I See The Light

It has been a year since Y/N had been turned into a vampire by her lover Leonora Lesso. They had run away to a cabin up in the mountains late one night giggling and laughing.

"Leonora" Y/N shouted as she walked through the cabin not finding her girlfriend anywhere. She huffed before walking out of the cabin and towards the forest. Y/N walked through the forest until she heard shouting. "NO THAT DOESN'T GO THERE YOU IMBECILE, IT GOES OVER THERE" she heard her girlfriend Leonora shout out causing her to frown. Who was she shouting at and why. She walked towards the shouting but something stopped her. She looked down to see thing trying to push her away. "What are you doing" she hissed out and thing just ignored her as it kept pushing her. "Y/N darling what are you doing here" she heard her girlfriend Leonora say causing her to look up. "Trying to find you what's with all the shouting" Y/N questioned back. Leonora looked behind her before looking back at Y/N. "Nothing to worry about darling" Leonora said before smiling softly as she walked up to Y/N who still looked at her skeptically. Leonora could tell that Y/N didn't believe her so she took Y/N's hands in her's before leaning down and kissing every knuckle. She stood back up still holding Y/N's hands. "Promise me you won't go into the forest until midnight" Leonora said and Y/N sighed before nodding her head causing Leonora to smile. She grabbed Y/N by the waist and pulled her towards her before leaning down and kissing her. Y/N grabbed hold of Leonora's arms and kissed back as she sighed softly while closing her eyes. They pulled away and smiled at each other "I'll never get tired of you kissing me" Y/N said causing Leonora to chuckle as her eyes shimmered in the light. "I don't know what I would do if you did Little Raven" Leonora teased causing Y/N to smack Leonora's arm. "I love you Nora" Y/N said as she kissed her girlfriend's cheek. "Love you too darling" Leonora said before pulling away. She bowed before walking back into the forest. Y/N just smiled as Thing crawled up and rested on her shoulder. "I can't wait to marry her and have a family" Y/N sighed out happily as she made her way back to the cabin not knowing what was happening in the middle of the forest.

Meanwhile Leonora headed back to the middle of the forest to see everyone still setting up the surprise. "Is she gone" Uncle Fester said and Leonora nodded before smiling. "Y/N had always dreamed of a winter wedding" Wednesday said as she hung up the last of the lights. "She had mentioned that before" Leonora said as she saw Wednesday jump down from the tree branch she was on. "If she says yes you guys could have a Christmas wedding" Cornelius said. Cornelius was Leonora's grandfather. "Yeah she would absolutely love that" Leonora said as she looked around making sure everything was perfect. They all said goodbye leaving Leonora alone with her grandfather.

They both sat down on the ground as they looked in the distance. "I'm very proud of you my little bloodsucker you've grown into a fine woman" Cornelius said causing Leonora to look at him. "I can't wait until you start your own family" he said causing Leonora to blush a little. "I want great grandkids" he said causing Leonora to blush even more. "Grandfather please that's not gonna happen for a while" Leonora said causing him to laugh. "I'm just saying" he said before smiling. "Y/N reminds me of your grandmother" he said out of the blue. "Really how come" Leonora said as she looked up at the sky. "Beautiful, Daring, sometimes sassy, love for nature overall she was strong and fierce" he said remembering all the happy moments with the love of his life.

It was just a little past midnight so Y/N decided to head into the forest. She walked out of the cabin and headed to the forest. Leonora left an hour earlier to make sure everything was in place. Y/N made her way through the forest as she heard the bushes sway. She looked up to see that lights were lit up and wrapped around the trees and tree branches leading the way. She followed the lights towards the middle of the forest. When she arrived she saw that everything was lit up and she stared in awe. "Do you like it" she heard Leonora whisper against Y/N's ear. "Yeah I do" Y/N said causing Leonora to chuckle. "Already saying I do huh" Leonora teased causing Y/N to frown in confusion before turning around to see Leonora getting down on one knee. Y/N gasped as she realized what was happening. In Leonora's hand there was a small black box with a black ring. Before Leonora could say anything Y/N launched herself into Leonora's arms causing the both of them to fall onto the forest ground. "You didn't give me a chance to say anything I had a whole spe-" Leonora was cut off as Y/N kissed her. Leonora sighed before kissing back as she wrapped her arms around Y/N. "I love you so much Nora" Y/N muttered against Leonora's lips causing her to smile. "I love you too Little Raven" Leonora whispered as she slipped the ring onto Y/N's ring finger.

On the day of their wedding Y/N woke up on Christmas morning not seeing her fiance Leonora. "You're finally awake" she heard someone say and sat up to see Hester, Enid, Bianca & Cassandra standing in the doorway. "Can't believe you're marrying Leonora Lesso especially on Christmas this is so exciting" Enid squealed out causing the rest to look at her before laughing. "Come on let's get you ready" Cassandra said as she walked towards Y/N but she shook her head no. "you guys can wait outside I'm going to take a quick shower" Y/N said causing her friends to smirk before walking out of the bedroom. Y/N got up and headed to the bathroom before looking in the mirror to see bite marks and hickeys all over her neck down to her chest. She blushed remembering what happened last night.

