UPTU Counselling Process

Applicants who want to participate in the UPTU Counselling and make them registered, they need to submit a Demand Draft of Rs. 500/- drawn in favour of “Finance Officer, Uttar Pradesh Technical University, Lucknow”, at any of the document verification centres. Candidates must carry their original document along with two photocopies while going to participate in the document verification process.

After the completion of verification, individuals will get PIN / OTP (One Time Password) for filling choices through SMS on his / her on registered Mobile Number. Thereafter candidates are eligible to fill up their choices. Candidates, belonging to General / OBC categories must pay an amount of application fee of Rs 20000/- and who belong to SC/ST category, need to pay fee of Rs 12000/. The allotment of seat through UPSEE Counselling will be carried out solely on UPSEE-2017 merit of the candidate, subject to the order of preference given for the seats and availability of seat in the category. The fee paid at the time of counselling by the candidate after the allotment of seat will be forfeited and will not be refunded under any circumstances.
