Having a real Betty Boop moment just now - she doesn't half need to deal with a lot of shit
Betty Boop - Baby Be Good (1935)
Loved this look

The Impractical Jokers (1937)
Loved this vibe from her (and that grampy could have a job designing setpieces for Jackass based on this short - very Jackass Forever "silence of the lambs" skit energy)

Poor Cinderella (1934)
The only colour Boop and as this was years before the invention of the multiplane camera the ballroom scene was a physical set made of layered paper cutouts, a first attempt at this technique 💗
Quite revolutionary!

Jasmine Rogers is the REAL Betty Boop!
Sandy Fox a known racist is not the real Betty Boop.
In 2017, this racist piece of garbage attempted to control the Betty Boop community by claiming that Black women and girls were not welcome to be fans.
Soon as Betty Boop became a Black woman she changed her tune.
