selfie points, custom red envelope, joint celebration rumors & AU pairings 🧧🎉🎉
happy CNY to all of you! it’s a happy day for the fandom and not even because of candies— but due to fans making so many content as new year gifts. i have personally enjoyed the photos and video edits of AU pairings. you can check this round-up for the links of those posts so you can enjoy all of it 🫶🏼
Tumblr media
the best way to start this post is to clown over xz’s CNY selfie. this is usual for zz, posting one during this day and every year, we tend to speculate over it so this is a tradition already. lol. anyway, i wanna explain more on the caption and the exclamation he was using: 龘龘龘龘!
thank you to baidu for explaining and it makes sense now why he used it: 龘 (pronounced as dá, ㄉㄚˊ [7] ) is a Chinese character with the radical dragon, a variant of "龖" , and the meaning of the character refers to the shape of a flying dragon.
dragon fits because it’s the year of the dragon and he also used an emoji for that. his hand was also posed as the claw of a dragon. 🐲
now back to candies related to this selfie...
people are saying that this was taken using his wechat camera and in selfie mode. which, like what we usually cpn, is because he was sending it to someone else. what we got is another leftover selfie. another one is what’s drawn/reflected in his eye? if you’ve been here long enough, you may be familiar with people saying that ZZ will edit his eyes to show something else. there were examples before that were kinda believable but i personally think it’s a stretch. xz is definitely an artist who loves to hide things in his art, which includes his photos so it is probable. i just don’t know how far he will take it. what fans are comparing it to as possible reference are the two: happy camp hand stand or a photo of wyb in SDC 6.
Tumblr media
my favorite part tho is the second photo shared. i always feel like if xz is only giving us 2 photos, then it means something. the selfie makes sense— but the other one? i actually expected him to share a photo of food that he is eating. anyway, it’s a winterberry ( one of it’s names ) and is a known means health and longevity, no illness or disaster, suitable for decorating during spring festival it is believed to bring happiness and good luck.
this is seen frequently in relation to ZZ:
Tumblr media
One old cpn we have is that WYB gives him this in bouquets for his filming wrap up events knowing that he likes it. maybe not exactly how it looks but what it means. most popular being during OOL. He posted a different bouquet from what was given to him by the crew as per the wrap up bts video 👀 so why? what’s so important? was he trying to make someone happy? that is mostly explained in the last part of this post.
Tumblr media
the speculation is he included that because wyb gave it to him. or that he gifted it to WYB, who took a photo of it and sent it back to him so he is sharing as well. wait… where did we get that idea? 🤔
again, another galaxy brain observation… the wall. it’s not the most unique kind of wall and it’s hard to tell in wyb’s video— but this video went on HS today as wyb’s new year greeting. so it kinda makes sense that gg will use that clue. wherever this was taken, probably wyb’s office, that’s where he placed the flowers. mister photographer wyb then took a photo and sent it to zz to show his appreciation for it.
Tumblr media
lastly, a tiny clue from yibo-official is the emoji they used for their cny greeting. does it look familiar????
Tumblr media
AHHHHHHH! What a coincidence!!!! 👀
to add this “emoji clue” in his photo that includes this hat. this freakin hat that launched a ton of cpn posts. interesting….
NEXT IS YBO’s custom red envelope cover for this year. They also did this last year, which we also clowned over.
Tumblr media
black panther is something that in this fandom is widely accepted cpn was made by xz. and it’s still there. the panther looks like he has something that looks like what xz wore and drew before. also those personal connections to wyb like the 85 and skateboard, which i understand is a common yibo element and anyone can just add it. personally, i think xz did the panther on the shoulder only. 🤍
Tumblr media
I will lightly discuss the rumor going around cpfs, especially the morning of 2/9 when cpfs have noticed that both zz and wyb have turned off their ip address locator on douyin. this usually means they don’t want people to know where they are. there are rumors that zz’s parents already arrived in Hengdian the night before 2/8 and that wyb + his parents are also going to HD so the whole joint family can spend CNY together ♥️
tho i have to say HD is a populated place, but i feel like most people will have the day off and the two are so careful so they won’t get caught. Treat this as fanfic for now. if this is true, we will clues in the next months. that’s just how turtle cpns go.
