowly, putting a small smile on your face.

Sharky turned your head to face the computer, your body following suit as he watched you take the mouse in your hands once again.

Even with Sharky there beside you, your heart was pounding, the anxiety you felt again spread all over your body, and your breathing became heavy.

Sharky's brows upturned. As he saw the state you were in, he knew being anxious was normal in this situation, but he wanted to you to be able to endure it.

So he took hold of your free hand and squeezed it slightly. Earning a look from you, it was clearly obvious that you were afraid in his eyes.

"Open that email, I'll be here beside you. It's gonna be okay." He spoke softly and slowly, nodding his head along with his words in reassurance.

You swallowed, turning your head as you finally clicked on the app.

You read it slowly,

Word for word.

With every word you said Sharky rubbed his thumb over your own hand.

Or he would lightly stroke your back in small circles, providing you a sense of comfort.

And when it came to the results, you shut your eyes close and inhaled sharply to calm your racing heart.

You slowly peeled your eyes open and glanced down at the results.

And your heart dropped, your mouth slightly agape and your breath hitched in your throat.

... 64%

64. And you needed 67% to pass this grade.

As you read it over and over again, trying to make sure that your eyes didn't deceive you, tears started to develop in the corner of your eyes as you stared at the screen, still in disbelief.

What did you do wrong?

"No..." You gasped under your breath, refreshing the page to see if they made a mistake and if it changed.

You turned to Sharky, who's sat there staring at you, his face downturned as well, but he stood up and went over to you, wrapping his arms around your figure.

This time, you couldn't control the tears, and you let them all out, sobbing into Sharky's chest as he hugged you, slowly stroking your hair to let you know that it was okay to cry.

Sharky's face brows furrowed together at the sound of your sobs, his face filled with hurt.

He hated seeing you cry.

Because it hurt him to see you like this.

"Lisa..." Sharky spoke quieter than a whisper, slowly tugging at you to pull you out of his grasp to take a proper look at you.

"Hey, you know you may have not gotten the score you wanted, but you tried your best. And I'm so proud of you, baby."

He kissed your forehead quickly and lingered there for a second longer. He rested his head on top of yours, brushing his hand up and down your back, trying to soothe your tears.

"It'll be okay, I'll make sure of it." Sharky's voice was firm, taking your chin between two of his fingers to make you look up at him.

Your face was covered in tears, red eyed, and flushed cheeks, a frown covering your face.

"I'll help you whenever you need, I'll test you and help you study to make sure you'll pass that retake."

Your gaze softened as you stared up at Sharky. Genuinely, you were so thankful, your heart calming with every word he said.

Sharky always knew what to say. He knew what to do to make you feel like you were at your best, even if you were at your worst.

"Promise me, Sharky?"

He laughed, the corners of his lips turning into a small smile.

"I promise."

He held your face in his right hand, wiping your tears as he kissed each place that it had left a stain.

"So wipe those tears, baby, because you won't need them anymore."

And so you smiled. Even though you may not have gotten the grade to pass, you have Sharky by your side. And with him, anything is possible. He'd help you through it all, and you wouldn't want it any other way.

"And does me telling you that I love you, Lisa, make you feel any better?"

Laughter With You | Darkest Man

"Home school is back!" Sharky spoke, as he raised his hands in the air, earning a cheer from all the others there, you, Darkest, Harry, and Filly. "Yes, this is the show where fully grown adults take on school children at maths, science, and history. Plus a bonus round of English for our special guest."

"Yes, I know this sounds unfair, but when you find out who the contestants are for this season, you'll realise that the kids actually have an advantage." Sharky grinned as he looked around to the others, a shocked look on their faces, offended at what he just said, mumbling that what he said was rude although a smile on their faces peaked through.

"So do you guys wanna introduce yourselves?" You laughed, clasping your hands together as you glanced around the room.

This was a new season of home schooled and you got invited on for a special first video. Normally, there would be 3 people battling this 6 year old, named Timmy, but they decided that since it was the first video back for the season, they let you join in for the extra round. (Darkest also may or may not have begged for you to be in a video together to the producers)

Filly started to speak first since he was already at the table with little Timmy starting off, "Hello everyone, I'm Yung Filly, and I like to say a little slogan that goes like yeahh man!"

Harry, Darkest, and you were all sitting on the famous homeschooled couch, going in order to introduce yourselves to the camera.

Harry spoke next, the camera turning to him, "Yeah, uh, my name's HP like the sauce, Harry Pinero, but today I am Quincu Osafia."

