Internet Users Now Endlessly Whacking Mahathir
From quitting his current shifts in thoughts and policies, to doing better good for the nation. These are the advices given by netizens to the doctor who probably hates to hear others telling him what to do. All Over Social Media But that is a fact and not an invention and the evidence is all over social media that people are really fed-up with the elderly statesman. While some politicians and…

AKU nak buat Thread pasal Dawn Raid.
No heart feeling please.
So, kalau kita nak kata bila semua ni bermula. Agak panjang cerita dia. Based on pembacaan aku, antara benda yang terlibat untuk membuatkan benda ni berlaku.
1. Pegangan harta korporat.
Melayu yang menjadi bangsa majoriti hanya memiliki 1.5% pembahagian harta korporat berbanding bangsa Cina (22.8%) dan british 60%.
2. Kritikan Tun M kepada Tunku Abdul Rahman atas peristiwa 13 Mei 1969.
Tun M marah kepada kerajaan kerana terlalu memberi muka kepada orang lain sehingga meminggirkan melayu.
3. Dasar Ekonomi Baru (DEB).
“Hang buat sabaq sat nah, jangan dok buat cengey.” Ikutkan banyak lagi.
Genting Group.
Bank Simpanan Nasional.
Kuwait Investment Office
OCBC
PNB
Pelabur kecil ( orang luar/ bukan syarikat besar)
Tahu-tahu saja saham semua tu dah jadi milik PNB.
Selepas semua dah bersedia, bermulalah segalanya.
Oh ya, pembelian saham semua ini of course tak melalui Malaysia.
DAWN RAID: Filem mengenai bagaimana team Tun Mahathir menyerang saham Guthrie ketika fajar 7 September 1981. Lakonan oleh Shaheizy Sam sebagai Khalid Ibrahim. Akan datang ke pawagam. Filem diarahkan oleh Bront Palarae. pic.twitter.com/QRMyNHxGe1
— enche.waqjai (@waqjai) May 12, 2018
And of course. The mind behind all of this. Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim, bekas Menteri Selangor. Power namatey. By the way, akan ada movie hasil anak seni paling kacak malaysia iaitu Bront Palarae.
Malah katanya, Tun Dr Mahathir sendiri mengakui Dawn Raid bukan perancangannya.

Over the past several weeks, much of Malaysia’s elite has been playing the game of ‘pusing’ (Malay for turnaround), or as one businessmen told me, learning to ‘gostan’ (Malay contraction of “go astern”). In popular usage, it means to reverse back. This is how it works: many in the Malaysian elite are now claiming to be closet supporters of Dr Mahathir and the Pakatan Harapan (PH, or alliance of hope) coalition. Some claimed to have secretly “sponsored” the campaigns of PH candidates.
In an infamous blog entry, Making Beeline to Curry Favour with Dr M, by one of Mahathir’s closest political allies, Abdul Kadir Jasin wrote: ‘Last evening I was invited for a berbuka puasa with the Prime Minister, Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad, at the Perdana Leadership Foundation (PLF) in Putrajaya… I saw many familiar faces – men and women – who during good and bad times had stuck with THE man… But I also saw many who had been absent from his berbuka puasa and other functions for quite a few years. I felt no sense of remorse when I greeted them with disdain… When Dr Mahathir was in power they celebrated him as if he was a ‘Tua Pek Kong’ (Chinese diety) and man of miracle. He was lavishly praised and even more lavishly feasted… But when he left office but yet continuing to care for the country, many of these people abandoned him for fear that supporting or just being seen with him would jeopardise their billion-dollar contracts, projects concessions, or subject them to the scrutiny of the Inland Revenue Board… The mere mention of Dr Mahathir caused them to cringe…Their hypocrisy and lack shame put me off. But still I accepted their handshake for the sake civility and common courtesy…”
While crony capitalism is found throughout Southeast Asia (yes, even in Singapore), in Malaysia the cronies never had to ‘pusing’ or ‘gostan’ at such a rapid pace. The assumption was that UMNO and Barisan Nasional (BN) would remain in power for the foreseeable future. Thus the 9 May outcome was akin to suffering the first heart attack.