-END.

New WeChat Enstars emojis have gyaru-pose Wataru!
And yes, HappyEle illustrators specifically went gyaru for the pic. :D Wataru's FS1 unbloomed originally had more "normal" pose in the selfie he's taken with Eichi (they didn't specify what that means but I guess less flashy?) but the lead illustrator had an idea to make the picture more fun and asked Wataru to be drawn posing like a gyaru. (from ES!! Visual Fanbook vol. 1)

The Evolution of Text Messaging Apps: Connecting the World
In the digital age, text messaging has become an integral part of our daily communication. With the advent of smartphones, text messaging apps have revolutionized how we connect with one another. These apps have not only replaced traditional SMS but have also transformed our interactions, offering a multitude of features that enhance communication. This article explores the evolution of Text Messaging App, their key features, and their impact on modern communication.
The Rise of Text Messaging Apps
Text messaging apps began to gain popularity in the early 2000s with the introduction of smartphones. Initially, people relied on standard SMS services, which were limited in functionality and often expensive. As internet connectivity improved and data plans became more affordable, developers began creating apps that leveraged Wi-Fi and cellular data to send messages.
WhatsApp, released in 2009, was one of the first apps to offer free messaging services over the internet. Its success sparked a surge of similar applications, including Facebook Messenger, Viber, and WeChat. These apps quickly gained traction, enabling users to send text messages, images, videos, and voice notes without incurring traditional SMS fees.
Key Features of Modern Text Messaging Apps
Today’s text messaging apps come equipped with a plethora of features designed to enhance user experience:
Multimedia Sharing: Unlike traditional SMS, which primarily supports text, messaging apps allow users to share a wide range of media, including photos, videos, documents, and even GIFs. This capability enriches conversations and enables users to express themselves creatively.
Group Chats: Most messaging apps support group chats, allowing users to communicate with multiple people simultaneously. This feature is especially useful for coordinating events, sharing information, or simply staying in touch with friends and family.
Voice and Video Calls: Many text messaging apps have integrated voice and video calling features, allowing users to connect face-to-face without the need for separate applications. This has made long-distance communication more accessible and personal.
End-to-End Encryption: Privacy and security have become major concerns in the digital age. Leading messaging apps, like WhatsApp and Signal, employ end-to-end encryption to protect users’ conversations from unauthorized access, ensuring that only the sender and recipient can read the messages.
Stickers and Emojis: To make conversations more fun and engaging, text messaging apps have introduced a variety of stickers, emojis, and GIFs. These visual elements help convey emotions and add personality to messages.
Integration with Other Services: Many messaging apps have partnered with third-party services, allowing users to make payments, book rides, or order food directly through the app. This seamless integration makes messaging apps a one-stop solution for various needs.
The Impact on Communication
The rise of Text Messaging Solutions App has significantly changed how we communicate. These platforms have made it easier and cheaper to stay in touch with people across the globe. The convenience of instant messaging has led to a shift from face-to-face interactions to virtual conversations, with many people preferring the efficiency of texting over traditional phone calls.
Moreover, the accessibility of these apps has empowered individuals in remote areas to connect with friends and family, bridging geographical gaps and fostering global relationships. As messaging apps continue to evolve, they will likely play an even more crucial role in shaping the future of communication.

DOLLHouse Mafia uses multiple faces : DULLHouse Mafia, gross hypocrisy of Pierrot
In this post, we will meet this Pierrot again.
Tumblr media
It is often said that psychopaths do not know human emotions.
And DULLHouse Mafia, these Zombies don't really understand what emoji means.
Chatting is simple, but has limitations to express feelings.