"Hello, my name is Darkest Man, aka darkest of men and I, uh, decorate traffic lights."

Everyone laughed, including you suddenly clutching onto Darkest's arm as you laughed. It was so random, but it did make the video all the more funnier, saying the same thing all the time would have been boring.

"Hey there, I'm Allygater, aka Ally and the special guest for today's video!" You raised your hands, as everyone shouted a welcome to you, and you bowed, saying thank you, not forgetting of course to point to the young boy, Timmy, and introducing himself as the other special guest but an opponent on today's video.

The first subject was maths, Filly up against Timmy, and everyone beating him up about how he's definitely not going to win this one.

During the middle of Filly's subject, someone's phone began to ring, all turning your heads as you see Harry bending to grab his phone.

Sharky going over to reach and take Harry's phone, "I'm gonna have to confiscate your phone, no phones in the classroom."

Harry protested and repeatedly kept saying, "It's my son." A chuckle came from out of you, looking over at Darkest as he had the exact same thought as you.

"Wait, how have you got a son in school?" You spoke, causing everyone to laugh too, earning a look from Harry as he grudgingly handed his phone to Sharky.

"Wait, wait, what year is this, Mr. Sharky?" You asked, trying to hold in your laughter, as you glanced around at everyone's faces, them doing the same.

"This is Year 2."

That's when you couldn't hold it in anymore. You burst out laughing as you clutched onto your stomach, Filly saying, "Year 2, and you got yute already?" That definitely did not make it any better as you laughed your heart out, tears forming slightly as everyone made it worse by adding more comments onto it.

"Imagine being like, sorry sir, I have to go pick up my son." Harry put on the funniest baby voice ever that got you all cracking up.

"Who picked you up from school then?" Darkest added, As he saw the look on your face, he laughed harder, grabbing your hand as you both laughed together.

----

Darkest smiled as he watched you try and help the kid, with answers against Filly, sneakily coughing and then saying the answer, to which Sharky pretended not to notice.

Both you and Darkest ended up helping the kid at times with the answers to the questions. Despite Filly shouting, "That's cheating," it made it more funnier to do so.

"The answer is," you coughed, "The 80s," coughing again.

"No no Ally it's," coughs even louder, "Harry Pineros time," followed by another cough.

Your eyes widened as you stifled a laugh, Harry sending a glare between the both of you as you just violated his age for what seemed like the 10th time this whole video.

It was now science, Darkest's turn. Sharky introduced him, saying that both Filly and Harry have lost against a six year old, but Darkest has the chance to steal the win.

You cheered, whooping, "You got this!"

Darkest's cheeks turned a small pink, a bashful smile appearing on his face as he said, "Aw, thanks babe."

You raised a brow, "Not you, the kid."

A cough choked out of Filly next to you as he started laughing, yelling, "Ain't no way, she just did that to you, bruva!"

Harry and Sharky follow suit with laughter. After hearing what you said, Harry shaked his head with a laugh as he kept repeating over, "Absolute violation. Absolute Violation."

Darkest slumping over, putting his head on the table with a dejected look, although you knew it was fake, you still couldn't help but let a small frown on your face.

"Sorry, love you though, it was too funny to resist." You apologised, sending an apologetic smile Darkest's way. Earning an eye roll from him, making the rest of you all laugh.

"Ok, so, how am I doing so far? What's the score?" Darkest asked Sharky, turning to him.

"It is... 3-3" Sharky responded, a shocked look appearing as he raised his brows. "If you get this next point, you win."

"How could my own girlfriend call me dumb?See Timmy, a great example of why you should never date."

Now it was your turn to be shocked, scoffing as your mouth was left agape, slowing reaching over to cover your mouth with your hand.

Shaking your head as you slowly said, "You. Did. Not."

"Ohh couple scrap!" Harry said, clutching onto Filly's arm as he laughed.

"Not in my classroom anyways, take your couple problems and go." Sharky pointed towards the outer set, the camera crew waving towards you both.

"How are you lot in year 2 and are dating already? Mental." Filly chuckled, remembering what you said earlier about this class being "year 2."

You were up next, the other three grown ass men not winning against the six year old. This was going to be interesting, the subject was English. And even though you were from Norway, you were going to ace this.

Darkest wouldn't be able to say anything afterwards when I win. You thought to yourself, a shit eating grin arising.

"Now your question is, how do you spell Asylum?" Sharky asked, looking back down at his notes to make sure he got it right in his head too.

