I think it is pretty funny how Amiya has to read Black Snake's memories to get a good grasp of him despite his endless obtrusive monologuing which he sprouts specifically in an attempt to confuse her, meanwhile Sanguinarch literally just... tells his very fucked up backstory and motivations. He even says what exactly is buried deep in his heart. And in both cases their reactions are heavily motivated by knowing the crown's power and resenting it.
