I refuse to believe South Italy is "talentless". The southern half of Italy have quite a lot of creative and smart people! Niccolò Antonio Colantonio was a painter in Naples during the early Renaissance. Luca Gaurico was an astrologer, astronomer, astrological data collector, and mathematician from Naples! And let's not forget Vito D'Anna! He was considered the most prominent painter of Palermitan Rococo as well as one of the most important artists of Sicily!

Remember, the people also reflect onto the personification! Southern Italy isn't just fashion designers and criminals! Its also full of art and science! I believe Romano Italy can draw just as well as Veneziano Italy! Maybe he puts himself and his work down because of how often his grandfather praised his little brother? Whatever the reason, Romano can do just as much as Veneziano can!
