#Don't i just love getting excited about a seminar only for it to turn out to be horrible?#Thematically it's still interesting#But the books we have to read make me feel physically ill#Like the book that describes in detail how a child gets raped#Or the book in which a character starts having body image issues and then spirals into detailled bullimic thoughts#I iust listened to 30min of an audiobook of a guy telling himself that he should engage in exactly the kind of behavior that I'm trying#to get rid of#I don't necessarily mind reading those books#But a warning would have been nice#Like#This character's thoughts are pretty much exactly how my eating disorders began#And i hate it so so much#Legit thinkign aboug dropping out of the seminar#But i like the topics we'll talk about and the teacher likes me and it's an easy good grade#Ignore my rambling
