You don’t have to apologize! It was mostly my writer’s physical health that’s been needing some eyes, as well as her pet turtle having a health scare that’s generating another round of anxiety and heavy breathing. We’ve gotta keep a close eye on him for the next few days before giving him away to a rescue next week, and after having him for 12 years, it’s a super sad give up. 😭 (I also know how not real that sounds because almost no one talks about being sad over giving up their turtle and it genuinely sounds like sitcom dialogue but I promise, I’m being so fr rn lmaooo) While we usually tread on the optimism wave, I’m afraid our sanity’s hanging on a thread so it’s tough to navigate through other anxiety’s— hence why it’s been tough to keep up lately.

Overall, I know how tough it is when you aren’t sure what’s going on and I know you say I don’t have to be sorry, I am. I never want you to feel embarrassed and I’m glad we had the conversation. It was relieving to let it out, not humiliating. I hope you start to feel relieved too.