Unlike the West, political hypocrisy and the practice of switching political support for personal gain in Malaysia is often regarded as simply ‘cari makan’ or earning a living. There is no political shame is ‘pusing’ if the ultimate aim is to ‘cari makan’. In other words, you do whatever is necessary to get the government contract, or better, to get into government. Former prime minister Najib Razak was fond of saying that his political philosophy is ‘Cash is king’. During Najib’s era, ‘dedak’ was the common term used to describe the use of bribes to buy political support.
The culture of ‘cari makan’ had such an omnipresence in Malaysian politics that almost all the tycoons you see today in Malaysia are linked either to Mahathir or Najib. It was an open secret which tycoon was linked to each leader, such that the stock market in Malaysia had ‘political counters’, where certain companies were owned by these tycoons. It is not uncommon for the shares of these companies to move according to the latest rumour regarding the tycoon’s relationship status with the incumbent PM.
Those who came up in the 1980s and 1990s were handpicked by Mahathir and former finance minister and now chair of the Council of Eminent Persons Daim Zainuddin. In the past decade, another group of tycoons came up under the patronage of Najib. It was taken for granted that you could not become a business tycoon overnight in Malaysia without connections to the incumbent PM.
‘Pusing’ and ‘cari makan’ politics is most acute in the Malaysian state of Sabah. Not only is it done openly at every elections, it is celebrated with a local word ‘katak’ (or political frog), which essentially describes what happens as entire political parties and just-elected individuals move to the winning side on elections night. For political parties, it’s mostly about getting into government. For individuals, it can mean a sudden cash windfall. Sometimes, you can even ‘katak’ twice or more for such gains.
The most recent example of this was on the night of GE14, when it became clear that Parti Warisan were in a position to form a new state government – United Pasokmomogun Kadazandusun Murut Organisation (UPKO), a BN-component party, announced it was defecting to Warisan to give it a clear majority to form the next state government. Two days later, four Sabah UMNO state assemblymen defected as well, giving Parti Warisan a clear majority in the state assembly.
In neighbouring Sarawak, two just-elected MPs joined the PH coalition once it was clear PH had formed the federal government. The sole MP from the Sarawak United People’s Party (SUPP) tried but failed to defect to PH.
Across the sea, Malaya is fast catching up on ‘katak’ politics. Within a few days of PH’s victory, five BN state assemblymen defected to PH, giving the Johor and Perak PH state governments their majorities. More would actually like to defectbut they cannot do so now because of the raw feelings generated in the recent campaign. It’s likely when things calm down, more elected BN representatives will move to PH.
While many would see these moves as opportunistic, many of those defecting justify it on the grounds that under the present political system, they can only resolve their constituency issues if they are part of the ruling coalition.
When BN was in power, individual BN MPs were given between RM1 to RM5 million ($337,000 to $1.69 million) to spend on their constituencies. Opposition MPs got zero funding. These funds are spent on any events or projects approved by the MP without the need for another layer of official approval. BN MPs would normally use this slush fund for small projects or events to increase their personal support among their constituents. Opposition MPs see the funds as nothing more than blatant vote buying.
The new PH government has continued the practice but with a slight modification. PH MPs will get RM500,000 ($169,000) while Opposition MPs will get RM100,000, or a fifth of what a government MP gets.
Over the next year, expect more UMNO businessmen and opposition politicians to move into the PH camp, all claiming to be closet supporters of PH. The ‘cari makan’ political culture may be the hardest thing to reform in Malaysia – I would say it’s impossible, even under a reformist PH government. It is, at the end of the day, human nature.

Fair enough, the PM we had were never really all that great tbh, like Razak was pretty cool with most things, but then there's mfs like Mahathir that basically tried to exclude the Chinese and Indians from special privileges that the majority bumiputera population. Plus Lee Kwan Yew was based and Rahman was a moron for kicking Singapore out.
I don't think it's a coincidence that Malaya being the most developed colony (outside of the dominions) with Singapore then becoming the richest country in the region, not to mention them being seated in the straits that connects East Asia to the rest of the world also contributed to them being so powerful.
