So I wanted to give Lysia an Owten in the actual game, since it's one of her partner pokemon, in Reborn. Thought it'd be nice if she had her lil guy in game.

Well between the front sprite needing to be resized to be bigger to fit Reborn's sprite sizes and needing to make the back sprite from scratch because it was too big + too high resolution, I have put too much work into something thag is solely for myself and an oc run.

For context I'm replacing Togetic's shiny sprite, since Togetic shares it's typing with Owten, Serene Grace is Owten's ability in Uranium, and as far as im aware no NPC's in Reborn have a shiny Togetic unlike Togekiss. This was more work then it was worth but Lysia will have her lil guy soon.

Meet Quinn! One of Selenes partners!

Quinn has been through a lot honestly and has finally reached a place where he's been able to live happily and truly be himself.

Meet Markus Raziel!

He is a royal guard and protects Amaryllis! Raziel isn't actually his last name, it's actually his middle name. He claims he doesn't have a last name but really just doesn't want any connection to his father. He's very caring and tries to go the extra mile for those he loves!

He's dating Selene, Quinn and Amaryllis. He grew up around Amaryllis more or less as he was raised to be a guard one day, and he met Selene and Quinn once or twice during his childhood. Quinn often visited Amaryllis' kingdom as child since his dad was a peacekeeper so he often saw Markus so they both hung out with each other and even started developing feelings for each other but Quinn disappeared out of Markus' life one day before they could ever date

Polaris "Nova" Solisin

a demiboy that uses He/They

Height: 5'8"

They are definitely a complicated character of mine as they intentionally wiped their memory not long after their star powers were received, and their memory loss does cause them problems such as not remembering their own name. Nova is a nickname given to him by Orin since he needed to call him something and his star freckles made him think of a Nova. Nova much prefers the nickname even when he does get his memories back and continues to go by it and uses his name Polaris in rare situations. He does allow their boyfriend, Jake, to call them Polaris since it felt nice to hear.

Star Explantion

They are like the embodiment of a star and inherited their star magic from one of their parents. He isn't my only character with star magic as both Selene and Quinn has some star magic they both inherited from their mothers (they aren't related they just both have moms with star magic) but their demon magic overpower their star magic so they can't do much with it (though Quinn's star magic blends in with the fact that he's a night demon)

Been making new refs for some of my ocs!!

So here's the first new ref for my oc selene!

Selene usually will go by He/they most times and will have moments of using She/they but doesn't entirely mind or care how they're referred to either way unless stated otherwise

He is dating three people and they currently have their relationship closed now keeping it as just the four of them.

I'm going to be posting one of his boyfriends soon and his girlfriend once I have her ref done.

I recently decided to do a fun comparison of my OC with their first design.

I never had an actual color palette for their og design so they're monochrome. I know in the early stages of their current design I considered making them more pink heavy in their colors but decided to go for minty colors.

I will say that the current design still has the motherly side plate(? Idk that's what I found off Google, since I call it dead mom hair but honestly that name isn't much better for the style) with slight changes to the bangs and the way it sits on their head but it's more earlier in their story and they do end up getting their hair cut to this style in the picture

I will also admit that the og design isn't too bad, are there things I'd change about it? Yes, but seeing it redrawn in my current style definitely gives the design an uplift compared to when I looked at the og design in my older art style

Jackie "Icarus" Aetós

a young new hero who is going by Icarus to match his mentor who goes by Daedalus. Icarus' power is portals and he often relies on tech provided by his mentor such as his wings which are often paired with his portalling

When as a civilian he has an older sister and Daedalus is his Dad's current boyfriend. Jackie had went to apply for an internship at the local hero committee and ended up seeing his dad's boyfriend working there. He was quickly brought in as a hero and even he is unsure how. Jackie also often questions how such a small change to his looks prevents people from recognizing him, since logically with the fact that his face is shown as a hero someone should recognize him.
