How do humans compare physically to Rose's it would make sense if we're a bit more physical and we are endurance predators.

It all depends on the human and the Rose, but Lapis was relieved that most magical plant people didn't have inhuman strength or speed....... or endurance, for that matter XD Sure, Half the team can still outrun her (and George is strong enough to pick up a small tree) but overall she compares very averagely for a Rose. Her endurance is something worth being proud about though and she makes a point to show it off at every opportunity
