5 years ago I started to gain weight again. I let myself stop due to wanting to fit in back in 2018. I really thought I was going to go all the way. In 2020 I wasn't sure how long the pandemic was going to last. So in on January 7th, I started to eat and drink weight gain shakes and Boost. For a while at the end of 2020 I started to deal with anxiety for the first time ever. I initially thought it was tachycardia due to the fact that I was putting my body through a lot. Pretty much since 2021 my diet has been mostly normal. To this day I barely drink anything other than water. My weight gain has been all natural and I've never been happier or more confident. I don't get embarrassed of my body anymore. I can stand next to someone extremely fit and talk to them without thinking "God, I wish I didn't do this to myself. I wish I looked like him." I just think, "This guy must just think I'm fat." And I don't care at all. Let's see where the next 5 years takes me. If you have supposed me. Thank you.