Though I'd like to say that the early Chinese dynasties had their capital in Luoyang and Chang'an (Xian in the future) since the north was less populated at the time, and the south was even more sparce. And it was only until the fifteenth century when the capital was moved to Beijing and Nanjing when the empire was split in two, and Beijing remaining as the capital as for most of the time as it was more strategic than Nanjing.
But yeah we can all agree that this map doesn't make any sense whatsoever

If You Mean Savages Then Just Say So
Whenever I heard the term Global South, I assumed it meant south of either the Equator of of the Mediterranean.
Nope. Global North includes Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korean, (but not North Korean), Hong Kong, and Singapore, (but not the rest of Malaysia).
It does not include Mongolia.

The golden oil – palm oil tour and talks
Hi guys this is Johnson for johnsonmalaysia.com. Palm oil tour and talks. Malaysian Prime Minister Tun Mahathir is a great supporter of palm oil industry. Malaysia in the pass, 102 years has come very long way. I have guided many overseas delegates to plan oil plantation, processing plant, product, process more on sustainability. As of today a group of Japanese delegates. (Japanese Oil and Fat Asso)
Archipelago
Palm oil (Elaeis guineensis) It comes from West Africa. Four seedlings were planted in Bogor botanical park Java in mid 1800s. From there the species were introduced to other parts of the Indonesia like Sumatera. The near proximity made the Sumatran to introduce in Malaya in the first decade of 1900s.
Ornamental tree
The palm oil when it was introduced to Malaya it was only an ornamental tree in the eyes of the British. We can see in vintage photos planted along the Independent square (book an old KL walk with Johnson http://johnsonmalaysia.com/the-heart-of-kuala-lumpur-walking-tour-3-5hrs-with-local-tour-guide/). No British colonial master knew about this golden oil. They looked at the beauty but not at its fruits. They may thought it was for the squirrels, birds and rodents.
French connection
It took the French connection, Henri Fauconnier, an entrepreneur to establish its first palm plantation in Malaya in 1917 at the Tennamaram Estate (a Tamil word meaning coconut tree), Batang Berjuntai, Selangor. These estates were the forefront of the Malaysian palm oil industry.
The growth
For the period of more than a century, the palm industry has grown from plantation to processing, production, products and exports that have contributed to National economy. Not forgetting high nutrients in red palm oil A& E.
The delegates followed Johnson from Africa, Japan and many countries around the globe are amazed with Malaysia’s Achievement.
We did not neglect sustainability and best practices. If you need a palm oil tour and talk to companies or students, please contact Johnsonmalaysia.com, JohnsonMalasia Team Building http://johnsonmalaysia.com/amazing-race-in-tropical-rain-forest/

The Return of a New MALAYA According To MAHATHIR?
Fallen PM Dr Mahathir Mohamad in a long missive on social media today says the Proclamation of the Malays wants the return to Malaya. Not Usurping Rights? “The Proclamation of the Malays does not intend to usurp the rights and property of others. The Proclamation party only wants to get justice – that is, the recognition of this peninsula as Malaya, accepting immigrants and their descendants as…

With Malaysia’s 14th general elections (GE14) set to be held in the next six weeks, one issue not widely discussed enough is the role played by the East Malaysian states of Sabah and Sarawak. Unlike other states, Sabah and Sarawak are physically located in Borneo, far away from Putrajaya. These two states have a very different history, demography and social history from the other 11 states in the Malay Peninsula, or Malaya.
Politically both states were unimportant to ruling Barisan Nasional’s (BN) leadership as voters in both states regularly voted for the BN. In every general election since the 1990s, BN won more than 70 per cent of the parliamentary seats in Sabah and Sarawak. The results were so predictable that the ruling party regularly referred to both states as BN’s “fixed deposits”.
There are 222-seats in the Malaysian parliament and the magic figure is 112. In the 2008 elections, when BN won 140 to the opposition’s 82 seats, Sabah and Sarawak contributed 55 of the 140 BN MPs. In the 2013 elections, the BN won 133 to the opposition’s 89 seats. This time Sabah and Sarawak contributed 47 BN MPs. In other words, the UMNO-led BN government would have lost power without the MPs from Sabah and Sarawak.
