Cody doesn’t bother to knock first, though Fives isn’t sure if that’s because he’s a Marshall Commander or because he’s Commander Fox’s younger brother.
“Hello dear kih’vod.” Commander Fox doesn’t bother rising to greet his guests. He reclines in his chair as much as it’s possible to be, fingers endlessly twirling a datapad stylus. “So nice to finally see you, after these harrowing few days.” Cody pinches the bridge of his nose. “Look, Fox, I told you I’m sorry, but the op to kill Palpatine had to be compartmentalized. I know you read the memo about the chips–” “Mm, chips? What kind of chips? I heard the natborns make some real tasty ones out of tuber slices.” “The mind-control chips!” Cody nearly shouts. This is the most riled up Fives has ever seen him. Rex looks pained, like he’s seen it before but doesn’t like it. Jesse’s face is stuck in a shadowed scrunch.
“Oh, thoooose chips.” Commander Fox pauses his twirling to look at his stylus closely before resuming its infinite journey. “Kot’ika, if you really wanted to know what those chips do, all you had to do was ask.” Cody starts. That sheer shock and surprise is also a new expression. Fives thinks Cody took the whole “the Chancellor is a Seppie traitor and an evil power-ravenous Sith” news more in stride than the marbles the Corrie Commander keeps throwing in his path. “Me’ven*?”
Commander Fox continues smoothly on. “Now, I didn’t know that the wrinkly old plastic bag was a Sith, granted, but I knew he wasn’t some kindly old ba’buir. I knew that something was causing me and the other Commanders to black out and wake up covered in blood, ours and others, chips or otherwise. I knew that, whatever was happening to me and all my men, the Chancellor at absolute best, didn’t care.”
“Sir,” Jesse finally cuts in. “Commander Cody, this is what I needed to tell you. The Corries are treated like dirt here.” “Dirt’s a valuable resource on Coruscant,” Commander Fox corrects. “Being a whole planet-wide city and all that. It’s in limited supply, so it’s protected. I’d love to be treated like dirt.”
“I’ve been talking to a lot of the Corries. Their idea of normal is… well.” He glances over at Commander Fox. “Disturbing.”
Commander Fox shrugs. “We were born for the Republic, vod.” He looks pointedly at Jesse’s tattoo. “When did you get the idea it was so we could live for it?”
Cody takes a whole five seconds to respond. “Fox- why, why didn’t you tell someone? Tell me? Or at least tell the Jedi?”
“Well, let’s see.” Commander Fox ticks off his fingers. “Tell the Senators- hm. No. You were busy leading an entire Corps, as were our other batchmates. And the Jedi?” He laughs. “You mean the ones who commissioned our production, and then had no problem showing us right to the warzones so we could fight for them and die in droves?” He smacks down his final finger with the stylus. “Vod, whatever options you think we had, we didn’t.” “Wolffe wasn’t a Marshall Commander,” Cody says weakly. “That’s an excuse.”
“Well, then I guess it was because I didn’t feel like it.”

Mouse Myotonin-Protein Kinase (DMPK) ELISA Kit
Myotonin-Protein Kinase (DMPK) Introduction
Myotonin-protein kinase (MT-PK) also known as myotonic dystrophy protein kinase (MDPK) or dystrophia myotonica protein kinase (DMPK) is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the DMPK gene. The dmpk gene product is a Ser/Thr protein kinase homologous to the MRCK p21-activated kinases and Rho kinase family. Data obtained by using antibodies that detect specific isoforms of DMPK indicate that the most abundant isoform of DMPK is an 80-kDa protein expressed almost exclusively in smooth, skeletal, and cardiac muscles.[9] This kinase exists both as a membrane-associated and as a soluble form in human left ventricular samples. The different C termini of DMPK that arise from alternative splicing determine its localization to the endoplasmic reticulum, mitochondria, or cytosol in transfected COS-1 cells. Among the substrates for DMPK proposed by in vitro studies are phospholemman, the dihydropyridine receptor, and the myosin phosphatase targeting subunit. However, an in vivo demonstration of the phosphorylation of these substrates by DMPK remains to be established, and a link between these substrates and the clinical manifestations of myotonic dystrophy (DM) is unclear. Myotonin-protein kinase is a serine-threonine kinase that is closely related to other kinases that interact with members of the Rho family of small GTPases. Substrates for this enzyme include myogenin, the beta-subunit of the L-type calcium channels, and phospholemman. Although the specific function of this protein is unknown, it appears to play an important role in muscle, heart, and brain cells. This protein may be involved in communication within cells. It also appears to regulate the production and function of important structures inside muscle cells by interacting with other proteins. For example, myotonic dystrophy protein kinase has been shown to turn off (inhibit) part of a muscle protein called myosin phosphatase. Myosin phosphatase is an enzyme that plays a role in muscle tensing (contraction) and relaxation.