"Wow, fits perfectly for this video." Darkest admitted, crossing his arms over his chest as he leaned back into the sofa.

"And why is that?" You asked, looking down at your board as you wrote.

"Because you're a lunatic." He spoke, plain and simple, gazing straight into your blue eyes. If you looked hard enough, you'd see his gaze soften just by glancing your way.

Harry put a hand on his friend's shoulder, whispering, but it was loud enough for everyone to hear, "That's why you feel in love with her, though, right? You're one as well."

"Aww, that's cute though, innit? I like seeing interactions like these." Filly giggled, watching the both of you.

"I thought he was gonna say because this is on Footasylum, didn't expect that, though." Sharky said as he put down his cards to turn to you and Timmy, as you buzzed first.

Turning to show your board, Sharky looked at you and then his cards, nodding his head, "That is correct!"

You bowed, "See? I can spell."

"Good job." Timmy said in the cutest voice. All of you turned to say, "Aww," you side hugged the little man, saying, "He is so cute, honestly."

You could guess that when you looked up, Darkest's brows furrowed, watching the scene in front of him. Yes, he thought it was cute too, but maybe he was a little bit jealous.

As if reading his mind, "Watch out, Darkest, Timmy's gonna steal your gyal." Filly laughed as he saw Darkest's reaction, earning a smack from the guy.

"HE'S SIX YEARS OLD HE AIN'T STEALING NOTHING."

You smiled, letting go of Timmy, and sitting upright properly. Darkest being jealous was something you definitely didn't know you'd see today but it was cute in a way.

You ended up giving the win to Timmy. Even though Darkest chewed you out for it, he gave you the longest hug afterwards, and you wouldn't have it any other way right now.🫶

physically: i’m very typical scandinavian, naturally light blonde hair, ocean blue eyes HOWEVER UNLIKE MOST OTHER SCANDINAVIANS i’m very easily tan (might be because i’m half spanish but idk 😭) i’m around 5’6 in height and my body shape is basically an hourglass but it doesn’t look like i don’t have a rib cage tho, i’m not THAT skinny 🫣 i’m hot tho ngl

emotionally: i’m gonna be so confident and say that i’m funny … not like “knock knock” funny but as in i have pretty quick replies. as i’ve mentioned before i have adhd which makes me veryyyy energetic and talkative, i’m also a huge sucker for physical affection 🫶 i’m confident (probably my adhd ego) sweet and very friendly !! i’m extroverted and i loveeee cheerleading (doing it since 2nd grade, unfortunately not that many school cheerleading teams here…..) IM SUCH A CAT PERSON LIKE OH MY GOD CATS ARE THE BEST CREATURES ON THIS PLANET EARTH !!!!! U CANT CONVINCE ME OTHERWISE???????

But in all honesty, I think it would be Filly who would easily fall in love with you!

Okay, I was going to say, Kenny, bc of athleticism, but then I saw that you're half Spanish, and I KNOW FOR SURE, FILLY WOULD FALL IN LOVE, if you speak Spanish, he definitely would speak to you in his native tongue, he'd be all giddy and happy that he can and he would loveee having conversations with you.

And, yall would be cracking jokes together and telling each other funny stuff. Honestly, it would be so fun. He'd be so extroverted with you too, that he'd do so much stuff with you, take you to all the fun places, rollercoaster rides, bungee jumping (if you're not too scared of that) etc.

He's sooo cuddly as well, which would suit your physical affection needs, I KNOW FOR A FACT, MANS GONNA BE ALL UP ON YOU, Kisses like every 5 mins and longggg hugs, sometimes you'd tell him to let go and he would only for 5 seconds until he'd cling back onto you and tell you he loves you for the millionth time in an hour

He'd definitely be there for your cheerleading, infact he'd be there for all of them. Never would he miss one, especially if you were there. He'd be cheering you on. Sometimes, if he saw you practising, you best believe he might even join with you on the bleachers lmaoo

For the cat part, honestly, I don't really know if he likes cats or pets in general. But until he sees the sparkle and glimmer in your eyes every time you see a cat. For sure, he can never say no to you, meaning he'd give in and get you both a cute cat.

Your eyes, fr, I know for a fact that he would stare into them all day. Them ocean blue eyes definitely have drawn him to you, he'd think they're so pretty nothing could rival you.

He'd be telling everyone how much he's in love with you. They'd tell him to shut up because it'd be the only thing he's talked about for the whole conversation, but he'd just roll his eyes and smile, heading to text you to hang out with you because honestly who needs people when he can be there with you?
