Today was the final day of competition at the Triglav Trophy.

Italy won both Women's competitions, with Marina Piredda winning the Senior and Sarina Joos winning the Junior. Ikar Oyarzabal of Spain won the Senior Men's event, and Lukas Vaclavik of Slovakia won the Junior.

Thoughts: this was really fun. I know her air posture needs work but the spiral was decent.

Marina Piredda(ITA)

Thoughts: the timing on the ending was a little off, but I loved the neckline on her dress.

Haein Lee(KOR)

Thoughts: that’s it. She’s so special that she needs her own special name. Can I call her um……. Princess Moonbeam

Ester Schwarz(ITA)

Thoughts: poor thing seemed so worn out. She had a lot of hard falls.

Frida Berge(NOR)

Thoughts: purple, AND a sparkly hairdo. Yay

As always, I had approximately one zillion favorites, which I have narrowed down to one competitive program per skater or team. This round, I'm focusing on figure skating's bright future.

“It's a shame to have to say it because she's so low in the rankings and new to seniors, but if anyone was overscored at WTT this year it was Marina Piredda. Yes, she had two good skates, but she's still extremely juniorish and needs a lot of development in her components and performance skills. Her PCS should have been at least 5 points behind the French ladies, maybe more like 10.“

Today was the third day of competition at the Triglav Trophy.

Italy leads both Women's events, with Marina Piredda leading the Senior and Sarina Joos leading the Junior. Iker Oyarzabal of Spain and Lukas Vaclavik Slovakia lead the Senior and Junior Men's events respectively.

Thoughts: I have become such a sucker for her in just a few sightings because before, I was finding it very difficult to find video for her. And then I do, and I find out she is a damn knockout. Look at her ponytail, those freckles *swoons*

Thoughts: I was just thinking it’s been a while since we’d seen an eyesore dress.

Dasa Grm(SLO)

Thoughts: I love the way her skirt is cut. And I’ve always been a big fan of black lace.

Lara Gutmann(ITA)

Thoughts: her hairdo saved this outfit from being another eyesore

Lea Serna(FRA)

Thoughts: I love seeing all the different shades in her hair during the closeup

Today was the second day of competition at the Merano Ice Trophy.

Italy leads three events, with Nikolaj Memola leading Senior Men, Marina Piredda leading Senior Women's, and Chiara Minighini leading Junior Women's. Lucas Vaclavik of Slovakia won Junior Men's.

Novice events also took place.

Today was the final day of competition at the EduSport Trophy.

Marina Piredda of Italy won the gold. Julia Sauter of Romania came up from third to win the silver. Aleksandra Golovkina of Lithuania came up from sixth to win the bronze.

Today was the second day of competition at the EduSport Trophy.

Nikita Sheiko of Israel and Irina Napolitano of Italy won the Junior Men's and Women's events respectively.

Marina Piredda of Italy currently leads the Senior Women's event.

Thoughts: I know I would love this dress, if we could just have better quality with these videos. The few times it was in focus, I did love it.

Marina Piredda

Thoughts: this was better quality than Lara’s SP but still not the best. It’s strange. I didn’t recognize her name but once I saw the dress, I remembered her.

Ginerva Negrello

Thoughts: she’s so cute and she’s gorgeous AF. But with her numbers being all over the place, I worry about her going international.

Thoughts: we’re still blurry. Better but still blurry. The fact that it was blurry made the front of this dress look very busy.

Thoughts: the spiral was gorgeous. I wasn’t crazy about the gold belt around her dress.