Many meanings can be misunderstood.
All symbols must be used properly.
When you use emoji, when asked why, you'd better answer that why you used that emoji.
When I asked what is that mean, they just ran away and secretly contacted Pierrot to distort the truth.
They hid their own rudeness. That's why they can't have any honor.
But... Why they ran away...?
THEY RAN AWAY BECAUSE THEY USED THAT EMOJI FOR BAD MEANING
Or… it could be Pierrot who did that to me.
You know, you can sign up Telegram with many fake numbers.
EVEN under-human-IQ Pierrot can too.
If that's true, it makes sense why Pierrot did everything in so hurry.
I gave them a chance to explain but they just ran away.
LOSERS are always running. That's what LOSERS do.
Like this way...
They don't know how to use facial expressions.
These crazy Zombies simply do that if they don't like it when someone "fact check"s them.
They hate ANY FACTS, because they are trash in their actual life.
They don't even apologize for it after acting very rudely.
It is obvious that their Parent Zombies didn't educated them, or their Parent Zombies are already in jail or somewhere.
Even if Humans are unpleasant, Zombies are fine.
And then they come back to completely different face.
One more thing.
You can definitely understand by looking at some crazy Zombie's bio. (I still have something to say about this Zombie more)
Tumblr media
The Zombie wrote in the Bio she(The zombie disclosed her name and face, so you can recognize the Zombie is a female) likes the certain country, but this Zombie leaked dozens of Chinese CCs in this April, and that of one creator.
But one thing is, the creator had set up a 'national copyright' on their CCs.
Tumblr media
The last line is 'People's Republic of China' and It means that the CCs are authorized by the nation. And the CC creator added this line on their post.
我的所有作品都已申请版权 (…) 不信的可以试试
What is that mean?
The creator said "I have the copyright of this product, … if you don't believe it, TRY IT".
The Zombies are illiterate, so they can be brave. Before I tell them something, they blocked me.
Ignorant barbarians are generally brave from ancient time.
And the TOP of it? the Zombie disclosed her social network ID carelessly. The social network was WECHAT, One of the famous Chinese social network service. This exhibitionist trait will ruin her own life. In the worst case scenario, the Zombie may be deported or denied entry. Or, will have some penalties. 'copyright infringement' is heavier than we think.
Generally, If you LIKE something, you should respect its right, preserve and protect.
But if the DULLHouse Zombies LIKE something, they will spoil it, steal it, and spray it indiscriminately. This will work in their real life too.
But it's... JUST ZOMBIES. Right?
We are certainly sure, that DULLHouse Zombies use different grammar against ordinary Humans.
Let's get back to Pierrot issue.
Tumblr media
This crazy Pierrot doesn't usually chat much, or simply do bot-like chat but he/she/they started to be excessively nice to other zombies these days.
And said like this today for example:
Pierrot : Let~me~DM~You~so~I~can~see~what~the~issue~is~♬
Aww... Gross. YOU ARE BEING VERY KIND ZOMBIE, PIERROT.
What the fuck has happened to Pierrot?… LOL
You should do same way to others as you did it to me.
Pierrot suddenly says in nice way and will send DM kindly…?
But NOBODY could imagine what they can in DMs.
Like any lower lives do, Pierrot only moves when He/She/(they) is(are) criticized or whipped.
That lower life makes them to rely on donation.
Be careful, if the virus spreads to that little head, they'll turn around. Their second, third or multiple faces will show up.
Like this way, this Pierrot could do rampages to his own friends, family and lover. Or this Pierrot may even kill them.
I think Pierrot can't have a family or lover, so he can run the stupid channel 24/7.
P.S.
After the dirty atrocities, the-Mod-Zombies in that beggar group started pretending to be good Zombies altogether.
In normal days, they were just lying down and opening their mouths waiting for a CC drop.
Actually, they don't do chats, but THEY ARE NOW.
