Need for Proper Water Damage Clean up in Des Plaines and Lincolnwood, IL
A home is one of the most important assets an owner can have. Even the most perfectly constructed property can sustain damage from a natural disaster that wreaks havoc in the area. Flooding, pipe leakage, and sewage backflow will likely render the home unlivable unless something is done to correct it. Hiring the services of professionals for effective water damage clean up in Des Plaines and Lincolnwood, IL, is the only way to resolve the issue.
It would be foolhardy to think that the only thing to do in such circumstances is to remove the accumulated water bit by bit using pots, pans, and shallow containers. The dangers of walking in ankle—or knee-deep water can have a long-lasting effect on one’s health and damage the structure of the building at the same time.
The best solution is to pay the requisite fee to a team of seasoned professionals skilled at water removal and damage cleanup. The expenses are sure to be justified, as all concerned parties will experience relief and happiness at once residing in a dry and comfortable home.
Sure, a minimum amount of water damage does not require extensive cleanup and restoration of the property. The residents must note the following signs and contact the professionals immediately when one or more of such indications are present: -
· Puddles of water in various parts of the home · Visible water stains on the walls, ceilings, and floors · Discoloration with yellow-brown color being obvious in sections of the painted walls · Musty odor within the house · Peeling of paint with bubbles appearing on the walls · Warping & sagging of floors and ceilings · Visible molds in specific areas
With the water damage reversed thanks to swift remediation techniques that result in property restoration, the homeowner is sure to appreciate the following advantages and will have no qualms about paying for such services that are far superior to untested DIY efforts: · Speedy Restoration- Time is critical when many water damage signs are evident throughout the property. The professionals will make haste to eliminate water from the existing puddles and employ high-quality dryers and dehumidifiers on the walls, floors, and ceilings to dry the wet areas. The rugs, upholstery, furnishings, and fixtures on the walls will be removed and cleaned by experts to restore their previous glory. With a team working to restore the home, the entire process is done within the shortest time possible, thus eliminating the possibility of more severe damage to the property.
· Reduced Losses- Water damage cleaning up is not only about removing the water and stains or drying up the floors and walls. Instead, the professionals will make sure to use high-tech equipment to test hidden water sources and detect moisture in areas that remain invisible to the residents. From checking and removing the water source in the rain gutters, dry walls, and dark, damp corners within the home to checking the HVAC system and refrigerators for leaks, the professionals deal with water removal entirely without leaving anything to chance.
Water damage cleanup in Des Plaines and Lincolnwood, IL, is an extensive and long procedure that includes water removal, drying, odor removal, and restoration of the damaged area.

Lilyan Tashman first wore these fantastic earrings as Alice-Duchess of Lincolnwood in the 1926 film Love’s Blindness.
The earrings are a bit early to have been made by Joseff of Hollywood, though it is not impossible. The costume designers attached to the film were André-ani, Kathleen Kay, and Maude Marsh, so it is likely one of them was responsible for making or purchasing the pieces.
The earrings were later worn by Carmel Myers in a promotional photo for MGM sometime in the late 1920s.

Dorothy Muzorewa, 25 (USA 1974)
Dorothy on her wedding day just two years before her death.
Dorothy Muzorewa was a young immigrant from Africa. In 1972, she and her fiancé Henry got married. The happy couple had no idea that their new life together would end in tragedy just two years later.
At 25 years old, Dorothy was killed by the ironically named Women’s Aid Clinic in Lincolnwood, Illinois. The first attempt at an abortion was conducted on June 15, 1974. However, Dorothy returned to the facility on August 21 and again on August 22 bleeding and in pain. An employee at the facility examined Dorothy, diagnosed an infection, and sent her home with prescriptions to control the infection and bleeding. The facility failed to correctly treat Dorothy’s lethal complications, which had been caused by incredible negligence.
On August 23, Henry woke up at 6:00 AM to find Dorothy bleeding heavily. She hadn’t told him about the abortion or that she was pregnant. Dorothy told him she was menstruating and tried to convince him that nothing was wrong. Henry, a theology student, was finally convinced to go to class despite his concern. He came home later that day to see her, unaware that it was the last time he would see Dorothy alive.
