자비로우시고 자에로우신 하나님의 이름으로

InsyaAllah mulai pingin record perkembangan latihan memanahku. Kemarin mulai mundur ke 7 meter. Biasanya cuma di 5 meter karena merasa belum bisa konsisten. Tapi kemarin udah disuruh mundur ke 7 meter dan pakai anak panah yang bahannya dari kayu. Kata umi arrow yang kayu itu lebih sulit dibandingkan fiber yang selama ini aku pake karena dia lebih gampang untuk mensle tembakannya. Kalau dilihat dari skor yg didapetin penurunannya signifikan ya hehehe. Selain karena jaraknya lebih jauh dan arrownya lebih ringan, mungkin akunya memang masih adaptasi dengan jarak dan anak panah baru. Waktu masih di 5 meter trennya alhamdulillah naik sih ya. Tapi kemarin pertama kali full di 7 meter dengan arrow kayu ternyata trennya flat, beneran flat. Itu angka 114 kenapa sampe tiga kali munculnya coba? wkwkwk. Hasilnya juga masih gak stabil ya. Dari 10 percobaan skoring mulai stabil setelah percobaan ke 5 (dan belum ada yang lulus kkm 50% skor maksimal wkwkwk) Ya gak masalah sih. Baru juga pertama kali nyoba jarak baru, arrow baru. Itu aja aku udah seneng sih sebenernya hehe alhamdulillah.

Anyway, dari main panahan ini beneran ada hikmah yang bisa aku dapet untuk aku terapkan ke hidupku. Yang paling ngena adalah belajar untuk fokus, gak liat hasil orang lain. Udah liat aja hasil lu sendiri dan bandingin sama hasil yang sebelumnya. Itu yang menggambarkan lu udah baik apa belum, bukan skor orang lain. Dan dengan fokus akan hal itu aku jadi bisa lebih tenang dan fokus sama target tembakku, pikirannya gak kemana-mana. Now I know kenapa orang bilang latihan kaya gini melatih fokus. Fokus yang sepert ini toh maksudnya. I like it!