For example, some female-type Zombie named like Yeti-boop-boop-gulf(I will not remember their real nicknames) is being unnaturally kind now.
Tumblr media
Maybe this Zombie is not a female. Could be a shemale or something judging by their facial structure.
Now I see…
They are really feeling sorry to me.
When Zombies do what they usually don't, there must have been some enlightening in their tiny brains.

In a friendship, I think being loyal and sincere is the most important. Friends love you the same even after seeing the part you normally hide from everybody else. They are proud for your smiles and would weep for your tears. In retrospect, I’ve had a lot of friends who give me accompany through a certain time of my life: some of them are periodic and some of them I still remain a close contact with. However, there’s another type of friend who takes up the deepest cabinet of my heart even though we don’t meet or text as frequently. It’s the kind of friendship built on a firm foundation of trust and understanding. We trust each other’s loyalty. Our love never fades in time or space. Whenever we meet, the ambiance between us shifts back to when we first met in our childhood and everything feels like it just happened yesterday. My friendship with my best friend whom I knew in middle school goes above and beyond. Our hearts are connected by our similar backgrounds and the difficulties we’ve been through together when we study abroad in the US. For this reason, we became the irreplaceable piece of each other and our immense loyalty leaves no room for mistrust. When being with her, I feel comfortable expressing my feelings and being my true self. She is the Big Dipper that guides my way and the sunshine that fuels my strength —- the friendship that withstands both space and time.

Navigating Finra Compliance in the Age of Text Messaging Apps: A Guide to WeChat Compliance
Tumblr media
In today's digital age, text messaging apps have revolutionized the way we communicate with each other. It has become commonplace to use chat applications such as WeChat for personal and professional purposes. However, as the use of these apps continues to grow in popularity in the financial industry, it is crucial that firms remain compliant with WeChat Compliance Finra regulations. Failure to comply with these regulations can lead to significant penalties and reputational damage. In this blog post, we will explore what WeChat is and how you can ensure compliance with Finra regulations while using it for your business needs.
What is WeChat?
WeChat is a popular Chinese multi-purpose messaging, social media, and mobile payment app developed by Tencent. It was first launched in 2011 and has since grown to become one of the largest standalone messaging apps with over 1 billion monthly active users. One of WeChat's unique features is its ability to integrate multiple functions within the same platform. Users can use it for messaging, voice and video calls, as well as sharing pictures and videos among other things. Additionally, WeChat also supports third-party applications such as games, ride-hailing services, food delivery services and more. Another notable feature of WeChat is its mobile payment system called WeChat Pay. This allows users to link their bank accounts or cards to make payments via the app at various merchants or transfer money between friends. While initially popular in China, WeChat's user base has expanded globally making it a common means of communication for individuals and businesses alike across many countries today.
What is Finra Compliance?
Finra compliance refers to the set of rules and regulations that are put in place by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority to govern how financial institutions conduct their operations. These rules are designed to protect investors, promote transparency, and maintain market integrity. To achieve Finra compliance, firms must adhere to strict guidelines regarding record-keeping, communication practices, data security, and many other areas. Failure to comply with these regulations can result in severe penalties for both individuals and organizations. Finra has established a comprehensive framework that outlines the specific requirements for different types of financial activities. This includes everything from trading stocks and bonds to managing investment portfolios or providing financial advice. Finra compliance plays an essential role in maintaining trust between investors and financial institutions. By following these regulations diligently, firms can demonstrate their commitment to ethical business practices while protecting themselves from legal repercussions.
