The Black Sea & His Red Lady

Lucerys Velaryon fell into the sea, rose from the depths smelling of sea salt, half-dead, and claiming the leviathan, a descendant of the legendary sea dragon, Nagga. All of Westeros and beyond would know him as The Black Sea.

When Rhaena Targaryen heard the news of her betrothed's fall, she swore a terrible oath of revenge and claimed the abominable Cannibal, taking to the skies and laying waste to any and all enemies of her family. It was said that when she saved her Grandmother, Rhaenys Targaryen, from the deadly trap set by Alicent's sons, she set Cannibal upon Sunfyre and permitted her terrible mount to feast upon the golden dragon's remains, all while the Usurper fled atop a heavily injured Vhagar with his brother.
