I'm mentally ill in the sense I'm like "teehee Mallosyne" but 90% of what I have build up for them is so!!.$.!/&.&/'nsnan

The whole thing about these two is that their relationship shouldn't be possible and yet they are, it's the hero and the villain. Their fates have been already chosen, right??

The hero vanquishes the evil that plagues its people and the villain is no more but what if these people, these pieces of a story weren't valiant warriors or wicked sorcerers-

What do you do when the supposed hero and villain of your story doesn't even fit the roles they were given, what do you do when these people are still just kids?

there's also just something special about Mnemosyne's relationship with Malleus, he doesn't fear him because he didn't know any better, Mnemosyne sees him as his equal and treats him as such and for once in Malleus' lifetime a person simply knows him as him. No titles, no fear, just people.

ok the fact that jade cater AND ace are all down bad? hilarious. love that for them >:3 especially the latter two since cater is the one of the few ppl to fall for ppl and express their crush to them (cater to vil comes to mind) whereas ace would rather die with his feeling buried deep. sharp contrast if i do say so myself! >:33

MALLOSYNE ENDGAME LETS GOO!!! i’m a big fan of “yuu” ships (or whats akin to a yuu sorta in ur ur verse) so seeing them be end game makes me extremely happy!! and slowburn to top it off!! can u get any more of a perfect combination? i can’t wait to see the development of their relationship of acquaintances to friends to lovers bc that transition is always the best :3

and since malleus is Old(tm) and has been lonely for practically over a millennia, i think he’d be the closest in seeing the “real” mnemosyne, wouldnt he? at least i hope. if not him then mnemosyne’s friends in general, bc he deserves ppl where we can let his guard down and truly be who he is without hiding any part of himself

Having those 3 specifically is definitely an interesting combo by itself cause GOD theyre all extremely different with how the whole having feelings thing (also I do not think they handle it well 💔 rip boys it was nice knowing you all)

Mnemosyne is like Semi Yuu??? But that's just his story role his overall an MC (Yuna on the other fulfills more of the Yuu requirements)

makes me all soft to think of Malleus genuinely enjoying Mnem's company and looking forward to always meeting again. That slow little build to a very normal day where he looks at him and realized oh. He's given something so so special to him, a bond and trust and companionship and he asks for nothing in return but that Malleus simply gives his own time to be with him (;_;)

Mnemosyne don't get crushes, love doesn't work that way for him but he accepts Malleus' want to add a romantic angle to their relationship. Having someone who can look at him and his burdens, his sins, his fears, and still accept him? Still see him for the loving person he is? It's a bliss only few could ever bless him with. To see under the surface and decide the atrocious thing you saw was still worth loving because it's the thing that makes the other person them. Those two deserve a happily ever after even if it by all means isn't exactly a conventional or traditional one

I've decided it be interesting if Thalassa was a part of the octatrio, she's the secretary in terms of business, a good friend who helped them get used to living on land personally (though none of them especially Azul would admit that)