Mouse Myotonin-Protein Kinase (DMPK) ELISA Kit Test method
This kit uses sandwich ELISA to detect the concentration of Myotonin-Protein Kinase (DMPK) The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Myotonin-Protein Kinase (DMPK). Standards or samples are then added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells with a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to Myotonin-Protein Kinase (DMPK). Next, Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. After TMB substrate solution is added, only those wells that contain of DMPK, biotin-conjugated antibody and enzyme-conjugated Avidin will exhibit a change in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of sulphuric acid solution and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450nm ± 10nm. The concentration of Myotonin-Protein Kinase (DMPK) in the samples is then determined by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.

Impact of Programme for Correcting Lordosis to Changes in Motor Abilities of Elementary School Students-Juniper Publishers Juniper Publishers- Journal of Physical Fitness, Medicine & Treatment in Sports
Abstract
Spine is the axis of locomotor system and it is simultaneously solid and elastic upper body supporter.
Aim: Aim of the research was to determine the impact of corrective exercises to changes in motor abilities in students.
Method: The sample consisted of two groups: experimental group (N=30) and control group (N=36). For the purpose of assessment of motor abilities the following variables were used: Flexibility: sit and reach (MDPK), side split (MSPA), turn with stick (MISP); Segmentary speed: foot tapping (MTAN), hand tapping (MTAP), foot tapping against a wall (MTAZ); Explosive strength: standing long jump (MSDM), standing triple jump (MTRS), ball throws (MBLP); Repetitive strength: crunches in 30 seconds (MD30),mixed-grip pull ups (MMZG), squats (MCUC).
Results: Significant differences were noted in following tests: standing triple jump (MTRS .000), ball throws (MBLP .000), crunches in 30 seconds (MD30 .000), mixed-grip pull ups (MMZG .000) and squats (MCUC .000).
Conclusion: Corrective exercises have positive impact to correction of lordosis. Longer duration of treatment would probably contribute more significant results.

Introduction
All three natural physiological curvatures of spine are placed in the sagittal plane: cervical, thoracic and lumbar. They are in the shape of elongated letter S and their task is to accept and distribute body weight to smaller segments and greater surface. Achieving and maintaining good body posture is highly significant in everyday life. Bad posture does not necessarily mean bad general condition of a person. On the other hand, good posture helps the body to function properly on daily basis [1,2]. Issue of posture assessment and related deformities, choice of best indicators and reliability assessment of the procedures performed have been subject of a lot of research [39]. All the research stated or not, was conducted with the aim of detecting deformities and anomalies in children and adults. Correct posture is highly significant for child’s development and functioning. A relevant indicator used is Frankfurt plane which is an indicator of regularity or irregularity of the observed body segment [10]. Periods critical for the development of deformities in connection to growth and development of active and passive strength in organism are: period of first year of life, period of righting and standing, period at the age of 6-7, period of starting school, period of puberty, period of pronounced neuro-hormonal influence, with adolescent growth spurt [11] Posture of youth nowadays in highly compromised.
It is expected due to many inconveniences which follow them as they grow up. Lifestyle of youth is becoming even more sedentary. Video games, Internet, Facebook, mobile phones and cable TV are favourite form of entertainment of younger generations. One third of children spend more than 4 hours a day in front of television, besides sitting in school, (public) transportation, in front of computer or playing video games [12]. Nowadays, school children have large choice of sport clubs for group and individual sports. Research conducted in this area [13-15] indicate that high number of children at school age do not take up sport activities, not even for recreational purposes as part of extra-curricular activities. Irregularities in body posture occur in two planes: Frontal - scoliosis, and sagittal - kifosis, lordosis, kifo-lordosis, concave and flat back. The most common deformities of the spine are: kifosis (deviation of the spine in thoracic spine in sagittal plane with convexity directed backwards) and lordosis (inward concave curving of the spine).
Method
The sample consists of the part of student population in Elementary Schools with deformities, male, aged 10 in Nis, who took part in the Programme for Correcting Lordosis. The sample of 66 was divided into two groups: Experimental group (N=30) and control group (N=36). The sample of measuring instruments used for assessment of motor abilities was as follows:
a) Flexibility: sit and reach (MDPK), side split (MSPA), turn with stick (MISP);
b) Segmentary Speed: foot tapping (MTAN), hand tapping (MTAP), foot tapping against a wall (MTAZ);
c) Explosive Strength: standing long jump (MSDM), standing triple jump (MTRS), ball throws (MBLP);
d) Repetitive Strength: crunches in 30 seconds (MD30), mixed-grip pull ups (MMZG), squats (MCUC).
