On a planet (Eua) formed by the wars of the divine, humanity bore itself from the corpse of a fallen god and built its civilization on the ruins of others who remain in slumber. From contaminated scars known as ‘pockets’, dangerous Beasts spring forth, terrorize humans for centuries. In response, the military of global Republic of Eua has created Beast Fractions to combat these Beasts, while there exists dozens of monster hunter group that hunt these creatures for money. Now, in the year 3362, when humanity has finally reached some semblance of peace and unity amount its region, a new threat has a risen. Its name is Deity–a dangerous criminal organization turned cult dedicated to its self appointed God-King, Artemis. Risen to supposed divinity through ingesting the blood of the Gods, Artemis and his followers intend to destroy the world and bring about a new age, leaving a trail of blood and fear in their wake. With the military unable to curb the threat, a group of military deserters have created the monster hunting company God Killer in order to track Artemis down and stop him once and for all.

83. What is your oc’s favourite trait about themselves? What about their least liked? What would others like and dislike the most about your oc?

Artemis

First instinct with Artemis is to joke that he loves everything about himself and he'd never admit to a single flaw because look at him. In part, that would be the easy thing to do with him: he kisses the mirror morning, noon, and night and shits gold. But, as much as I love exaggerating this brat, I'm going to give him somewhat of a fair shake and actually take this seriously. In which case, Artemis' favorite trait about himself is spite; not his face, not his powers, not his ability to kill or convince. It's that spite that carried him through hell and it's that spite that makes him hold power in the palm of his hand with relish. It's what will outlive him, what will be written in the history books after he's gone, it's what the elder god's will remember about him. What does Artemis not like about him? Mayhaps he has a tendency to get carried away. I've been told Artemis has a 'rancid' vibe personality vibe so there ya go for dislikes from others. What trait would others love though? Apparently? People love a man who has a bloody damn good time.

Dolly

Dolly loves that she's oh so cute. A princess can't be a princess if she's not absolutely precious, after all! Everyone says so, too. Papa told her she's the prettiest, cutest, sweetest girl the whole universe! That's a pretty big deal! She doesn't like her powers sometimes--or rather, she doesn't like how weak she is with them. She gets frustrated with herself often in regards to how well she can control them and when they (or the universe) bite back, she throws a fit. These are her powers, her domain, they should WORK for HER. Others do find Dolly's best trait her sweetness. Genuinely, she's such a friendly kid and she wants to make friends--but she wrapped up in this spoiled shell, which is the trait that people don't like about her. She also has a tendency to be cruel like her father, and that violence he's allowed to foster in her has killed people.

Helios

No doubt, Helios' favorite trait about themself is their intelligence. Jesus Christ does he know he's smart. The smartest, really. Just put a book in front of him and he'll know it in an hour. Got a iron lock on his brain and nothing is getting out of it. His least favorite trait is his sense of self can be easily broken if his routine or space is disturbed. It's something he has to keep a tight lid on--when you've been so many people so many times, you gotta be able to get back to square one. But if people fuck with that, if they lose the way back, who are they then? In what capacity can they possibly exist in a flood of voices and eyes? Leave their shit alone is what I'm saying. What others love about them is that they're a pretty funny lil guy. What people hate? He doesn't shut the FUCK up.

Lilium

She's hot. Look, I'd love to give you some deeper meaning with this but Lilium is shallow by her nature and she knows she's hot. In any form, in any existence, in a job or role, she's always been beautiful. It's this beauty she has used to define herself and no one has crafted that beauty--or owns that beauty--like her. She has controlled it and used it and it has gotten her everything she has ever wanted. Her least favorite trait is her habit to get attached to humans, though she wouldn't admit to actually loving them. Those her pets; things to keep her company and to watch play around on the carpet. They die so easily and quickly, you'd think she'd be used to replacing a wife with a new one, but she will admit, sometimes she misses the dead ones. It is what it is. What others love about her is her confidence and her indulgence in things she loves. Especially when you're her lover. What they probably would hate is how much of any of that love is real. What IS real for a creature that is beyond human feeling? Does anything matter to her? Probably not.

Kya

Now this one is difficult cause I view Kya is hollow person, someone who wears an air of confidence and devotion to off shot how much she loathes herself and how empty she fills. In truth, I think what she loves in herself is what ever attracted Artemis or Lilium' eyes. Her resilience or wildness or her rage. Whatever they say, what ever keeps her by their side. What she hates about herself is how brittle she is emotionally. She knows it, it's why she hides it the way she does, and why she relays on different things to cover it up. It pisses her off to be that emotionally fragile and weak; often times she feels disgusted by it, that fragility writhing around her like maggots on a bloated corpse. What I think people would like about her is her complexity and her mix of being a strong but unbelievably weak person, but then again, people would probably hate that about her too.

Only a little bit. You can't do much for her if you're broken, after all. Lilium is a business woman first, a people-eater second--and she hasn't gotten this far in a millennia by snapping her playthings after one time use.

Just enough to peak your interest and have you coming back like it was all your idea.