UMNO soon realised that without support from East Malaysia’s BN, they would be out of power.
THE BIGGEST POLITICAL issue by far in Sabah and Sarawak is the Malaysia Agreement, commonly referred to as MA63. This was the agreement signed by the founding states of Malaya, Singapore, Sabah and Sarawak, which led to the formation of the Malaysian Federation in 1963. Hence many Sabahans and Sarawakians are of the opinion that Malaya, Sabah, and Sarawak (and Singapore before its expulsion from Malaysia in 1965) were the original founders of the Federation.
They feel that Sabah and Sarawak should not be merely treated as one of the 13 states in the Malaysian Federation but as two of the three founding entities. This distinction is important for Sabah and Sarawak nationalists as they argue that both states should enjoy more autonomy from the federal government in Putrajaya.
In the negotiations leading up to the formation of the federation, North Borneo (as Sabah was then called) and Sarawak were given special autonomy in areas like Islam, immigration, local government issues, education and language, and the composition of the civil service (collectively called the “Twenty Points”). Today, the majority of the population in Sabah and Sarawak think, other than immigration, powers are concentrated in Putrajaya. Mahathir was the chief architect of this concentration of powers in the federal government.
Since 2008, with the power equation in the BN shifting to Borneo, politicians in Sabah and Sarawak have been calling on Putrajaya to return all the powers that were agreed upon in 1963. These nationalists’ movements come in all shades, including many who are openly calling on both states to secede from Malaysiaand declare independence.
When Najib Tun Razak became prime minster in 2009, he understood the political danger immediately. He appointed a record number of ministers from Sabah and Sarawak, and gave the Speaker’s position in the Malaysian Parliament to a Sabahan. He even added an additional public holiday called Malaysia Day on 16 September. Previously Independence Day was celebrated on 31 August, the date Malaya became independent, rather than 16 September when the federation officially came into being.
After the 2013 elections, Najib poured even more money into Sabah and Sarawak. He announced the go-ahead for the Pan-Borneo Highway, a highway linking Kuching all the way to Tawau in Sabah via Brunei. Sabahans and Sarawakians have been asking for such a highway since the 1970s. He also gave a “special allocation” of one billion ringgit (A$340m) each to both states.
On top of that, Najib agreed to establish a cabinet-level committee on the devolution of powers back to Kuching and Kota Kinabalu. Although the work of the committee was completed at the end of last year, Najib has so far kept silent about the results. He is widely expected to announce some major concessions to Sabah and Sarawak during the upcoming GE14 campaign to help the BN parties in Sabah and Sarawak. The BN in Sabah and Sarawak have repackaged themselves as Borneo Nationalists since 2008, arguing that they are the only ones who can bring back autonomy. The irony of course is the fact that it was the same BN governments in Sabah and Sarawak which allowed Mahathir to take away their powers in the 1980s and the 1990s.
IF NAJIB WINS big in the peninsula – in the region of 100 or more seats – with the addition of the seats from Sabah and Sarawak, BN will have a total of more than 140 seats. Under this scenario, Najib will no longer be dependent on the BN from Sabah and Sarawak to stay in power. He will thus likely slow down any moves to devolve powers back to Sabah and Sarawak, and redirect resources promised to Sabah and Sarawak back to Malaya to reward his Malay base.
All this will be done quietly behind the scenes. He will maintain his rhetoric on recognising the special position of Sabah and Sarawak in the federation. But realpolitik dictates that he must reward the Malay ground that supported him in Malaya.
This will, of course, lead to more unhappiness in Sabah and Sarawak. It will strengthen the hand of the nationalists. Thus far, other than Dr Jeffrey Kitingan from Sabah, candidates from hardline state nationalist parties have all lost badly, often losing their deposits. The big problem here is that the mainstream parties – both the BN and PH coalitions in Sabah and Sarawak – have adopted many state nationalism mantras, leaving little or no political space for the hardline state nationalists such as Sabah’s Parti Solidariti Tanah Airku (Homeland Solidarity Party) or Sarawak’s State Reform Party (STAR).
