So... been checking out BatWheels.

It's a very toyetic cartoon about Batman and his rogue's gallery with special vehicles for their escapades. Apparently, the Bat Computer is alive with a quirky robot sidekick called M.O.E. and utilizes copies of her motherboard to bring the five Bat vehicles to life.

Very TV-Y fair that's enjoyable if you're looking for a bit of fluff to unwind to and laugh with/at.

That said... I often snicker at the idea of Batman's darkest stories being translated into this Hasbro-esque pre-school show. I'm talking All-Star, I'm talking The Killing Joy, I'm talking Jason Todd's death, I'm talking even Nolan's Dark Knight trilogy.

Heck, imagine if they had Harley and Joker be an item in a most toxic relationship.

It's just so funny to puzzle out from a "this is a story that it woefully not for kids so how would they go about making a similar story for kids."

Heck, imagine other more darker villains getting vehicles like Solomon Grundy or Bane. XD

M.O.E is certainly clingy, and it plays out the same with the fact that he will definitely try to always be near you when you're in the Batcave, asking you to watch him do mechanical work or tricks to try and impress you as much as he can.

He's certainly going to create little things for you out of spare parts he found, making little tiny animals that resemble your favorites, and tiny little jewelry that doesn't fit but he tries!

Batman obviously knows of this little obsession, but I don't think he knows it's an obsession, He thinks it's more of a "I don't have many friends (BC being the only other one he knows of), and I don't want to lose my friend so I'm going to love-bomb them." And then sort of shrugs it off.

M.O.E will try to be a little manipulative, but it's not in his nature to be like that so more often then not it fails. He doesn't like it that the Legion of Zoom can just... pick you up whenever in Gotham and he can't really do much against that, so he does try to make gadgets that would allow him to go on patrols so he can try and stop that, but Bam can curb his fears a little with the knowledge that you're okay.

But trust that M.O.E will never clear you to become a Bat (or bird), he just cares to much to run the risk of losing you in a patrol.

Guess who the replacement is (here's a hint, it has something to do with spacecraft).

If you guessed this thing, then you deserve the one piece. And I mean it, jack really likes treasure, I know it has nothing to do with the current announcement, but it's a fact that you will need to know or else stuff will go down.

If you haven't even gotten a clue on who it is yet, it's the spaceship from flight of the navigator, I know it looks nothing like a spaceship yet, but this is the interior of the ship, and it's what the crew uses to get around the galaxy.

Screw that portal machine, this ship is the way to enter stages and get outta there in junk time.

By the way, it has a name, yes, you heard me right, this spaceship is sentient, and it has a name.

It's name is Max, it goes well with the very basic names the rest of the characters have.

Here's some other facts about the main protagonists.

Jack loves treasure, and has pirate qualities that make him a true swashbuckler.

Arielle has the ability to suck up most things and store them in her belly.

Boxstritch's 80's disguise is him disguising as a box, how lame.

Memo only tells sage that he has a crush on charlie, making sage the only character to know this.

Sage is currently an amateur at the mystic arts.

Mirage loves everything. (Except adult TV)

Charlie isn't just a master mechanic, she also happens to be good at art, yes, it's true. She is good at drawing things and blueprints.

Bumblebee's favourite movies are the breakfast club, Short circuit, the little mermaid, E.T. and the iron giant, and all of those are feel-good movies.

Otis and Greg heffley feel related in a way, they go to the same space school, but I'm not sure why.

Authenticity and Evolution: Inside the World of Drew and Badger So I just got the scoop on this new surf rock EP *Splash Royale* by “Fly Janet” (Drew and Badger), and honestly? It's kind of awesome. These guys are doing something totally different from their previous stuff - it's like they've decided to just have fun and not overthink everything. The whole EP basically came from this totally random inspiration. Drew's apparently a huge Sauce Walka fan, and they just decided to create something that feels good, no deep hidden meanings required. And yeah, that makes the music feel super authentic. Some of the tracks are really personal. Like, "Pipe Dream" was written right after Drew's niece was born, which is just such a cool backstory. And then they've got these wild instrumental tracks that basically throw genre rules out the window. What I'm loving is how they're just doing their thing. No trying to fit into what people expect from a surf rock band, just pure creativity. The track "Head of Cow" even has this whole visual tribute planned that sounds pretty intriguing. If you're into music that feels fresh and doesn't take itself too seriously, *Splash Royale* is definitely worth a listen. She grew up all over the world in places like Vietnam. The video is going to be a memorial to her life. She was an amazing woman who always supported her sons music endeavors. Badger's sister is an amazing artist and photographer. She did our album cover, and she is doing the music video as well. Looking back on the journey of creating Splash Royale, what’s the biggest lesson you’ve learned? -Don't be afraid to be yourself, and just try new shit. These songs sound like nothing we would have written in the past. We are proud of it even if everyone ends up hating it.
