I think Necrobat should get a redemption arc. Even if it might be hard because people know who he was created by.

I don't think it's impossible. Despite being created as a Maverick, at the end of the day, he is still a Reploid, which means he has free will. I don't know if it was ever confirmed if he was infected by the Sigma Virus, but if he wasn't it's a possibility. I think being forgotten for so long can brew enough resentment that it could shift him towards the other side, but I also think he would need some convincing. Uprooting everything you know is an incredibly difficult undertaking and I think it would require a lot of effort from Necrobat's end to not only prove himself, but also prove to himself there is a life outside of being Sigma's Maverick.
