MY QUESTIONS TO ANSWER

1. What to you prefer while writing? Silence? Television? Music? If it’s television or music, what would be playing?

Music mostly, though I do often times have the television on at the same time but most of the time I’m listening to music and a majority of that time it’s a playlist I’ve made of Ramin Djawadi’s music. Or David Bowie

2. What is something specific that you always look for in your writing partners?

Honestly I’m looking for how well their muses are crafted. Like are they well rounded or can I envision everything through their writing. I’m also lookin at their blog like is it just all negative ooc posts and no real writing. Another thing I’m looking at is if they’re interested in really writing and not just smutting, or collecting specific face claims to write smut with and thats it.

3. What is your favourite season of the year and why?

Fall and Winter! I live in Southern California and we have basically 3 days of rain and the rest of the time it’s disgusting summer or everything is on fire.

4. How many blogs do you maintain across Tumblr? Do you roleplay on any other sites?

OH gods! At one time I had like maybe 15 but right now I’m only bouncing between 3 blogs though I’m finding myself more active here than on what I’d considered my main blog.

5. Tell me your favourite food. Least favourite food?

My favorite food is either Salmon Sashimi or Unagi!!! Or cactus and eggs! Omfg prickly pears I could eat those all day! I love pineapples, peaches and lychee too. To be honest I love food lol. My least favorite are these things called chayotes, just the smell of them cooking makes me nauseous and peas... FUCK peas!! Except for sugar snap or snow peas they’re cool.

6. Leave some kind words about one of your mutuals here! Maybe you’ll make someone’s day brighter or help others find a new writing partner!

@elastixhearts listen if you’re not following her or writing with her then you are honestly depriving yourself of some serious damn talent. I mean this girl can write Jules from Pulp Fiction and you can practically HEAR Samuel L. Jackson talkin to you okay?! Plus she’s such a beautiful person inside and out and I love her Sookie Stackhouse too! She’s also been just a light in my life whenever I need a kind word or just someone to talk to.

I mean I feel it’s unfair though to speak about just ONE mutual as I do enjoy all of the ones I talk to like ya’ll have no idea how honored I am to be able to write with you guys and all of your amazing muses.

7. Do you have a favourite ship that you currently write?

probably Shireen x Lysander or Daenerys x Lysander and soon maybe Ravus x Lysander.... I mean all my ships are my favorite or else they wouldn’t be ships right?

8. Is there a character that you deeply wish you had a chance to write with one of your own? If so, who and why?

hmm... not really? I mean most characters that I want to write with are ones that I would probably write myself and given that I’m incredibly vain I wouldn’t write with a character that I’d make a blog for... if that makes sense lol.

9. Pets! Do you have any pets? Bonus points if you send me pictures of them!

YES! I have a cat who thinks he’s a child and must be held when sleeping. And yes I can post a photo of him! This was him when he was running for mayor of my city because tbh no one was on the ballot aside from like two names and neither person were ones I cared for but he did get 4 votes!

10. What’s your definition of a perfect self care day for yourself?

Probably sleeping in and then turning on the air conditioning till the room is like a nice freezing temp so I can wrap myself in my tortilla blanket like a burrito and eat some okonomiyaki or yakisoba while vegging out on either my fave true crime shows or some paranormal shows while writing.

11. If you could recommend a book or television show to anyone reading this, what would it be?

Omfg don’t ask me this question!! I work in a major bookstore and i have to do this ALL DAY! Lol but probably anything Neil Gaiman! Or maybe the Inkheart trilogy.... as for television show maybe Peewee’s Playhouse because that’s probably the one show from my childhood that I own the entire series on DVD

Oh yeah... I couldn't fit everything I wanted to write about Llyr on one image so here's some more info about him:

he was originally born on a small island where it was eternal winter. a lot of the economy was based in the minerals that could be mined from massive blocks of ice along the island.

when llyr was a child, he saw a massive dragon fly over the island, completely casting it in shadow.... that is where his interest in dragons began

he soon began to read any book on dragons he could find, and when he was about 16, he traveled to the mainland for the first time to do the same there as well. he saw dragons are beautiful, intelligent, unique beings. he saw them as monstrous, dangerous, and ill-compatible with human life. his thoughts never match his actions.

of course, you can only get so much knowledge from reading alone... and so when he was about 18, he joined on a dragon harrowing expedition for the first time. his knowledge of dragons and their habits grew, and over the years, he became rather famous!

unfortunately though, fame gave way to hubris... he became determined to find that dragon he saw when he was a child, he was certain it was the same as an ancient and terrible one that appeared in nearly every text he read

he did eventually find it again, but he failed to harrow it. instead... the dragon took his heart, granting llyr immortality, but also making it so he could never harrow again. a person with no heart has no strength of will, and that is the most important thing a harrower can have- otherwise, a dragon will never come to fear them.

for the past few years (he's lost track of how many), he's been trying to hunt down the dragon that cursed him and reclaim his heart... but it's been a fruitless task. Eventually, though, he returns to his home (which is where he initially meets Erinys)