How to Comply with Finra Regulations on WeChat
Complying with Finra regulations on WeChat can be challenging, but it is essential for financial advisors who use the app to communicate with clients. Here are some tips on how to stay compliant: 1. Archive all conversations: It's important to keep records of all communications with clients through WeChat and ensure they are archived correctly. 2. Monitor content: Advisors should monitor their conversations closely and make sure that they do not discuss any prohibited topics or share unsuitable content. 3. Get consent from clients: Before communicating through WeChat, financial advisors must obtain written consent from their clients acknowledging that this platform will be used for communication purposes. 4. Be cautious when using emojis or GIFs: Emojis and GIFs may seem harmless, but they can still convey inappropriate messages if not selected carefully. 5. Train employees on compliance policies: Financial firms should provide training to their employees about regulatory requirements related to text messaging apps like WeChat. By following these guidelines, financial advisors can continue using WeChat as a means of communication while staying in line with Finra regulations.
What Are the Risks of Non-Compliance?
In summary, WeChat is a powerful tool that can help you reach out to your clients in a more personal way. However, as with any communication channel used for business purposes, it must comply with FINRA regulations. Non-compliance with FINRA rules on text messaging apps like WeChat comes with significant risks. Fines and penalties could be imposed, and there could also be reputational damage to your firm. It's essential to establish clear policies regarding the use of WeChat and other chat applications so that everyone in your organization understands what is expected of them. You should also invest in training programs to ensure that all employees are aware of their obligations under FINRA rules when using these tools. By following these guidelines, you can navigate FINRA compliance while reaping the benefits of communicating through text messaging apps like WeChat effectively.

CPN: Mister Snowman ❄️
it’s such a busy monday! i got freakin nervous cause i woke up and saw zz’s post which was like an hour ago. then my notification pinged and it’s wyb’s weibo. 👀👀👀 it was him reposting the redmi lab video. my heart wouldn’t be able to take it if he shared a snow related post too. 😂😂😂
anyway, about the snowman. as mentioned in my previous post, it had all the symbolism that is related to xz and by extension — bjyx. the red cape & little prince. the mole and heart. his version of the snowman, based on the emoji he used is the one with a hat on “⛄️”. which is just so cheeky of him, knowing how cpfs speculated about the hat. why don’t you just let it wear the actual hat?
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
we may never know the true intention, if he was really basing it on the emoji or was this actually inspired by wyb’s. his own way of trolling lol. or maybe someone was with him while making it. i can imagine him going: “lol lao wang it’s you!”
one person pointed out that the heart is a shock absorber used in playing tennis! it’s a nice detail cause we are aware that xz is into tennis, in addition, wyb has been lowkey taking up the sports too. was he playing and then at some point went outside and made this? who was he with? this is cpn territory so we think it’s wyb. what kind of cpf would i be if i didn’t find it cute that they experienced the first snow of the year together and made this. 🥹🥹🥹
Tumblr media Tumblr media
xzs also reposted this and their caption is the same as what they wrote back in 2019 for the snow video. yes, the same one that was heavily CPNd xz saying lao wang it’s snowing. we couldn’t hear it cause that bit was muted in the video which made it more sus. is this a clue? or are they too lazy to think of a new caption? 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Tumblr media Tumblr media
the file size of the photo is also very small, 52 kb which leads people to think that it was sent from we chat or taken by wechat camera. so is this a leftover? it’s fine. we’re used to it.
this made me think that it’s the reason why he went online earlier today. but the thing is, he didn’t post it that time but in the afternoon. did he queue it somehow? oh well. i will continue to clown that it’s because he was checking out wyb’s photos 🤡
P.S : I see other cpfs talking about the heart shaped snow too since we’re in the topic of snow and bjyx. here’s the cpn for that if you haven’t heard of it or you wanna know the full story.
END.

Twitter no longer exists as a company after Elon Musk merged it with another entity called X Corp.
Tumblr media
The move means the app now forms part of Mr Musk’s X Holdings Corp., which has been touted as the future parent company for all of his companies, which include Neuralink, SpaceX, Tesla and The Boring Company.
It also potentially signals the next phase of Mr Musk’s plan to turn Twitter into an “everything app”.
The merger only became public after lawyers for the social media firm were forced to disclose it in an ongoing lawsuit involving failed congressional candidate Laura Loomer.