But no matter the outcome of GE14, the nascent nationalists’ movements in Sabah and Sarawak will endure. The people of both states know they were treated badly and marginalised by the federal government for the first 46 years of the federation. The social media age has allowed them to spread their message widely and they will remain a permanent feature of politics in Sabah and Sarawak going forward, no matter who is in power.

Quo vadis Azmin Ali...
Quo vadis Azmin Ali....
Mungkin melampau kalau kita katakan Azmin melihat Muhyiddin Yassin sepertimana orang mendakwa Anwar melihat Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail – sebagai sekadar pemanas kerusi. Tetapi itulah hakikatnya. Kan?
Dilema Muhyiddin Pengarah Pendidikan Politik DAP Liew Chin Tong menulis panjang hujung minggu lalu tentang dilema Muhyiddin, pasca krisis Covid-19.
Bersatu apatah lagi. Maka ke mana Azmin Ali akan pergi? – Roketkini.com
Amanat Duta Khas
Kerajaang Tebuk Atap...
"Percayalah saudara, " Kita menyokong UMNO bukan kerana nama dia UMNO. - From: Rusila,f/bk
The Ketuanan Melayu Agenda...
May 9th will mark two years since Pakatan Harapan (PH), against all odds, swept to victory. A party that did not expect to lose was swept from power by a coalition that didn’t think it could win. What giddy days they were! To say we were jubilant would be an understatement. The excited crowds outside the gates of Istana Negara waiting for Dr Mahathir Mohamad to be sworn in as prime minister will forever be etched in the memories of those who were there. It made all the years of effort – including risking arrests to attend those Bersih rallies, training as election monitors and campaign workers, and going out of our way to vote – worth the while. Together, we took back the government from the hands of unscrupulous, immoral and corrupt politicians. For one moment in time, we were united by a shared hope that at last Malaysia would be able to embrace its destiny as a united, prosperous and democratic nation. Not since Merdeka had there been such a national outpouring of pride, hope and excitement. But it was not to be; our brief tryst with spring ended as abruptly as it began. Many factors, no doubt, contributed to the fall of the PH government; certainly, the bitter rivalry between Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad and Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim dominated much of the news. Ultimately, however, it was the race factor more than anything else that proved destructive. Ketuanan Melayu ideologues from across the political spectrum – PPBM, UMNO, PKR and PAS – felt deeply threatened by the prospect of having to share power, even minimally, with the non-Malays. Unsurprisingly, the DAP which surged to new heights following GE14 quickly became the “Great Satan,” the embodiment of an existential threat to the Malays. If the whole concept of power-sharing was to be aborted, the DAP had to be discredited and removed from government. It is no secret that since May 1969, we’ve always had a multiracial government in name only; absolute power remained in the hands of UMNO which ruled primarily on behalf of one community. MCA, MIC and Gerakan were never more than bit players, they simply to lend credence to the lie that multiracial politics and national unity were alive and well. It allowed UMNO, masquerading as Barisan Nasional, to rule as a multiracial government while pursuing an essentially race-based agenda.
