Manmadhudu 2 movie review...

It's a 2019 tollywood movie

I watched this movie 2-3 times and enjoyed it a lot. People have spread hate about it mainly because it is a sequal to a classic love story. The story had comedy, emotions, age of the main lead is shown, financial problems, marriage and children completion problems of the society are shown really well.

In the story Samba Shiva Rao, the male lead is a perfume maker who doesn't want to get married as he is a playboy but his family wants him to settle down. He hires a girl to act as his fiance and leave him on the marriage mandap so that his family stops pressuring him about marriage so he meets the female lead Avantika who is in need of money so she agrees to this deal.

This movie talks about family concers v/s a person's wish of living by themselves without following society's rules of marrying and having children which is complesary according to them.

I loved the concept, this clash of mentalies and the generation gap. The ending was predictable to be happy but the movie is a fun watch for sure as it showed how a person who doesn't want to fall in love, falls for a girl in his 30s, that shows that there is no perfect age and time to falll in love and marry.