“Twitter, Inc. has been merged into X Corp. and no longer exists,” the court filing stated.
“X Corp. is a privately held corporation. Its parent corporation is X Holdings Corp. No publicly traded corporation owns 10 per cent or more of the stock of X Corp. or X Holdings Corp.”
Twitter could not be reached for comment, with the company’s press email set to auto respond to requests with the poo emoji.
Mr Musk appeared to confirm the change in a tweet on Tuesday, which stated simply: “X.”
The billionaire already owns the X.com domain, having founded a company of the same name in 1999, which went on to become PayPal.
In October 2022, when his Twitter takeover deal was still being finalised, Mr Musk tweeted: “Buying Twitter is an accelerant to creating X, the everything app.
“Twitter probably accelerates X by three to five years, but I could be wrong.”
Industry experts have questioned whether Mr Musk can succeed in transforming Twitter into a platform where users can access all basic online services, from making a payment to ordering a taxi.
China’s WeChat offers similar functionality, though attempts to do the same in the West have so far failed.
“Super apps, as they are known in the industry, are not a new thing. They’ve been hugely successful in Asia, but have not really caught on elsewhere,” social media expert and industry commentator Matt Navarra said at the time.
“Could Twitter form part of a super app that lets you buy goods, chat to friends, get news updates, book a taxi etc? Sure. Can Elon Musk make it work? Possibly. Will Elon actually do it? Who knows.”

Discord releases server subscription program in the US
As reported by Game Developer on December 02, 2022, Discord now allows creators and community leaders to charge subscription fees in the US. According to Epicgames, Discord is a platform to talk over voice, video, and text with your friends, game communities, and developers.  Just Twitch, their main users are the game players.
Tumblr media
Unlike other apps like Instagram, Facebook, and WeChat, whose financial income highly depends on aid, Discord is using the ad-free model from the beginning when they start the business until now. It used to get money through premium subscriptions which provide custom emojis and HD video streaming and game sales.
According to Discord CTO and co-founder Stanislav Vishnevskiy, they have intentionally pursued a business model that does not rely on monetizing our users’ data.
Now, they are developing a subscription business model to make extra money. This seems to suggest that Discord’s ad-free model is not able to support further growth and eventual profitability.
Tumblr media
However, as reported by Gamerevolution, in the discord description model, their server owners can receive a relatively generous 90/10 split. While the platform only gains a 10 percent. The main purpose is to attract more creators to use discord and produce better content. Creators taking most of their revenue is an enticing offer. As Twitch is about to change its revenue split from 70/30 to 50/50 for larger streamers beginning in June 2023, Discord appears to be positioning itself as a good way to earn some extra income for game players.
The question remains will Discord become a better platform than twitch and will it be able to retain its ad-free model in the world where aids take such an important part in business after they begin to charge the subscription fee?

10 Free Texting Apps for Android Device To Save Big Money
Tumblr media
Texting is one of the most popular ways to communicate, but it can also be one of the most expensive. If you have an unlimited texting plan, you may not think twice about how much money you're spending on those texts. But if you're on a pay-as-you-go plan or are being charged per text, those costs can add up quickly. Luckily, there are a number of free texting apps that can save you money. Here are ten of the best.
TextMe Up
TextMe Up is a free text app that lets you send texts, make calls, and even video chat without ever having to spend a dime. You can earn credits by watching ads, completing offers, and inviting friends to sign up for the app. Use those credits to text or make calls to anyone. The app also lets you buy credits if you'd prefer not to watch ads or complete offers.
TextPlus
TextPlus is another excellent free texting app that can save you money. The app works similarly to TextMe Up in that you can earn credits by watching ads or completing offers. Those credits can be used to text or make calls to anyone in the world. You can also buy credits if you don't want to watch ads or complete offers.
Google Voice
Google Voice is a service that lets you make and receive calls, as well as send and receive texts, all using one central number. Best of all, it's completely free to use! You can also customize your voicemail greeting and record calls if you need to.
