Being like 20 layers deep into having a Vigilante special interest does make the way people tend to talk about Adrian way funnier. Like the whole "DC's Punisher" thing. Like Adrian Chase was not created to be DC's Punisher he was created because Marv Wolfman saw Taxi Driver lets all get this right

#thats not a true fact I dont think Wolfman has ever actually said that Im just convinced of it.#Everytime I start to doubt it I remember Dorian having Dark Mans gimmick.#Also maybe not Taxi Driver in specific but I think just antihero style action movies in general #Theres this one Vigilante letters page where Wolfman's like 'Look just so everybody knows this isnt Death Wish' and I think about that alot #Like I think it was kind of Death Wish Marv I think you mightve seen Death Wish #Ok also I dont think its entirely relevant to this but its also funny how people know about the cowboy Vigilante but also #dont seem to realize Adrian's like a soft reboot still #I still think Adrian being a reboot is the funniest thing ever. imagine being Greg