To Henry’s horror, he found his wife in a bedroom so bloody that a witness later described it as “wall to wall blood.” He called an ambulance, but Dorothy was declared dead on arrival at the hospital on August 23, 1974, making Henry a widower. She bled to death.
The abortion facility left the body of Dorothy’s child inside of her not once but twice. The baby’s corpse was found in a wastebasket in the bloody room.

Bottom line is, these guys are top notch in every way.So, I started seeing shingles in the landscaping debris and didn't think much of it. Then, a few months later, the "storm chasers" (sub-par roofing companies that come around the neighborhood and try to get you to re-do your roof with them) came around and tried to get us into a contract right then and there. I wasn't really sure what was going on, so, I called my insurance company. Long story short, they approved a new roof due to storm damage that had occurred 11 months prior. I told my adjuster that I wasn't sure about the storm chaser company and asked them for recommendations for contractors. My "A" rated insurance company suggested 3 contractors of which RS Five was one. Only 2 of the 3 offered to come out for proposals, so, that knocked 3 out right away. I called RS Five and spoke to Steve who set an appointment to come out the next day. Steve and Marty showed up early and did their own inspection. They found additional damage that the insurance company missed the first time. They were able to get those additions approved for payment. I liked that they were informative and explained everything they were going to do. They also dealt directly with the insurance company so I didn't have to. After all, I'm a software guy, not a roofer. On the day of work, Steve and Marty were both out doing pre-install inspections and prep with the crew. After checking the manifest for proper materials (this becomes important in the next few sentences) the supply company delivered the roofing by crane, right to the top of the roof. The guys began work and by the end of the day we had a new roof. NOW FOR THE KICKER - My wife gets home and says "why is there red in my roof" Turns out the supplier had mismarked the shingles and inadvertently delivered the wrong ones to the site. Upon checking the manifest, all was good. Upon installation all was wrong. Of course, the crew would never have noticed. They didn't know what we ordered. They just install what get's delivered. Anyway, we didn't notice until the end of the day when the last lower part of the roof on the garage, visible from the ground, was done. I called Steve and said that you guys installed the wrong shingles. He laughed and though I was joking. They began investigating the issue and found that the supplier was at fault and had indeed mismarked the pallets. Steve and Marty both came out to apologize and committed to fixing the roof right away. Sure enough, a few days later, the crew was back out ripping the newly installed roof off and re-installed the proper one. This time we all checked the shingles. Twice At the end of that day, we had the beautiful new roof we wanted and it looked great. The other new roof looked great too mind you, but, red was just not our thing. So, not only did RS Five perform flawlessly under normal circumstances, they dealt with a major issue beyond our expectations. We were so pleased with this company that we started telling our neighbors. I believe RS Five did another 5 or so homes in our neighborhood. They totally deserved the business in my opinion. Several members of the team would stop by from time to time after the install to make sure things were good.No leaks, no loose shingles, etc. Sometimes Steve and Marty would just drive by and crack a joke when I was outside doing something int he yard.Just a great bunch of guys who truly care about their work and customers. They don't chase storms and knock on doors. Their business comes from referral and word of mouth. The fact that our insurance company recommended RS Five meant a lot and gave me some piece of mind going into the process. The team, their strong work ethic and overall knowledge and command of the market needs, kept us at ease and very happy with the overall job. I'm pleased to be able to write this review and would truly recommend this company time and time again. https://bit.ly/301GcQ0

-Our First Night Alone-
Part 2
***WARNING***SUGGESTIVE CONTENT & SWEARING***MINORS DO NOT INTERACT***18+ ONLY*** SMUT***🔥🔞🥵
Now home, Violet and Lincoln waste no time showing one another just how much they’ve been craving time to themselves. Finally, the night was theirs and it had only begun…
**these characters belong to Jessica Shirvington’s “Embrace” series, I DO NOT own these characters**
Within seconds of the door closing, Lincoln had thrown our bags onto the livingroom couch and picked me up in his strong arms, slamming me against the wall. My legs wrapped around his waist as he passionately kissed me, his lips tracing down my neck, causing my eyes to roll back.
