Ángel Manero minimiza pedido ciudadano en Cañete: "No esperen todo del Estado"

El ministro de Agricultura, Ángel Manero, enfrentó intensas críticas tras desestimar las preocupaciones de un ciudadano en Cañete sobre la implementación de los Planes de Cultivo y Riego (PCR). El encuentro, ocurrido durante una aparición pública, mostró al ministro riéndose de las preocupaciones legítimas del ciudadano mientras se alejaba del lugar.

El ciudadano había abordado a Manero para discutir la implementación del PCR en las comunidades locales, recordándole el papel de supervisión del ministerio en dichas políticas. Este incidente se suma a la creciente lista de declaraciones polémicas de Manero, incluyendo su afirmación ampliamente criticada de que «en el Perú no hay hambre» a pesar de los significativos índices de pobreza y desnutrición del país. Las declaraciones del ministro han provocado constantemente el rechazo público por parecer minimizar problemas sociales urgentes.

En Cañete, donde la alta aridez se combina con una producción agrícola sustancial, la actitud despectiva del ministro resonó particularmente entre los agricultores locales. Los desafíos geográficos específicos de la región demandan una atención cuidadosa de las autoridades, haciendo que la respuesta de Manero sea especialmente problemática para la comunidad agrícola.

Más recientemente, Manero defendió la administración de la presidenta Dina Boluarte a pesar de su histórico bajo índice de aprobación del 3%, afirmando que «no importa cómo entró, sino cómo salga.» Sus continuas declaraciones controversiales han tensado aún más las relaciones entre el gobierno y las comunidades agrícolas que buscan apoyo y comprensión de las autoridades estatales.

i use procreate with oil simulation brushes! i combined two small free packs but i cannot for the LIFE of me find the other one, luckily most free oil packs do the trick, as long as they have the color mixing wet setting on. link to the free pack: https://ittaimanero.gumroad.com/l/FREEThickPaint

i pretty much only use 3 on rotation (one for blocking one for general one for fine detail), and the flat brush from the free bundle is great for blocking out textured backgrounds:

this is WAY more info than you asked for but i love these brushes lmao. theres a bit of a learning curve but it's so so worth it
