It seems that i am getting a daily refill of problematic microbes from my father, whom i take care of now, since he had a stroke a couple of months after his 4th shot. I am not going to heal from chronic low level inflammation, for as long as it is like this and all things considered it is highly questionable that there will be a time afterwards, because Armageddon aka the Great Reset. I have seen temporary and partial improvements, as mentioned in the last post, but i never really get over it and it gets worse at times, without me having committed a grave mistake. The emotional doom really doesn't help much with recovery. I try to sleep more tho. Reminder, that sleep comes in cycles of 90 minutes which is super impractical.
I used to run everyday, now i can barely ever manage a short bike sprint, because of fatigue and my joints seem too brittle (cartilage loss) for running.
The ethno-specific Ace2/S1 laboratory Virus (the one they call C.) has changed our gut microbiome, maximizing clostridium microbes which in return decimate protective microbes like bifido, rhodococcus, lactobaccillus, staphylococcus, to a lesser extend also bacteroides and eggertella. This may have been the root cause / trigger, the condition in which other infections can spread.
Clostridium group includes botulism and tetanus. Its apparently microbes that cause symptoms overlapping with morning stiffness or muscular fatique.

I have no analytic help from a naturopath and obviously mainstream doctors are no help either. So i am just guessing around. I have quit kidney beans in favor "cranberry beans" ("Wachtelbohnen" - a european version of pinto beans). Kidneys seem to give me rheumatic flares (probably just a Herxheimer thing). At dinner, I eat buckwheat more often, much more rarely other starches like rice. I avoid grainy starches in the evening and add small amounts of slow-carb stuff like lima beans, chickpeas, corn to vegetables, next to fatty items like cashews and olives. I have overeaten dark chocolate and cashews and maybe coconut fat and have gained significant weight because of it. I have about 10kg of excess fat on me. I begin to avoid dates because they seem to flare up my inflammatory condition.
I supplement lecithin from sunflower. Its apparently better than from soy because the extraction isn't chemical. Lecithin = phospholipids are very important for cell membranes, avoiding leaky gut/brain, etc. Occasionally i make a pan cake from eggs (also a lecithin source). Eggs don't seem to give me a flare up but any caked together flour is a problem.
I will probably continue cod liver oil. Other than that i stay plant based. But my world view has changed so much and my trust in any science that suggests a plant based diet is near sufficient or superior is now down right zero. The agenda to change the diet of the whole planet is entirely not a health oriented agenda, to the contrary. Its pure economics and health hurts the business. Its not "big broccoli", as Dr Greger Jokes, driving this agenda towards fake foods (from fake soils). Its the single most powerful economic entity and in the age of A.I. its legal to say that its hardly human.