He carried me over to the breakfast bar where Linc plopped me down on the counter and ripped my dress at the slit completely revealing my underwear.
I gasped at the sudden tear but Lincoln simply growled between kisses, “I’ll buy you a new one.”
He slid his hands up my dress, wrapped his fingers around the band of my underwear, sliding them off me in one swift motion.
All the while, kissing and touching my body all over, ingulfing me in his sunshine and honey rich power.
After tossing my lacey underwear off to the side, Lincoln brought his lips back to mine and began kissing me with such intensity, we both quickly ran out of breath.
He started to trail his kisses down my neck, pulling down the thin spaghetti straps of my dress to reveal my breasts. His mouth immediately dropped down to my right breast. He captured my nipple in his mouth as he started to tease my other breast with his left hand. I bit my lip as my head tilted back and a low moan escaped my lips.
God the things he does to me…
Linc brought his lips back up to mine, both of us breathless and hungry for more. I reached between us palming him, feeling he was already hard. Lincoln sighed, looking up at me with dark, lust filled eyes.
He’s so damn sexy… and he’s all mine.
I fumbled with his belt, finally undoing it and frantically stripped him of his pants and boxers.
His length sprang out, lightly grazing my leg. I quickly reached down and grabbed him, feeling him become more hard in my hands as I began to stroke him.
I need to feel him inside of me now!
His grip on me tightened and his hands began moving more frantically over my body, finding their way in my hair, around my waist, and on my breasts. Suddenly he dropped down to his knees and I gave him a concerned look to which he shot me back a devilish grin.
“Linc what are you doing?” I said breathless, “Just having dessert,” and he dove into me without another word.
My breath immediately caught before I loudly moaned as he began eating me out with such intensity and passion. It felt as though he was a starving man and I was the first meal he’s had in years.
And he was devouring me.
His warm tongue caressed my clit, each firm flick causing me to shutter and moan louder and louder. Overcome with intense pleasure, I fisted his hair in my hands forcing him to stay in place as I felt an orgasm fast approaching.
I threw my head back and screamed “Linc… I’m…I’m gonna…”
Clearly feeling my climax through our connection, he persisted with intensity and slid two fingers inside of me, thrusting them in and out as I bit down on my lip, fighting back the tears of pleasure welling in my eyes.
“Fuck!” I yelled out as I lost control of my body and my legs began to shake.
I shuttered as my eyes rolled back and I let out another cry before cumming onto his hand.
I felt a wave of embarrassment come over me as I looked at Lincoln, his hand and mouth drenched in my cum. Clearly I had squirted which I’d never done before.
Would he be upset? Or grossed out?
“Linc…I’m so sorry…I didn’t know I could do that…”
He chuckled that chuckle he reserved just for me, the one that melted my heart. “Baby, it’s okay. I’ve been dying to taste you” he said with a sexy grin on his glistening lips.
He stood up and lovingly cupped my face in his hands. Linc pulled in but kept his forehead resting on mine, “and you taste fucking incredible…” He crashed his lips into mine, letting me savor the lingering cum on his mouth that tasted of vanilla cream and honey.
The taste of our powers together was fucking delicious.
He continued to kiss me hard as he lifted me off of the breakfast bar and onto him, sliding in with ease. We both let out a low moan as Linc started to thrust himself into me, slowly at first but gradually getting faster and harder.
Fuck he feels so good
“Yes baby!” I moaned in his ear, “Right there, don’t stop!”
He turned to the nearest wall and pinned my body against it with his strong arms, continuing to slam my hips down onto him. The sound of our bodies colliding together eachoed throughout the warehouse.
“Oh I wasn’t planning on it” he growled in my ear.

Storm Damage Recovery and Home Restoration in Lincolnwood and Arlington Heights, IL
Storms can be devastating and significantly impact homes, especially in areas like Lincolnwood and Arlington Heights, where strong winds, heavy rain, hail, and even tornadoes can cause substantial damage. Proper recovery and restoration efforts are essential to restoring safety, functionality, and appearance. Here’s a comprehensive guide for home restoration in Lincolnwood and Arlington Heights, IL, to tackle storm damage recovery and prevent future issues.
