They're not even gone yet and I already miss XEED.
I'm going to miss waking up to 200 messages from Doha, Shun coming out of his shell even more, Bao going off on one about food, Jam being both the Tiredest Maknae™️ and also doing every dance challenge under the sun, and Uo doing cosy Lives.
I understand that companies have to stick with profitable groups, but if you mis-manage your assets of course you're not going to get that profit.
There was no way, 18 months in, you had the drive for that many POBs; if you're trying to grow an international fanbase you need subtitles within the week of an upload or people won't engage; you need to celebrate the birthdays of your idols; and much more.
Fans are fickle and you have to make people WANT to keep up with group news.
Nature Space shot themselves in the foot.
I hope the boys can find a way to continue on with their careers even if it's not together, even if I wish it would be. My concern is due to their age they won't be able to, and that would be a goddamn shame.

What tumblr needs to do is go to the outside social networks and market this site as a place that doesn’t scrape and sell data, doesn’t force you to say things like “unalive” or “corn” (instead of porn) and has no verification/premium sort of push. The thing that makes tumblr stand out is the anonymity (even to celebrities here) and the fact that everyone has an equal voice for whatever they want to say.
Add in the robust scheduling and queue system, and the ability to post in multiple formats (especially in the same post!) and you have got a huge draw for people.
And those influencers, who would tell their followers “go follow me on tumblr”? Tell them that their followers will GUARANTEED see their content IN ORDER?! And that they don’t have to fight an algorithm just to be shown to their own fans? They’ll come here in droves even if its just to further build their platform and interact.

Hailey Lujan is one of those psyops that is best ignored. If you're going to talk about her at all, avoid posting photos. Her entire shtick is 'there is no such thing as bad press', and it couldn't be more clear. Even if you are trying to warn people about her, any videos are going to serve her purpose.
If just 30% of the people in that sphere have a gentlemen's agreement to ignore her, her reach would be drastically reduced.

Suppose you and your spouse are walking past a downtown eatery. The posted menu and prices look decent but there is no one in the store. Across the road, there is another restaurant almost identical in terms of look, menu and price but it’s packed full of customers. Which one do you choose to go to?
For most people, it’s the one with the better vibe, ie, the crowded place because “it must be good.”
A few years ago, we purchased a small warehouse. It was empty and needed significant renovation and repair. We had no launch clients at all. Zero.
My wife and I decided to carve it up into 9 small workshops (from 200 sq ft to 900 sq ft), basically to appeal to what seems to us is an unlimited supply of gigpreneurs, folks with side hustles or hobbies that have outgrown their basements, backyards and garages.
The first guys who showed up were an Eastern Europe pair with an import biz, super cheap. We wanted to rent each workshop for $700 plus HST plus power, but these guys gnawed us in half—down to $350. I rented to them despite my wife giving me heck for cutting our asking price to this degree.
But it’s like the two restaurants: By having some action at the place, we rented all the rest of the spaces in less than two months at the posted rate. It’s weird but true, this works.
All of this to say, do whatever you can (within reason) to land your first clients, OK?