Measuring instruments for assessment of motor abilities had been selected on the basis of research conducted by Kurelic 1975. Experiment was completed in duration of winter 2017/2018. All the participants from both experimental and control group were regularly attending PE classes. Impact of the Programme for Correcting Lordosis and basic motoric exercises to anthropological characteristics of children with special requirements was realised at Clinical Centre in Nis. Experimental programme was conducted in the course of two months, with 3 hours of exercising per week, which is 24 hours of corrective work in total. Corrective work aimed at realisation of Programme for Correcting Lordosis and basic motoric exercises to anthropologic characteristics of children with body deformities in experimental group had the following structure:
a) Introductory Part: (5 minutes) with the aim of warming up and introducing the participants to activities in the main part of class.
b) Preparatory Part: (10 minutes) had the aim of engaging entire muscular system, warming up the muscles, especially tendons and ligaments, with the purpose of more complete preparation of organism for realisation of activities of corrective exercising in the main part.
c) Main Part: (35 minutes) consisted of motor exercising programme for lordosis correction and basic motor exercises for improving the anthropological characteristics of children with body deformities in experimental group.
d) Final Part: (10 minutes) was aimed at stimulating the recovery process, gradual slowing down of all the functions and emotions of the participants by using less dynamic and low intensity instruments. The choice of corrective exercises for lordotic posture was designed in line with [11] (Table 1).
Requests and load intensity were in accordance with the individual abilities and characteristics of the participants in the experimental group.
Results and Discussion
Table 2 results analysis suggests that there are no statistically significant differences between the results obtained and normal distribution in tests of motor abilities. Test results after assessment of motor abilities of the participants suggest that the distribution is positive. That is confirmed by the asymmetry of distribution (Skewness) which is not over 1.00, which means that the tests are neither difficult (to +1.00) nor easy (to -1.00), but adequate for the population subject to research and they are below value of one. Homogeneity of the results (Kurtosis) points out to the fact that the tests are adequately sensitive (test discrimination) because values obtained are below 2.75. Results of motor abilities obtained are in line with the results of similar research conducted locally at this population, hence providing for possibility to apply multivariate method of result analysis for the purpose of this research. Generalisation of the results on population that the sample consists of is therefore rendered possible.

TIn Table 6 is presented univariate analysis of tests of motor abilities obtained by comparing the results of arithmetic means of experimental and control group at initial measuring. On the basis of coefficient of F-ratio and their significance (P-level) we may conclude that there was no statistically significant difference in level of motor abilities between experimental and control group.
In Table 7 is presented univariate analysis of tests of motor abilities obtained by comparing the results of arithmetic means of experimental and control group at initial measuring. On the basis of coefficient of F-ratio and their significance (P-level) we may conclude that there was statistically significant difference in level of motor abilities between experimental and control group in following motor tests: standing triple jump (MTRS .000), ball throws (MBLP .000), crunches in 30 seconds (MD30 .000), mixed-grip pull ups (MMZG .000) and squats (MCUC .000).
Conclusion
Corrective exercises are aggregate physical exercises dosed by intensity, type and duration, used either for prevention purposes in children with predisposition for some of the postural deformities, or for therapeutic purposes in case deformities are already present. Aim of the exercises is increasing the muscle strength, movement amplitude and coordination. Aim of this research was determining the impact of corrective exercises to changes in motor abilities of students. The programme was applied on the sample of 30 students, and upon obtaining results significant differences were observed in the following tests: standing triple jump, ball throws, and crunches in 30 seconds, mixed-grip pull ups (MMZG .000) and squats. Corrective exercises have positive impact to correction of lordosis. Prolonged duration of treatment would probably contribute more significant results. It would be interesting to study the impact of corrective exercises to changes in morphological characteristics and functional abilities of the students.

I'tikaf di Gunung
Makin ke sini gunung dan masjid (ketika 10 hari terakhir Ramadhan khususnya) makin ramai. Gue tidak menyalahkan keramaiannya. Karena fine-fine aja ketika gunung atau masjid mulai banyak di kunjungi. Yang menjadi permasalahannya adalah… Jika meramaikan namun meresahkan pula.