Assessing Structural Damage
After a storm, it’s essential to assess how much damage the storm has caused to one’s home. This is important to understand the extent of damage. It is crucial to begin with a careful inspection of the following areas:
Roof: High winds and hail can damage shingles, loosen flashing, or even create punctures. Look for missing, broken, or dislodged shingles and check for any visible dents or cracks.
Windows and Doors: Examine windows and doors for cracks, broken glass, or compromised frames. Water infiltration can lead to mold growth if left unaddressed, so take note of any areas where water may have seeped in.
Exterior Walls and Siding: Inspect the siding for any cracks, warping, or holes, as these can compromise the insulation and waterproofing of the home. Brick and stucco exteriors may also suffer from cracks and chips.
Foundation and Basement: Heavy rain and flooding can affect the foundation and basement. Look for new cracks, standing water, or signs of shifting in the foundation. Water pooling in the basement is a red flag for possible drainage or foundation issues.
If homeowners are uncertain about any damage, it’s wise to hire a professional contractor to perform a thorough assessment. Professional insights can provide peace of mind and prevent costly mistakes.
Dealing with Debris and Cleanup
Once the initial assessment is complete, debris removal and cleanup should be the next priority. Here’s how to handle it effectively:
Remove Loose Debris: Begin by clearing away any broken branches, leaves, and other debris around the property. Make sure to wear protective gear to avoid injuries.
Inspect for fallen trees and Power Lines: Fallen trees or damaged power lines are hazardous. Contact local authorities or power companies to handle these situations safely. Don’t attempt to cut or move large branches or trees on your own, as improper handling can lead to injuries or further property damage.
Check for Interior Water Damage: After a storm, rainwater often infiltrates through cracks or damaged areas. Clean up any standing water immediately to prevent mold and mildew growth. Use fans and dehumidifiers to dry out damp areas.
Dispose of Damaged Items: Some items may be beyond repair, mainly if they’ve absorbed significant water. Carpets, mattresses, and upholstered furniture are susceptible to mold growth, so discarding these items if they’ve sustained water damage may be best.
Beginning the Restoration Process
After the cleanup, it’s time to start restoring the damaged areas. Here are some tips to guide one through the restoration phase:
Roof Repairs: Consult with a roofing contractor to replace damaged shingles, repair leaks, and reinforce areas that may have weakened. It’s crucial to address roof issues quickly to prevent water infiltration.
Window and Door Repairs: Replace broken or cracked windows and doors to ensure proper insulation and security. Consider installing impact-resistant windows for added protection against future storms.
Siding and Exterior Repairs: If the siding is damaged, repair or replace it with durable materials. Vinyl, fiber cement, and metal siding are popular for their resilience in extreme weather conditions.
Foundation Waterproofing: To prevent future water damage, consider waterproofing the basement and foundation. This can include installing sump pumps, improving drainage, and applying waterproof coatings.
Preventive Measures for Future Storms
Once the home is restored, consider implementing preventive measures to minimize damage in future storms. Here are some proactive steps that one can take:
Trim Trees and Secure Landscaping: Keep trees and shrubs trimmed, and remove weak or dead branches that could become projectiles during high winds.
Reinforce Roofing and Siding: Use weather-resistant materials and consider reinforcing the most vulnerable areas of the roof and siding. Impact-resistant shingles and durable siding materials can help one’s home better withstand storms.
Improve Drainage Systems: Ensure gutters and downspouts are clear of debris and functioning correctly. Installing a drainage system around the foundation can reduce water infiltration risks.
Install Storm Shutters: For homes in high-wind areas, installing storm shutters can protect windows and doors from flying debris. Shutters are particularly effective during hurricanes and tornadoes.
Documenting for Insurance Claims
Document the damage thoroughly as one assesses, cleans, and repairs the property. Take clear photographs and keep receipts for repairs, professional assessments, and cleaning expenses. Proper documentation will simplify the insurance claim process and help the owner to receive fair compensation for the damage.
