I love how I aggressively didn't do a single of the things in this list. Like. Not ONE 💀🤣
Almost 7 minutes long but worth watching if you're planning on having top surgery
#I turned out perfectly fine mind you#Like. I raised my arms. I didn't get as much rest as I should've because I needed to get a lot of paperwork done and then travel#I drank from normal grasses and napped without any sort of neck pillow and got car rides without special belt softeners#And just took pain meds at frequent intervals (that's like the only thing from this video that I kinda did as explained)#And used the bathroom completely as usual 🤷🏻🤷🏻🤷🏻🤣#I'm not saying you should be like me. I'm just saying I was fine. So please don't stress out if you don't check all these boxes#Oh I also raised my arms constantly to get things from high places from like. Approximately day 4#Luckily I had entertainment because the Olympics were on TV 24/7 lol#Didn't get too bored#But I also wasn't able to make the process entirely about me because 600 things were happening around me#Like. My grandpa literally died the day before my surgery. I'm not kidding.#ANYWAY#That's enough over sharing#Point is I'm super happy with how I'm healing and honestly it was a really amazing experience even without all of these adaptations#I'd do all of it all over again
