And with that, the Legacy House Heroes Event is complete (moreorless - except PVP tasks but I’m not gonna bother with them) and with 12 days 9 hours and 45 minutes remaining…I honestly thought it was gonna be impossible to unlock all 4 Hogwarts Legacy Heroes in 2 weeks but honestly, competing in 25 Matches per character didn’t seem so bad…it’s just a massive relief that they’re now a part of my Quidditch team.
I’ve made Amit a Keeper, me, Poppy and Natty are Chasers (#girlpower), Sebastian has been a Beater since the game’s launch and Ominis is a Seeker…I’ve definitely picked the right Legacy Heroes for their perfect Quidditch positions, so no regrets there 😅.

The wait for Red Barrels' highly anticipated horror title, The Outlast Trials, is slowly coming to an end. The developer recently unveiled the game's official roadmap, offering players a glimpse into the content planned for the upcoming launch and beyond. This news is sure to send shivers down the spines of horror enthusiasts eager to delve into the twisted world of The Outlast Trials. Let's dissect the roadmap, explore what awaits players in Season 1 and beyond, and analyze what this information reveals about the overall structure of the game. A Summer of Terror: Season 1 and its Chilling Content The roadmap confirms that Season 1 of The Outlast Trials will commence sometime in the summer of 2024. While the exact release date remains undisclosed, players can expect a content drop packed with new challenges and horrifying experiences. Here's a breakdown of what Season 1 is shaping up to hold: New Challenge: The exact nature of this challenge remains shrouded in mystery. It could involve surviving a particularly difficult trial within the game's narrative, achieving specific objectives under extreme pressure, or perhaps even a unique game mode altogether. Red Barrels is keeping this detail under wraps for now, allowing anticipation to build within the player base. New Prime Asset: Prime Assets are likely valuable in-game items or upgrades that enhance a player's chances of survival within The Outlast Trials. The introduction of a new Prime Asset in Season 1 suggests players will have access to fresh tools and strategies to navigate the game's nightmarish world. Potential for More: The roadmap simply states "and more!" for Season 1 content. This cryptic addition hints at the possibility of additional surprises in store for players. It could encompass anything from new narrative elements to additional gameplay mechanics designed to further intensify the horror experience. Limited-Time Events: A Prelude to the Chaos Before Season 1 kicks off, players can gear up for some pre-season scares with the introduction of limited-time events. The first event, aptly named "Toxic Shock," will be the initial test of courage. Details surrounding this event are scarce, but considering the title, players can likely expect to face some form of environmental hazard or a particularly potent strain of the game's psychological manipulation. A second unnamed event will follow Toxic Shock, offering another opportunity to earn rewards and test one's mettle before Season 1 officially begins. A Glimpse into the Future: What Lies Beyond Season 1? The roadmap also provides a peek into the future of The Outlast Trials with a category labeled "The Future." This section outlines features and content slated for release later in 2024. While specifics are absent, the inclusion of "The Future" suggests Red Barrels has a long-term vision for the game, potentially encompassing additional seasons with fresh narratives, challenges, and gameplay elements. The roadmap also leaves room for unforeseen surprises, hinting at the possibility of unannounced content or features being introduced over time. The Speculative Season Structure: A Look Ahead Considering the roadmap revolves around "Seasons," it's safe to assume Red Barrels plans to deliver a continuous stream of content for The Outlast Trials. Each season could introduce a new narrative arc, unique gameplay mechanics, and a fresh set of challenges to overcome. The roadmap hints at potential future surprises, meaning players might encounter entirely new game modes, terrifying enemy types, and even additional narrative elements not explicitly mentioned on the roadmap. Frequently Asked Questions Q: When will The Outlast Trials be released? A: The exact release date for The Outlast Trials remains undisclosed. However, Season 1 is confirmed to launch sometime in the summer of 2024. Q: What content does Season 1 include? A: Season 1 will introduce a new challenge, a new Prime Asset, and potentially offer additional content as hinted at by the "and more!" section of the roadmap. Q: What are Limited-Time Events? A: Limited-time events are temporary in-game events offering unique challenges and rewards to players. The first event is called "Toxic Shock" and will be followed by another unnamed event. With the Holidays around the corner, I flew on over to the Market and discovered brand new festive items, including a Holiday Sweater, Winter Sport Goggles (which had a golden snitch on it), a Yuletide edition of the Swiftstick Ultra broomstick and a cute hairstyle which reminded me of Alastor from Hazbin Hotel…so I decided to embrace my inner marauder and create a brand new look, inspired by the Stag patronus, while I invited Harry Potter and the Weasley Clan to join me in 20 days worth of festive fun on the Quidditch Pitch in The Burrow. I even came up with a theme to celebrate this festive season with them:
❄️🧹Walking In A Weasley Wonderland 🧹❄️

No matter what anyone says, the light blue flying Ford Anglia 105E Deluxe enchanted by Arthur Weasley will always be one of the best wizarding marvels in history, along with the Hogwarts Express of course.

Recently in Hogwarts Mystery, I’ve had to complete not one, but two events simultaneously and I didn’t know if I could handle it. First was Puzzling Potions, to unlock a cute wintery outfit, which I’ll admit was a bit frustrating with a very limited amount of time and a toll on my gems 💎 (in-game currency) which I’ll earn back in good time, but it was totally worth it, then there was Club Constellations, Dragon Edition, which I completed with literally less than 24 hours to go to unlock a second outfit, which is definitely more spring/summer themed. I must have set a record or something 😮‍💨😅.

I’m just starting out a new adventure in Hogwarts Mystery called “Dumbledore’s Christmas Wish” (I know it’s a bit belated, but what can you do 🤷🏻‍♀️) and I stumbled across Fawkes, which amazed me, but what amazed me just as much was that Hagrid had another winged creature in his care before Buckbeak…a Griffin called Greywing…is it just me or do you reckon this Griffin is an ever so slight nod to Highwing the Hippogriff from Hogwarts Legacy…I think I’ve been immersed in the Wizarding World’s video games for too long 😂😂
