I always hated the whole concept of "this artist saved me with his words/his art". I never had a reason to hate it but to think it was exaggerated.

But the universe yet again laughed at my face and this last week I can say that at least for now Jackson Wang saved me with his art and his words.

I was decided to end everything after attending his concert of the Magic Man tour on Monday, May 15th 2023. It would be my last trip with one of my best friends and after a weekend of seeing our friends and having fun we would go to his concert. The next day I would go back to my city and my place and I would just end it finally have some peace in my mind and my heart.

In the middle of the concert Jackson Wang stopped two times I think to talk to everyone. I can't for the life of me remember the correct words and I'm not doing any work looking it up in the internet but he spoke about everyone finding their own magic and how it isn't easy and how it isn't the same for everyone and how it was also difficult for him.

It was probably some words that he spoke a million times before but I started bawling my eyes out. It wasn't the first time in my trip. It wasn't even the first cry in the day. But it sure was my first cry in a concert ever. And it was the first time I cried because of something an artist spoke to a crowd.

The next time he spoke a heartfelt message I also sobbed.

The next day I got home and when I opened my bag I saw the lantern from the concert that has written "Magic Man". I remembered those words that made me cry in the concert about not being easy to find the magic and how amazing it was to see all that the night before.

And I didn't do it. I just cried for what felt like a million hours in the dark with that little lantern.

Today is Sunday May 21st 2023 and I'm still here.

Thanks also to my therapist that I saw on Thursday that made me promise to put away my traveling bag. This rant wouldn't exist without you for obvious reasons and because I wouldn't have seen the Jackson Wang photocard that was in my bag and started crying not sad tears right now.

So it's been ages since I went to a concert. Pre covid19, last concert was bts. Now after covid19 first show Jackson Wang and now I just wanna go to concerts so bad. This feels and the memories made is absolutely amazing!!!

If you can go to a concert, go! You can make more money. This experience you get you don't get all the time.

I will probably spam my content now or later. Really exhausted now.