Pinger
Pinger is a great free texting app if you need more than just text messaging capabilities. In addition to being able to send texts for free, the app also lets you make voice calls and even video calls. You can earn credits by watching ads or completing offers, which can then be used to make calls or send texts. You can also buy credits if you don't want to watch ads or complete offers.
Textfree
This app allows you to send texts without using any of your data or minutes. You'll be assigned a real phone number that can be used to send texts and make calls to any US or Canadian number. You can even earn rewards by watching ads!
WeChat
WeChat is a popular texting app that originated in China but has since gained popularity worldwide. WeChat offers all of the usual features that you would expect from a texting app like group chats, emoji support, and photo sharing. However, one thing that sets WeChat apart from other apps is its “Moments” feature, which is similar to Facebook’s News Feed feature. With Moments, you can see what your friends and family are up to as well as post updates about your own life. WeChat also has built-in support for games so that you can play with your friends without having to leave the app.
Skype
Skype is best known for its video chatting capabilities, but it also allows users to make voice calls and send texts at no cost. Credits can be earned by making purchases within the app, such as buying Skype minutes or subscribing to Office 365. Those credits can then be used to make calls or send texts without incurring any charges.
Nexmo
Nexmo is a great option if you need an international texting solution that won't break the bank. The app offers free text messaging to over 200 countries worldwide. You can also purchase credits within the app which will allow you to make voice calls and send picture messages at very low rates. Nexmo also offers a virtual phone number service that starts at just $0.99 per month.
WhatsApp
One of the most popular texting apps available, WhatsApp boasts over 1 billion users worldwide. The app is free to download and use, but does require an internet connection in order to work. However, once you’re connected, you can message anyone else on the app for free, regardless of where they are in the world. You can also make calls and video calls with WhatsApp, which is a great alternative to traditional carrier services.
MightyText
MightyText lets you send and receive texts from your computer or tablet. It also lets you see your phone's notifications right on your computer screen, so you'll never miss an important update again. And like most of the other apps on this list, it's totally free to use!
Conclusion:

The two start to fall in love and Gene silently debates his choice to change himself. While traveling through Spotify, Jailbreak admits that she likes Gene just the way he is and that he should not be ashamed of his malfunction. They make up in the Instagram app when Mel reveals that he, too, is a malfunction, explaining Gene's behavior. Mel and Mary go searching for Gene and have a very lethargic argument. Gene and Jailbreak escape, but Hi-5 is taken along with the app and ends up in the trash. They are once again attacked by bots, and their actions cause Alex to delete the Just Dance app. While there, Jailbreak is revealed to be a princess emoji who fled home after tiring of being stereotyped. Jailbreak reveals that Gene can be fixed in the cloud, and the group goes off into the Just Dance app. The trio is attacked by Smiler's bots, but manage to escape into the game Candy Crush. Gene and Hi-5 come to a piracy app where they meet a hacker emoji named Jailbreak, who wants to reach Dropbox so that she can live in the cloud. Smiler sends more bots to look for Gene when she finds out that he has left Textopolis, as his actions have caused Alex to think that his phone needs to be fixed. He tells Gene that he can be fixed if they find a hacker, and Hi-5 accompanies him so that he can reclaim his fame. Gene is chased by bots but is rescued by Hi-5, a once-popular emoji who has since lost his fame due to lack of use. Gene is called in by Smiler, a smiley emoji and leader of the text center, who concludes that Gene is a "malfunction" and therefore must be deleted.

when it says discord use only does that mean no other apps (like whatsapp) or is it more along the lines of “please only use these as emojis, not for any other purpose”?
The original TOS from drawsomeemojis expressed wanting this as emoji use on discord only due to how the emojis work there- you cannot just easily copy paste the emojis to use elsewhere, and it helps to make sure that them as the artist is properly credited and respected. It is important that they are recognized for their work, and I agree with this wholeheartedly.