GE14 upended that construct. The bitter, very personal battle between Mahathir and Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak divided Ketuanan Melayu ideologues along with much of the Malay polity. So bitter was the feud with Najib that Mahathir, the architect of the Ketuanan Melayu agenda, was even willing to find common cause with the DAP and his other bitter rival (Anwar) to bring down Najib. Malay disunity – as Mahathir himself later claimed – allowed the non-Malays to win a record number of seats in parliament. It still left the Malays in an unassailable position given their majority in parliament, the civil service, the armed forces and police and in almost every other area of national life, but it did bring a more balanced representation to parliament at least. While many considered it a positive development, Ketuanan Melayu ideologues, long accustomed to seeing politics as a zero-sum game, saw the outcome of GE14 as a disastrous setback. To them the very idea of power-sharing was unacceptable, a direct challenge to the Ketuanan Melayu agenda and all it stood for. Consequently, while both Malay and non-Malay progressives and reformists celebrated, Ketuanan Melayu ideologues fumed. The former talked about democracy, transparency and accountability; Ketuanan Melayu ideologues complained about the loss of face, the threat to race, religion and culture. Reformists wanted to press ahead quickly with “reformasi”; Ketuanan Melayu ideologues wanted to hold on to the essentially authoritarian political structures that they had put in place since 1969. Reformists wanted a fair distribution of wealth; Ketuanan Melayu elites wanted to maintain the system of crony capitalism that allowed them to exploit the wealth of the nation at will. Progressives yearned for a more open, tolerant and inclusive culture; Ketuanan Melayu ideologues would have none of it. The rejection of power-sharing was clearly evident in Malay political discourse post-GE14. Incendiary statements like “Malaysia is for Malays”, non-Muslims ought not to be given senior positions in government, Malay rights and culture were being undermined, the position of the Malay rulers was being challenged, non-Malays were disrespecting the Malays, were aggressively thrown into the narrative. At the same time, non-existent threats from Communists, Christians and Tamil Tigers were deliberately played up to give the impression that the nation was facing a dire and imminent threat to its very existence. Reality didn’t matter; the objective was to manufacture a crisis of confidence in the PH government. The underlying message was clear: the Malay community alone had the exclusive, God-ordained right to rule Malaysia. “Immigrant” communities – the pendatang – could remain for so long as they did not challenge Malay rule or even aspire to be equal partners in the governance of the nation.
It was not a novel idea. In his seminal treatise The Malay Dilemma written almost 50 years ago, Mahathir opined that “Malays are the rightful owners of Malaya, and that if citizenship is conferred on races other than the Malays, it is because the Malays consent to this. This consent is conditional.” Such a view was, fundamentally, a complete repudiation of the Merdeka agreement which envisaged shared citizenship and joint responsibility for the governance of the nation within a secular, democratic and constitutional framework. Ketuanan Melayu ideologues had long complained, albeit erroneously, that the British had done the Malays a great disservice when it forced them to accept non-Malay citizenship and participation in the political process in exchange for independence. When they saw an opportunity to correct what was in their mind a historic injustice, they jumped at it. As pressure grew for Anwar to take over from Mahathir (as per the PH succession plan), Ketuanan Melayu ideologues – united by their common disdain for sharing power with non-Malays – were galvanised into action. To them Anwar was unacceptable because, as Mahathir himself complained, he was not sufficiently committed to the Ketuanan Melayu agenda. His leadership of a multiracial coalition, his constant calls for unity, tolerance and inclusiveness was a bridge too far for the right-wing members of his own community. Mahathir himself had, of course, been plotting and planning for months to create a more Malay-centric government both to advance his Ketuanan Melayu agenda as well as to stymie Anwar (whom he personally loathed). His plan was to entice UMNO and PAS parliamentarians (sans some of their leaders) to join his own stable of parliamentarians to form a new Malay unity government. What he didn’t count on was that Muhyiddin, who did not share his scruples about tainted UMNO leaders, would beat him to it. Whatever it is, the end result was a seismic political shift no less significant than May 13th. The ‘Sheraton Move’ effectively nullified the results of GE14, disenfranchised the non-Malay vote, curtailed power-sharing with non-Malays and re-established absolute Malay hegemony. The Malaysian spring, along with the reformasi agenda, is now over. Will a harsh winter follow? - Dennis Ignatius

Kerajaan sedia lancar kereta nasional 3.0 menjelang 2020 | Warta Malaya
KUALA LUMPUR: Kerajaan bersedia melancarkan projek kereta nasional 3.0 menjelang 2020 sebagaimana dibayangkan Perdana Menteri, Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad.

*Open Letter to*
*The Prime Minster of Malaysia*
Dear Mr Prime Minister,
*YOUR LEGACY, MALAYSIA and ROYALTY*
It is indeed with a heavy heart I have to be the bearer of bad news. *This is about your dismal performance which has endangered your own legacy, undermined survivability of Malaysia and may erode the peoples’ trust of the royal institution.* I am writing this letter as an individual and not as a State Assemblyman of Sungai Pelek or certainly NOT representing the views of DAP. My views are reflective and representative of the feelings, fears, tribulations of many rakyat from villagers, traders, businessmen, professionals from all walks of life during this covid pandemic.