Meanwhile Leonora was sitting in her former office which connected to a bedroom. She was sitting on the couch in her office as she waited for some people. "What's all over your neck dear sister" she heard someone say. She looked up to see Desmond standing right next to the couch smirking. Some of her family had turned, seeing how much she had cared for Y/N. Deep down they also knew that it was wrong but wouldn't go against Leonora's mother. The others appeared a couple minutes later. "Looks like we got another biter in the family" Desmond said before smirking. Leonora blushed before covering her neck. "Alright Des stop teasing your sister" Selena, their aunt said before smirking slightly.

Both of the groups started getting both Y/N and Leonora ready for their big day. Wednesday was doing Y/N's hair as Bianca did Y/N's makeup. "We got the dress" Cassandra said causing the three girls to look at the doorway. Ajax, Claude, Dot and Anadil were standing in the doorway smiling. "Alright show us already don't keep us waiting" Hester said causing all of them to laugh. Claude walked over and put the covered dress on the bed before unzipping it. He stepped aside as Y/N got up and walked over. Y/N gasped before lifting the dress up. "Claude this is absolutely beautiful" Y/N said as she turned around. Claude smiled before nodding his head. "Only for the best" he said before smirking causing Y/N to roll her eyes before going into the bathroom.

Leonora had walked into the bathroom as well to put the suit on her Uncle had brought her. As they both stepped out of separate bathrooms everyone gasped.

Leonora's uncle chuckled as he walked up to her and fixed the tie. "You still can't tie a proper tie" he snickered out causing Leonora to roll her eyes. After her uncle pulled away Desmond ran over and hugged her tightly causing her to groan. "What's this for" Leonora said as she pushed on Desmond's shoulders. "You know how he is when it's an emotional moment" Selena said before wrapping her arms around her husband. Leonora scoffed before rolling her eyes. "Get yourself together and don't ruin this damn suit" Leonora hissed out causing Desmond to pull away before wiping his tears away. "Alright let's head to the ceremony" Charity said, one of Leonora's cousins. They all transformed into bats and flew towards the snow covered mountains.

Y/N put her heels on before putting the final touches on. "Leonora is going to flip when she sees you" Dot said resting her hands on Y/N's shoulders. "More like pass out" Anadil said before giggling. They all joined the giggling as they walked out of the bedroom and through the cabin. As Y/N stepped out of the cabin snow started falling down. She smiled as she held out one of her hands. A couple snowflakes landed in her palm causing her to smile as she waited for the ride to arrive.

Y/N stepped out of the vehicle holding her dress up as she saw Uncle Fester standing in front of her. "Wow you look absolutely gorgeous" he said before holding his arm out for her to take. "Thank you Uncle Fester" she said and he nodded before smiling. "We'll see you soon sister" Wednesday said as they all went ahead leaving Y/N with Uncle Fester. Someone appeared beside her. She looked up to see Leonora's Grandfather Cornelius looking ahead. "It makes me happy to see how much Leonora has fallen in love" he said before looking down at Y/N. "I'm glad she fell in love with you. You made her really happy and I thank you for that" he said causing Y/N to smile before bowing her head. "She's the love of my life and I'd do anything for her just to see her happy" Y/N said causing the old man to smile before bowing his head as well. He disappeared with a smile on his face. "You ready Y/N" Y/N heard Uncle Fester ask and she nodded. "Ready as I'll ever be Uncle Fester" she said before smiling as they started walking.

They arrived at the end of the Isle and everyone stood up and turned around. Leonora turned around and gasped causing Y/N to quietly giggle. She walked down the Isle with Uncle Fester. They stopped right in front of Leonora as Uncle Fester kissed Y/N's cheek before handing her over to Leonora. "You better take good care of her" he said before walking over and sitting down next to Pugleys. Leonora helped Y/N up the steps before kissing her hand then her cheek. "You look absolutely breathtaking Little Raven" she whispered into Y/N's ear causing her to blush. "Don't forget about you, you look absolutely handsome" Y/N said before smirking causing a blush to cross over Leonora's face.

"Alright you love birds" the minister said causing everyone to chuckle as Y/N and Leonora faced him. "Family and friends, thank you all for coming today to share this wonderful occasion. Today we are here together to unite Y/N and Leonora in marriage" the minister said as he motioned towards everyone. "Do you Y/N, take this woman to be your lawfully wedded wife, to live together in matrimony, to love her, comfort her, honor and keep her, in sickness and in health, in sorrow and in joy, to have and to hold, from this day forward, as long as you both shall live" he asked and Y/N smiled as she turned to Leonora. "I absolutely fucking do" she said before smirking causing Leonora to smirk as well. He repeated the same thing to Leonora and Leonora looked at Y/N. "I do" she said causing Y/N's smile to widen.

After they exchanged the rings the minister smiled. "By the power vested in me I now pronounce you wife and wife you may now kiss the bride" he said and Leonora grabbed Y/N by the waist and pulled her into a passionate kiss. Y/N immediately kissed back as she cupped Leonora's face before closing her eyes. Everyone started clapping and cheering as they pulled away from each other. "My Love are you ready for what lies ahead" Leonora gripped Y/N's hand as she whispered into her ear. "Ready as I'll ever be Nora" Y/N said as they walked down the Isle as flower petals were thrown at them.

They lived happily Ever After with a couple rascals.
