Hello Mag!!! 💕 nooo omg not at all aldkfjsjakdh iirc Klastos was the name Zagreus gave his plant in @elemmacil’s fic so when I saw the plant in Ease Off I was all like OMG IT’S KLASTOS ;3; That was a cute cameo btw! I love that we’re all being inspired by one another, legends referencing other legends behavior <3 HGCU (Hadesgame cinematic universe) uwu

Thank you so much!! I can definitively say it's been ongoing since May 2021 😅 I'm afraid to do the math on that

And it's not done yet...! There's an epilogue incoming to smooth out the exit, so it doesn't feel like we're emotionally dropped off a cliff, haha! Chapter 1 was the shortest chapter at 26 pages, so if this comic closes out on an even shorter chapter, I will be elated.

Happy to let you know how much I enjoyed it! I especially thought the chapter opening illustrations to let the reader know where in the game's story that particular chapter was taking place was brilliant.

Congratulations for finishing Ease Off! Time flew by but omg it must have been SO MUCH WORK over the years! I love the story and the way you write the characters, the art is amazing, and what I like especially are the backgrounds of all things lol. The way you show the in-game rooms from a different perspective is so unique and interesting.

I LOVE your "Ease Off" comic so much! Also, after having read every chapter, I'm currently vibrating in place in anticipation of more to come. But I also wanted to say that I love the way you set the scenes each time. The rooms/sections you added to Hades' court are great, from Achilles' room to Megs, the washing area and the baths (although I know those exist in Tartarus' already). Thx to your additions, Hades' court just feels more alive, like an actual palacet he characters interact each other with naturally, instead of just an area to leave quickly again for gameplay's sake.

Btw. is that a portray of himself above Achilles' bed and is he trying to cover it, or is that a random Achean/Myrmidon up there? (Did Hades give him a room "decorated for Achilles" and Achilles was like: "Ugh... being faced with myself at all times... great.") Btw. my heart is breaking from Achilles interacting with "Patroclus' ghost" and speaking to himself (w/o noticing he can be heard?). Heartstrings being pulled so hard in this whole comic! I also love the mirrored relationship issues Zagreus and Achilles have with Thanatos and Patroclus respectively. *running out of things to say* Love it! Thx for creating and sharing this!

Re: that mural over Achilles’ bed… I had based the drawing off of some image of Achilles (probably off an amphora or something…) bc I had thought the imagery of this very huge venerable depiction of him would be a bit torturous to face 😅 honestly I still haven’t decided if Lord Hades would think that giving Achilles a huge room with a shrine to himself is a compliment to Achilles… but Hades does have own face all over the walls so 😅😅 it might track. My mural research aka Google searches were very cursory bc it would have taken too long to adorn the room like I would have if I had all the time in the world… but it’s enough to get the feel!!! Thank you for looking so closely, and for your very kind words, I’m so happy you found the comic and are enjoying reading 🙏🙏💜💜 two more chapters to go!!!