You have publicly said some people had ridiculed you “BODOH” and you accepted it. Personally, you are NOT BODOH because you have outsmarted Tun Mahathir to become PM of Malaysia. But you are smart to wrangle, wriggle and wiggle your way to the top. In the process you have betrayed your friends in PH, for which your action does not speak well of your own integrity. To stay in power, you needed more “friends” which you enticed with cabinet and GLC posts. As a result you now have the biggest cabinet in the world – based on population size and GDP, larger than China, USA and Japan. Of course all at the expense of tax payers’ money.
You are now in a dilemma and stuck in quagmire created by yourself. Although you are smart and certainly NOT bodoh, you were gifted with a set of skills in politics, backstabbing, betrayal and other underhand tactics to climb to the top. In simple management lingo you have been “promoted” to your level of INCOMPETENCE. As PM, you need to have different “skills set” to power Malaysia to greater heights.
I would recommend a book for you to read during FMCO - Peter’s Principles. Basically the author expounds several principles to climb the corporate ladder, political heirachy or even public service. One of which is – A person can be “promoted” or sometimes “elected” like Trump, to his or her own level of INCOMPETENCE. The reason is every person has a different set of skills for a certain type of job. For example- A good salesman can sell very well but the moment he is promoted to become a marketing director he needs to manage people, make marketing strategies, budgeting etc etc. In short he will FAIL because he does not have the requisite skill sets for the higher job. It is the same with you, as you have FAILED BIG TIME as you DO NOT have the requisite skills set for a Prime Minister.
You were appointed as a BOSS- because bosses use people and abuse them and that’s why you have a super jumbo sized cabinet in the world. You admitted that you are not the Prime Minister the nation voted in GE 2018.
You are NOT a LEADER as a leader looks for the goodness of everyone, inspires and improves his people. You don’t even have a VISION for our country.
From Day One, Tunku taught us that if only we are united, we can shape our destiny and take on the world, and become a model of success for the rest of the world to emulate. You are NOT a nation builder and neither are your cabinet members but most, if not all are opportunists and nation building is NOT on their agenda.
You have FAILED us on Unity, Economy, Covid Pandemic
*1.0 UNITY*
1.1 When Malaya was formed our cabinet was multi-racial and sizeable number of minorities were in the cabinet holding important portfolios.
1.2 You have now boasted of a Malay-Muslim government with very little input from other minorities.
1.3 Your infamous quote “Saya 1Melayu 2Malaysia” does not give comfort to all Malaysians that you will be fair to minorities
1.4 Indonesia is the world’s biggest Muslim country and yet it is pluralistic under its Pancasila, the principles of which were incorporated in our “Rukun Negara”.
*2.0 ECONOMY*
2.1 Under your watch, our FDI in country has dropped and even Hyundai has shifted its car production and making Electric Vehicles; Google, Amazon are investing billions in Indonesia; High tech companies like Dyson are making EV cars and German BioN are going to Singapore. We are losing or have lost our competitive edge to other ASEAN countries because of all your flip flop and infamous U-turn leadership
*3.0 COVID PANDEMIC MISMANAGEMENT*
3.1 We can compile a new book “Comedy of Errors Of A Backdoor Government’s Mismanagement of the Covid Pandemic”- things you won’t learn in Harvard.
3.2 We are the ONLY country in the world that instituted a war-like Emergency Ordinance and suspended Parliament
3.3 To add salt to the wound our total infections have quadrupled to 639,562 confirmed cases and 3,684 deaths up to June 10, 2021
3.4 SOP?? MCO1, MCO2, MCO3, EMCO, CMCO, TMCO. It is indeed a comedy of errors and guffaws. KL is a FT carved out of Selangor. For example Taman Tun Dr Ismail is in KL and across the road is Petaling Jaya is 1Utama- the world’s 4th biggest shopping. District boundaries within states are not demarcated properly. Anyone with some common sense will just impose a 10km radius boundary from your home address will suffice and can be easily verified on Google maps.