Pertama coba bahas gunung dulu. Makin ke sini orang banyak yang mulai menggandrungi naik gunung. Entah apa motivasi mereka dari yang emang suka dengan alam, memikirkan tentang keindahan ciptaan-Nya, sekedar ikut-ikutan biar kaya orang di film, nyari foto bagus terus diupload di ig (kaya gua nih kayanya), liat medsos tempat ngehits dimana atau lainnya. Yang penting, kalau mereka datang ambil foto, bunuh waktu, dan tinggalkan jejak, ga masalah. Tapi kalau tangan gatal, badan gatal, gatal2 (ya..Mandi lah)… Kaya merusak alam, buang sampah sembarangan, atau vandalisme. Kehadirannya jelas merusak. Akhirnya gunung banyak orang, juga banyak sampah. Kalau gunung rame, dimana letak introvertnya ?? Orang introvert mau lari kemana? Goa?
Masjid yang ramai tentu adalah hal yang diinginkan oleh kaum muslim. Balik lagi ke niat, entah memang karena Allah, karena orang/ teman (ga punya pendirian nih), karena sahurnya enak gratis ga ngabisin beras orang tua di rumah, karena medsos (lagi-lagi medsos yang harus gua tuduh), atau niat lainnya. Tapi yang meresahkan di itikaf saat ini adalah… Pindah tidurnya, hanya sekedar tidur di masjid, sedikit ngajinya, qiyamulail pegel, tidur lagee cok(kayanya gua nih). Ya.. Memang lah, bedanya Rasulullah sama kita(gue) yaitu.. Kalau Rasul sedikit tidurnya, kalau gue dikit-dikit tidur. Lalu.. Makhluk numpang sahur. Sama si kaya yang tadi, serba sebentar, tapi sahur hibahan dari masjid. 90% hidupnya saat bulan ramadhan di sokong oleh masjid wkwkwk… Di sponsori oleh masjid, dibiayai oleh masjid. Sahur apa beasiswa ?? Ada lagi yang cuma mau begadang. Biar begadangnya ditemenin, bosen kalau begadang sendiri, begadang main hp, ngabisin kuota bo**s lah(jam 00.00.-06.00). Ya pokonya begadang dah, biar pagi-siang bisa tidur nyenyak ga ngerasa lapar/haus, tiba-tiba udah buka aja.
At the least… Gua sangat mendukung orang berwisata alam apalagi kembalinya kaum muslimin meramaikan masjid. Kan enak naik gunung ribuan mdpl jalan, ke masjid ratusan mdpk(meter diatas permukaan kasur) juga jalan. Dunia-akhirat. Dan salah satu orang yang mendapat naungan di hari akhir adalah orang yang hatinya terpaut pada masjid. Namun, gua sendiri kalau naik masih suka ninggalin shalat, kalau shubuh masih kesiangan. Ya..kadang yang kalian lihat tidak sebaik kenyataan. Tapi, marilah kita(termasuk saya) luruskan niat kembali.
Kalau mau introvert banget dan sanggup sekalian aja nih.. Itikaf di gunung, bawa kulkas 1 pintu alias keril, nenda, asal jaga alam sama jaga diri hahaha. Yaudahlah ya.. Belajar mencintai alam melalui pengenalan objek yang lebih dekat memang membutuhkan waktu. Namanya juga belajar itikaf, tidur sama sahur doang udah biasa. Yang penting ada niat dateng, ramein masjid.

Myotonin-Protein Kinase (DMPK) Introduction
Myotonin-protein kinase (MT-PK) also known as myotonic dystrophy protein kinase (MDPK) or dystrophia myotonica protein kinase (DMPK) is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the DMPK gene. The dmpk gene product is a Ser/Thr protein kinase homologous to the MRCK p21-activated kinases and Rho kinase family. Data obtained by using antibodies that detect specific isoforms of DMPK indicate that the most abundant isoform of DMPK is an 80-kDa protein expressed almost exclusively in smooth, skeletal, and cardiac muscles.[9] This kinase exists both as a membrane-associated and as a soluble form in human left ventricular samples. The different C termini of DMPK that arise from alternative splicing determine its localization to the endoplasmic reticulum, mitochondria, or cytosol in transfected COS-1 cells. Among the substrates for DMPK proposed by in vitro studies are phospholemman, the dihydropyridine receptor, and the myosin phosphatase targeting subunit. However, an in vivo demonstration of the phosphorylation of these substrates by DMPK remains to be established, and a link between these substrates and the clinical manifestations of myotonic dystrophy (DM) is unclear. Myotonin-protein kinase is a serine-threonine kinase that is closely related to other kinases that interact with members of the Rho family of small GTPases. Substrates for this enzyme include myogenin, the beta-subunit of the L-type calcium channels, and phospholemman. Although the specific function of this protein is unknown, it appears to play an important role in muscle, heart, and brain cells. This protein may be involved in communication within cells. It also appears to regulate the production and function of important structures inside muscle cells by interacting with other proteins. For example, myotonic dystrophy protein kinase has been shown to turn off (inhibit) part of a muscle protein called myosin phosphatase. Myosin phosphatase is an enzyme that plays a role in muscle tensing (contraction) and relaxation.