I am not sure how emojis on other apps work, but I know for a fact they are not to be used as reaction images and that they explicitly stated the emojis are not allowed on amino in any way shape or form. The emojis are also implied to not be allowed for use on twitter, instagram, and any other platform where they are being used as images as opposed to emojis.
Like I said, I dont know how emojis in other places work, like WeChat or WhatsApp (etc), and I think as long as they are credited or it is specifically within dms- texting and discord specifically (and not saved as general use images) they said it is fine (not 100% certain) but I am cautious about saying one way or another for WhatsApp and WeChat.
I would follow however @custom-emojis does their policy, as we cannot ask drawsomeemojis to clarify anymore? And I believe they have a similar policy in place. And if you are unsure, always credit credit credit.
Thanks for asking!

Quick question! In the text between Gavin and mc where she pranks him with the lyrics to call me maybe, is it the same in the cn version or do they use a different song? I’ve always been really curious about it
( ´ ▽ ` ) Thanks for the interesting question! I really love doing such comparisons ♡
FYI: The text Anon is referring to is this text from Gavin’s Starry Date!
In CN, the song that MC uses is 小拳拳捶胸口 (“xiao quan quan chui xiong kou”), which directly translates to “tiny fists hammering your chest”!
It’s a cute song in which a girl complains coquettishly that her boyfriend doesn’t know how to coax her. It later became a meme because people started putting the song in fight scenes LOL
The CN texts differ slightly from the EN ones, so I’ve translated the original below!
[ Version One ]
MC: Someone’s extremely unhappy, and is using her tiny fists to whack your chest, sob sob sob
Gavin: Are you MC?
[Note] I love how the EN version is “Who are you and what did you do to the real MC?” when the CN version is much more clipped. It actually makes quite a big difference. The EN version sounds pretty dramatic, which suggests that EN Gavin knows that MC is just toying with him. On the other hand, CN Gavin sounds like he’s genuinely wary 😂
MC: Hahahaha, I can’t do this. I almost died laughing after sending it
Gavin: Um, I thought your account was hacked.
[Note] If you’re wondering why Gavin talks about an account, it’s because mobile users in China typically use WeChat, which requires logging in
MC: This used to be a viral video on the internet. It even has its own memes~
Gavin: ...I don’t use memes. I seldom send default emojis too.
MC: Senior, be careful not to get phased out by latest fads!
[Note] EN MC says “You have to keep up-to-date with latest fads”, whereas MC is much more dramatic and says, translated literally, that Gavin “can’t be eliminated / become obsolete by latest fads”, which is hilarious
Gavin: ...I’ll do my best.
[Note] EN Gavin says “...I’ll try”, whereas CN Gavin uses “争取” (“zheng qu”), which is much stronger than “try”. It’s conveys the idea of striving and even fighting for something!
-
[ Version Two ]
MC: Someone’s extremely unhappy, and is using her tiny fists to whack your chest, sob sob sob
Gavin: Are you MC?
MC: Did I scare you?
Gavin: Um, I thought your account was hacked.
MC: I plan to do a program on trendy fads, so I’ve been compiling some, and testing them out to see how others react.
Gavin: Is this a recent trend? ...it’s difficult to understand.
MC: When you have the time, you could scroll through Weibo more, and check out trendy topics.
Gavin: Mm, if I have time.
-
[ Version Three ]
MC: Someone’s extremely unhappy, and is using her tiny fists to whack your chest, sob sob sob
Gavin: Are you MC?
MC: Isn’t this sentence really meaningful?
Gavin: ...it’s meaningful?
Gavin: Um, I thought your account was hacked.
MC: Sorry for scaring you
Gavin: No need to apologise. I’ve never paid attention to these things.
MC: I’ll tell you about them the next time we meet. They’re actually pretty interesting.
Gavin: If you’re the one telling me about them, I’ll listen.
