Chapter 2 of Lae Noux Soqui has just been updated! Here's an excerpt from it B-)

Optimus stopped behind her, bending down to place a large servo on her shoulder. His voice was gentle.

“Arcee, it is not solely on Ratchet’s blame that this incident happened.”

The femme shook his servo off of her. Her optic ridge was drawn low, her intake outline a bitter scowl.

“You’re such a – such a fragging perfectionist .” She jabbed a servo digit in Ratchet’s face. “The Groundbridge still would be fully operable if you’d just fixed it earlier. But no . You’re so - so obsessed with getting everything right.” She spat out her words. She pointed to the Groundbridge. “No one’s allowed to help with the repairs. Or, Primus forbid, you hate accepting help! ‘5 more minutes ’...” Arcee’s voice broke.

White sparks flickered from her seething optics. She reset her vocaliser.“ ‘5 more minutes’ cost the children their safety! ”

Chapter 4 of Lae Noux Soqui has been updated ^^

Excerpt:

The young scout took a few seconds to understand the doctor’s words. He shut his optics, both servos clutching onto Ratchet’s arm, as thought he didn’t trust himself to stand by himself “𝙸𝚝'𝚜… 𝚓𝚞𝚜𝚝 𝚝𝚑𝚎 𝚛𝚎𝚌𝚑𝚊𝚛𝚐𝚎 𝚝𝚑𝚊𝚝'𝚜 𝚖𝚊𝚔𝚒𝚗𝚐 𝚖𝚎 𝚏𝚎𝚎𝚕 𝚠𝚘𝚘𝚣𝚢. 𝙸 𝚓𝚞𝚜𝚝 𝚗𝚎𝚎𝚍 𝚊 𝚏𝚎𝚠 𝚖𝚒𝚗𝚞𝚝𝚎𝚜.”

Optimus walked nearer to the pair, his optics moving down to scan the scout head-to-pede. His bright yellow exoskeleton was buffed back to normal, not a single bullet cavity on his armour. But his pedes trembled under his own weight. He clung onto Ratchet, the doctor leaned over in concern with the additional weight pulling him down.

“Recharge won’t be making you topple over like this.” Ratchet chided. He carefully supported him to the medical bay’s berth. Immediately, he fleeted across the room to grab an Energon cube, firmly placing the fuel in Bumblebee’s servos. It was unopened.

The yellow scout only stared at the cube in hand with vacant optics. He absentmindedly thumbed the edges of the cube, his mind somewhere else. Ratchet’s optic twitched.

“You need to refuel. Your systems are weak from the lack of it.” He jabbed a digit at the cube, before moving it to point at Bumblebee himself.

Bumblebee looked up at the doctor. He blinked.

Chapter 3 of Lae Noux Soqui has been updated (⁠人⁠*⁠´⁠∀⁠｀⁠)⁠｡⁠*ﾟ⁠+ Here's an excerpt from it:

Jack threw his head back in defence. He groaned. “How else would it make sense? That’s the only reason I can think of that could explain how they’d lost Arcee and everyone.”

At the mention of their Autobot guardians, a silence overcame the room. Miko’s eyes dimmed in worry as she stared up at the ceiling. She closed them. Jack frowned at the floor. Raf only continued to stare at his shoelaces. The sounds of Bumblebee’s cries of pain still echoed in Raf’s mind. He didn’t think he could ever forget the strangled cry of pain he’d let out when they shot him with those blasters…

“...We’ll get out of here soon, guys.” Jack rubbed Raf’s back. He gave Miko a comforting smile. 

She scooted to sit closer to them, and gave a small smile.

For a moment, peace was an option.

“But seriously, though. How could we have gotten here by helicopter?” Miko raised an eyebrow. 

The peace was gone.

Jack groaned. “Miko-”

“I remember now!” Raf exclaimed, shaking Miko’s arm. Both teens turned to look at him. They had a baffled look in their eyes.

“Remember what?” Miko asked.

I am working on chapter 5 of LNS... And I have to admit, writing Silas is pretty fun. In its own own twisted way. He's an interesting character to think about.
