FotFM: Lucian Koopa

A necromancer by day, a werewolf by night. Lord Lucian rule the land of Gravehallow, located near the borders between the Mushroom Kingdom and Zura Forest. Like Chibi Teddiami, Lord Lucian is a rare Lykoopa or a Lycan Koopa. When the full moon is out, not only Lucian becomes a werewolf but his necromancer gets stronger; so will his undead army and his monsters of the night. Rumors have it that he has been spotted near Princess Peach's Castle. And another near Chibi's cabin home in Zura.
