As of now, I really don’t see any appeal to his character. He treats the rest of the cast like shit for the sake of it and never apologizes for his behavior. I get it’s just a pilot and I’m sure he’ll have a redemption arc where he becomes less shitty, but as he is right now I heavily dislike him and find him nothing but irritating.

His rude personality would be more tolerable for me if it were balanced by another trait, but being mean is all he really has going on for him. He’s rude, snarky, and has a complete disregard for others. That is ALL there is to him, personality-wise. I see no reason why I should like him. Which is why I am so utterly baffled by the fact this stupid purple rabbit has his own fanbase which is also bad and weird.

I’m entirely convinced that the only reason why he’s so popular is because he’s a skinny man. I firmly believe that if he were fat, or, god forbid! A Woman! Then a good chunk of the fanbase would share the same sentiment that I do. Because apparently it’s only ok to be a prick if you’re a conventionally attractive possibly-queer man.