*3.5 VACCINE TRANSPARENCY and VACCINATION CHAOS*
3.5.1 MySejahtera, though a brilliant idea, did not work as expected due to huge rush for vaccination appointments in tandem with rise in covid infections. The MySejahtera mobile app crashed or hanged very often
3.5.2 Senior citizens (husband and wife) were separated and directed to different vaccination centers faraway from home; last minute change of centers; overcrowding etc
3.5.3 There are more than 8,000 private GP doctors who offered to help as part of “national service” but received luke warm response from MoH. Common sense tells us if each GP doctor vaccinates 20 persons per day, we can have 160,000 a day
3.5.4 The pricing of our vaccines procurement has become a “national secret” which created lots of suspicions and confusion
3.5.5 When the Belgian government announced its purchase price of Pfizer, Malaysians wonder why are we buying at higher price?
3.5.6 When a Hongkong philanthropist wanted to donate 2 million doses of Sinovac, Malaysians were surprised why the price of Sinovac for two(2) doses sold to government was reported in social media to be RM380 while the Hongkong donor can get them 4x cheaper.? People of Malaysia would like to know the real truth.
3.5.7 Why Sinopharm vaccines are approved by WHO but not approved by Malaysia
3.5.8 Strangely Sinovac vaccines are approved in Malaysia before WHO approved them on June 1
3.5.9 Why is there a need of mega vaccination centers creating problems with social distancing when there are 8,000 GP doctors? In UK the private GP clinics and pharmacists were roped in to do vaccinations. As at June 8, 2021, in UK 61% of its population had at least one dose and 42% had completed two doses
3.5.10 Private hospitals and state governments like Selangor, Penang and Sarawak wanted to buy direct from China and why the red tape imposed by the Federal government.
*4.0 THE WAY FORWARD*
4.1 I humbly request that YAB Tan Sri should resign because the rakyat are hungry, angry from loss of jobs, sad from loss of loved ones and financially very broke.
4.2 The current situation is volatile and may lead to civil unrest in the country
4.3 You should resign to protect your own LEGACY, the FUTURE OF MALAYSIA and the ROYAL INSTITUTION which has been the strongest pillar of our foundation.
*4.4 LEGACY*
4.4.1 Your dismal performance has made you the worst PM and your continued stay in power will only cement it forever.
4.4.2 Rest assured that your dismal performance is not a reflection of your capability but more of you were promoted to your level of incompetence which requires a different set of skills which you were not trained. Former PM Tun Mahathir is another classic example of promoted to his level of incompetence too.
4.4.3 You can salvage your tattered image by doing the honourable thing to resign and give the opportunity for DYMM YDPA to appoint another MP who commands the majority of MPs in Parliament
4.4.4 You are fully aware who is the anointed successor to Tun Mahathir and it is public knowledge that DSAI has announced he has the numbers in Parliament.
*4.5 MALAYSIA*
4.5.1 You must be aware that there is a ground swell of people who are suffering from loss of job, financially bankrupt, loss of loved ones which can lead to a crescendo of violence and civil unrest.
4.5.2 You should know that politics using race and religion is a dangerous explosive cocktail which you and your coalition partners have used before. Coupled with the crumbling economic situation we should maintain the bond of good race and religious harmony. This should NOT be compromised by an angry mob.
*4.6 ROYAL INSTITUTION*
4.6.1 It must be strongly emphasised that the Royal Institution in Malaysia is the pillar and it need to be protected at all cost.
4.6.2 Your dismal performance as the PM may precipitate a diminished respect and displeasure of the Royal Institution and it is our solemn DUTY to protect it and restore the rakyat’s TRUST and LOYALTY to our esteemed ROYAL INSTITUTION.
I pray YAB will make the most honourable and gracious sacrifice by resigning for the sake of country. This noble and selfless act will be forever be engraved in the hearts of all Malaysians and that your legacy ended with a supreme sacrifice will be remembered forever.
Yours sincerely
