“You said that we’ll always be friends, that never will we ever betray one another,“ Ellis said, giving his friend a look of hurt. “So why? Why is this happening?“

“I don’t understand what are you -“

“You betrayed us!” The child of Nature snapped, vines that surrounded him were green and filled with leaves and green, now turned dark as black painted over them, leaves that were replaced with sharp thorns instead. “How could you?“