Mouse Myotonin-Protein Kinase (DMPK) ELISA Kit Test method
This kit uses sandwich ELISA to detect the concentration of Myotonin-Protein Kinase (DMPK) The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Myotonin-Protein Kinase (DMPK). Standards or samples are then added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells with a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to Myotonin-Protein Kinase (DMPK). Next, Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. After TMB substrate solution is added, only those wells that contain of DMPK, biotin-conjugated antibody and enzyme-conjugated Avidin will exhibit a change in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of sulphuric acid solution and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450nm ± 10nm. The concentration of Myotonin-Protein Kinase (DMPK) in the samples is then determined by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.

Elsemieke Scholte over haar dagelijkse portie kunst
Kunst is broodnodig. Toch wordt in tijden van crisis vaak een negatief beeld gevormd over de ‘elitaire, irrelevante en geldverslindende kunstwereld’. Net daarom heeft AKO (het Antwerps Kunsten Overleg) het project Mijn Dagelijkse Portie Kunst opgestart. Deze grootschalige campagne heeft als doel een breder maatschappelijk draagvlak te creëren voor kunst en cultuur. Elsemieke Scholte van detheatermaker vertelt in een notendop waarom kunst voor haar zo belangrijk is. Door Jens Craen
“Ik heb tijdens het project bij mezelf en bij anderen gemerkt dat het niet zo eenvoudig is om uit te leggen waarom kunst zo belangrijk is. Praten over het belang van kunst is zoals praten over het belang van de liefde. De beleving van kunst is privé en voor iedereen anders. Veel mensen krijgen een gevoel van erkenning of zelfs vervreemding tijdens het luisteren naar een album of na het lezen van een gedicht. Kunst maakt aanspraak op een intieme wereld en raakt niet enkel je gevoel, maar ook je verstand.
Ik heb het geluk gehad ooit verliefd te worden op kunst. Mijn moeder nam me mee naar theatervoorstellingen en musea waar ik eigenlijk nog te klein voor was. Daar zette ze me dan met een boekje op een bank. Vanaf toen heb ik die wereld altijd spannend gevonden. Enerzijds heb je in het leven de herkenbaarheid en de samenleving die draait om economie en op organisatie. Anderzijds heb je de liefde en de kunstwereld die zich onttrekt aan elke wetmatigheid. Het is een fantasiewereld die zich niet laat klasseren en dat vind ik enorm sterk. Soms krijg je in het leven de illusie dat dingen maakbaar zijn, maar dan schudt kunst je weer wakker.
In tijden van een economische crisis wordt het budget voor kunst gek genoeg altijd ter discussie gesteld. Maar als een tsunami hier morgen de boel platgooit, zullen direct kleine vormen van kunst ontstaan. Mensen vertellen dan waarschijnlijk verhalen om verstrooiing, afleiding en troost te brengen. Dat bewijst het belang van kunst. Theater is samenkomen, het licht uitdoen en iets helemaal anders beleven.
Die behoefte aan creativiteit blijkt in tijden van échte crisis heel sterk te leven onder een bevolking.
Om het onderschatte belang van kunst in de kijker te zetten, zijn we gestart met Mijn Dagelijkse Portie Kunst. Als kakkerlakken hebben we ons met een caravan op straat en op manifestaties neergezet om aan de voorbijgangers te vragen hoe hun dagelijkse portie kunst eruitziet. Maar praten over kunst is moeilijk en privé dus daarom besloten we een ‘brievenboek’ te bundelen.
We hebben een brede groep mensen met een ‘bekende smoel’ reeds gevraagd om een brief te schrijven over de waarde van kunst. Die brief richten ze aan een specifiek iemand. Als een bekende voetballer een brief over kunst schrijft aan de minister van cultuur, is dat toch fantastisch?! Het kan natuurlijk ook zijn dat een nog onbekende burger iets wil zeggen tegen een kunstenaar als Luc Tuymans bijvoorbeeld. Ook dat is mooi materiaal. Dat brievenboek moet uiteindelijk een mengvorm worden van veel verschillende stemmen. Hopelijk stelt het ons in staat een soort publieke manifestatie te organiseren waar de ware woorden over kunst kunnen worden voorgelezen.”
