Let’s Play A Game - Loceit

Summary: Logan dislikes distractions, but Janus can be very needy when he wants to be. So, they play a game, whoever looses has to do what the winner wants. 

Warnings: Hypnosis, Sensory Play (coils/snake tail), SFW. (Janus well mess with Logan, but there is no sexual stuff.) 

*Line Break*

Logan sat in one of the many chairs littered through out the commons area. Which was just a large area in Thomas’s mind they all could meet. It wasn’t used often, people tended to like staying to their own areas. But, Logan found he just wasn’t comfortable in his room today, so decided to get himself some toast, Crofters, coffee, and his favorite book, and curl up on the leather arm chair.

It was quiet for a while, Remus was off in his own part of the imagination along with Roman, possibly waging war again. Patton was house cleaning, which meant he’d start cleaning his area, get lost in memories, and be there for hours until dinner. And Virgil was possibly curled on his bed scrolling through tumbler and conspiracy videos. But, the quietness was broken when Janus walked into the room.

And Logan knew, judging simply by the look on Janus’s face when he gazed around, made eye contact, and smiled wide, he was looking for him. He tried at first to ignore it, but Janus wasn’t like Remus, who’d get board and stalk off to bother someone else, no, the deceitful side knew just how to get his attention.

After a while, the logical side huffed, “What do you want?” he asked simply looking up at Janus. Who beamed at being talked to.

“Oh nothing Lolo.” his said, Logan gave him a deadpanned look, earning himself a cocky smile. “I was just wondering if you’d... no be interesting in cuddling?” he asked.

Logan looked away from him, “Sorry Janus, but I know our cuddles typically can go on for hours, and I don’t have that long today.” he said simply.

He didn’t have to look to tell Janus was pouting, the shorter side humphed at that. “But it surely can wait, for me at least?” he asked as he dramatically laid over Logan. “Besides Logan, I need warmth after all.”

It was rare to see Janus like this, cool, composed Janus whining like how Roman does. But, in his down times, the other was a dork who loved attention. Putting on a face to pretend he had everything under control. Logan sighs, “Janus, really?” he asks looking down at him, getting a snake tongue flicking at him.

There was a moment between them, Logan looking unamused, and Janus giving puppy eyes. Then Janus perked up, “How about we play our game then to settle this?” he asked. 

The logical side huffed, “If I remember, I won last few time, so I’ll surely win this time.”  

Janus looked smug, “Oh I’m sure of that Logan, but that doesn’t mean I can’t try.” there it was, the smooth confidence that Logan found he liked. The other side looking at his gloved hand, as if inspecting his finger nails. 

“As if.” Logan said closing his book, “I’m much more adapt now at throwing off your powers and ignoring temptation from a snake like you.” he said.

“Want to put that to the test my dear?” Janus grins at him, showing his fangs. 

This was a bad idea, but Logan found himself straightening, “Fine, what’s the time limit?” he asked with his arms crossed. 

A predatory grin fell onto Janus’s lips, “30 minuets as always my lovely Logic.” his tone dripping with smugness, at how easy it was to get Logan to agree. Not that Logan was worried, the game was always the same and simple. 

He’d be deprived of his sight, by closing his eyes, and it was Janus’s role to get Logan to open his eyes. That meant trying just about anything, which, depending on Janus’s mood, could be anything. He briefly wondered what Janus was thinking up today to get him to lose. But as the timer was set, and Logan closed his eyes, he knew he was about to find out.

Being without sight was something, the darkness seemed to shift and move behind your eyelids. Leaving you only with touch, smell, and hearing to find your way. Not that Logan had to move, but it was still interesting. Listening to the sounds of the timer clicking, the shuffling of fabric, and the quiet hum of the refrigerator. 

He was in shorts today, so he could feel the cool air of the room on his legs and arms, dressed casual as there was no need for looking the part. Logan knew by now a minuet or two had passed, so what was Janus planning?

He near jumped when something touched his leg, cool, smooth, having a strange texture to it. “Did I ssscare you there?” a voice hissed into his ear, Janus. The feeling continued slowly around his ankles and began to move up, Logan faintly shivered at the feeling, he wanted to open his eyes, but refrained. He wouldn’t lose that easy to him.

Janus chuckled, “Sssomething wrong, Lolo?” he hissed out, “Curiousss asss to what I am doing?” he asked him.

Logan just hummed passively trying to ignore it, which was harder than he thought as it moved at a agonizingly slow pace. Around his knees now, squeezing lightly, getting more comfortable, then on up it went. “Just open your eyesss dear, I know you don’t like not knowing.” Janus hissed out. “Don’t you want to sssee what I am doing?” 

He near gasped when the texture made contact with his stomach for a moment, Janus paused at this and snickered. “Adorable.” he cooed, “Jussst let go dear.” he hissed out, the snake like tongue tickling Logan’s ear. 

The logical side made a face at that, eyelids fluttering as he couldn’t squirm to make Janus stop.”You won’t break that that easy, Janus.” he countered, something then hovered over his lips. 

“Can’t I?” Janus hissed again, the tongue now messing with his lips. He squeezed Logan again, there was a pop, Logan felt himself relax against his will as his back popped. Gosh had he really been that stressed? How long had it been now, he has lost track already?

By now whatever was around him, smooth and soft, was around his chest and shoulder. It teased his neck lightly, running down his jaw line and neck. Before slipping snugly around his neck.Like a choker he had seen Virgil wear. For a moment, worry and panic set in. “Relaxxx.” Janus’s cooed to him again, but Logan couldn’t tell which direction it came from. “And let me sssee those pretty blue eyesss.” 

What even was going on? Something tickled his eye lids, his resolve faintly was fading. Logan admits, he was curious. He felt warm, safe, something playing with his bangs. Maybe.. a small peak wouldn’t hurt, he could do it in a way Janus couldn’t see after all. Roman did that alot when pretending to sleep.

What should have been a small crack, soon was faced with bright golden eyes gazing at him, “Both eyesss my Lolo.” Janus’s smug voice purred out. His will faded out slowly, Logan found himself staring at two beautiful gold eyes, that seemed to pulse like sun flares. The haze came over his mind, he felt.. relaxed. Free even. His thoughts stuttered to a halt, he didn’t need to think so hard right now. The present was where he should be, right with the golden glow, with Janus. 

Janus smiled brightly, “I may have cheated a bit dear.” he said holding up the timer to show he has turned it off. “But you did win the lassst few, it’sss only fair, right?” he teased him, nodding his eyes as Logan nodded along with him. “Good! Glad we can agree!” he chirped happily to him, Logan faintly was aware of what Janus said, the weight around him shifted as he was pulled closer, a snakes tail? Well Janus was a snake... What did it matter again?

He faintly heard Janus humming, singing? The lyrics floated in and out, Logan couldn’t really comprehend them, just.... trust... trust him... Yeah, that sounded nice. He was squeezed lightly, feeling hugged all over.

“Trussst in me~” Janus hissed softly as he smirked, “Get comfortable Logan, I’m not letting up anytime sssoon.” 

The snakey boy chuckled at the faint hum Logan gave him, “love you too, my bookworm.” Janus smiles at him as he settled his head on Logan’s own. Taking in the faint scent of parchment and coffee. 

Sometimes, being a slimy snake had it’s advantages.
